There are so many tee shirts in stores but I want something no one else has. Instead of going from store to store with stacks of shirts all alike I call Carly at Big Frog and tell her what I want. I usually have my shirt within 24 hours. After giving her an idea of what I want Carly works with me to get the design exactly right. I also like that I am able to bring my own shirt in to be printed on. I love Big Frog!

This was my first time getting custom shirts made and I have to say this was a flawless experience. I came in with my shirts and an idea, they put together a rendering of it and sent it to me for approval and when I came back a few days later everything was perfect and ready for me.Definitely recommend this place and will be using them again soon!

Big Frog does an amazing job. Very detailed and quality work. This is why I keep coming back over several years. Jerseys/shirts that last and don’t fade or peel apart. This was the first time I had been here but it wont be the last! I came in for a birthday shirt for my nephew that was turning one. He was having a Curious George birthday and they got a shirt ready last minute for me and was so VERY helpful! Actually probably the best customer service I have had in a long time. Such a cheerful staff! Also I only asked for some words on the shirt and when they sent me the proof they had even went above and beyond to include a picture of Curious George on the front of the shirt with balloons to match the invitation. I was so impressed with the excellent customer service I will be sure to tell any and everyone to use them! Thanks again for all your hard work.

This place is a joke. Very poor customer service, lack of communication. Carley lost my order. She wasnt there when I came to pick up. The rep had to call her on her cell phone, then she right out lied and acted like she didnt know the details of the order when in reality she just dropped the ball and didnt care to take ownership for her doings. She pointed blame back to us (the customer) by saying that we didnt pay for our order yet. We tried to pay for our order on two occasions (once during on initial visit to the store with Carley and the again over the phone with Carley). She specifically told us that we didnt need to pay until we picked up. I guess this was just her being lazy and not wanting to do anything. Mind you, she was browsing the internet and looking at Buzz Feed when we walked in the store, so it seemed she didnt care much about her job. We gave ample amount of time for our order to be processed. They claim to have 24 hour turnaround time except when special items need ordered. We came in two weeks before the date we needed our item and still didnt get it. I emailed the store management regarding this matter and got an email back from Kathy (who says she owns the place) that in so many words just said oh well. I noticed Kathy has the same last name as Carley, so the two must be related. Run away from this place. Rocket Shirts is just down the road. I contacted them at 4pm on a Thursday and by noon on Friday, they had my order complete and correct. They also have EXTREMELY friendly staff there. I highly recommend them.

Quality work with many types and colors of t-shirts to choose from! I put in my order online with the designs of my choice. Picked color and type of shirt I wanted and bam! I had my t-shirts in a couple of days “! Im very happy with their work and they have earned my business!

Person I talked with inside of store was very nice and helpful. Every time they sent me proofs to check it wasn’t anything what I told them. Even after I emailed them pictures of shirts I had made in the past they still sent me totally random proofs of nothing what I was asking for. After multiple emails I decided to cancel my order.

I started an order at another local shop called Rocket Shirts. After a week of waiting to receive a mock, I decided to cancel my order and went over to Big Frog. I cant believe the service they provide at this place. The employees are actually ALIVE and engaged with their customers, from the very moment they walk in the door.What took a week at Rocket only took a matter of 20 minutes at the Frog! As a matter of fact, as soon as the guy finished designing my shirt, which he did right there with me, he asked the other employee if they had a moment to print it up for me, which took less than 10 minutes. I was glad to wait. Within 30 minutes, I not only made a design with someone for my shirt, but I also had the printed product.The whole experience was unique and very cool. If you get a chance to wait while your shirt is being printed, then you should. The technology of the machine they use is one of a kind. Never seen anything else like it.

Very good for the price. You can get a basic custom design with stock art for no extra cost, which is great. I only docked one star because after after I paid, they didnt e-mail me the design for approval when they said they would. I guess they forgot. However, they fixed the problem as soon as I notified them so all is well. The only suggestion I would make for the owner is to ensure their employees are more on the ball.

PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING HERE.I will not be going here again to get anything done. I went to get a shirt and a bag done of my business logo and they changed my logo completely without me knowing. when I told them it was different they basically told me that it wasn’t their fault. After speaking with my with my husband they finally refunded back the bag.When the logo was sent to them they did tell me they needed a high quality one, but didn’t say why or that they would change it. once I told them it was specially made by someone else months ago and I didn’t know how to up the quality for their machine I guess they thought I wouldn’t notice. To change someone’s logo and not inform them is very poor customer service.. When you have a logo thats for your brand you don’t want it to look different every time someone sees it. Very upset with the Murfreesboro location. Vista print did a better job. Please be careful of this place.one of their employees is harassing me by the name of Riley due to this review being put up. She has called me numerous times and has put a bad review up on my business A.M Slay Beauty Bar and has never even been there. She changed her name to bethmann on the review once the corporate office called after they told her to take it down. I never thought I would have to go through all this over a shirt and bag that cost 40 bucks that they messed up. I have talk to the manager and owner of the company and it seems that they can’t control what their employees do in the name of there company. I had to file a police report and call corporate. It took all that for it to be taken down. If you do decide to go to this location please be cautious. Corporate was very help and understanding.

I believe in their products! Whether its a shirt, mouse pad, tote bag, or something else, theyre really high quality! Since theyre digital, the print will never crack, peel, or fade. I have several shirts from here, and theyre all my new favorites! I love working here!

People were nice. Prices were great. I bought a neon yellow work coat for my husband, it was an $80 coat. I took it in, she said they could do it. I took the company business card so they had an exact copy of the logo. Went to pick coat up 4 days later, and the logo is totally wrong. How could this be, when she had a photo!??!?! Well, the logo was wrong, in the wrong color. I was very unhappy but they could not fix it either. They messed up too much to fix it. I would have been ok except now, the letters are all peeling off the coat. And he has only wore it MAYBE a MONTH. MAYBE.. So now I have an expensive coat, with the wrong logo that looks nasty bc its peeling off. So disappointed and I will NEVER return. Period. Waste of time, money & fabric.

Customer service was a disaster, and not only that... attempting to sell a polyester white shirt with direct to garment print only to find out that the color would run from those when wet. Regardless the big issue is the customer service experience and details given out, then completely going against them causing a dilemma on the customer. Unfortunate
