We used Hooper Fence and are so glad we did! I included before and after photos so you can see what an excellent job they did. They pulled the existing fence and posts and installed the new fence in a matter of hours. They also spread the displaced soil. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a fence installed! Find someone else to install your fence and save yourself the headache. This company is terrible. From the get go, communication was poor, but I figured it was because (according to Rodney) they were too busy. When it came time for them to install the fence, they hired contractors to come in and complete the work. I was not expecting this to be the case; I was under the impression that it would be Hooper Fence employees doing the installation. When the fence was completed and I took a look around the fence, I noticed that the contractors had dropped one of the metal posts against my house, leaving a nice sized indentation in my hardie board. I also noticed huge gaps in between the gates (2) and the fence itself, allowing people to easily see inside the fence. To their credit, they did come and fix the spacing in between the gate and the fence in a timely manner. However, the indentation in my hardie board was not fixed for almost 10 months. I actually thought that Hooper Fence had forgotten about the issue when all of a sudden a construction company, Farrer Construction, contacted me saying that they would like to come by and fix the damage done by the post. Once theTo give a better timeline on the above issues, we received the quote for the fence on 5/8/2020. Hooper Fence completed the fence on 6/14/2020. I replied to Rodney at Hooper Fence about the issues on 6/14/2020 and he sent someone out on 6/15/2020 to look at the issues reported. However, I sent an email on 6/24/2020 to check on the status of the hardie plank repair and I did not get another response until Farrer Construction called me on 4/5/2021. After the hardie plank repair was finished; I had not heard anything else from Hooper Fence about the finished repair until today, 6/23/2021; a full 13 months since the fence was completed, stating they were sorry it took so long and they would like to settle up on the remainder owed now. I just dont know how you can do business like that.

I have recommended Blake at Hooper Fence for years now. I reached out yesterday to refer 3 of my clients and found Rodney; who explained via text he was too plum busy to take a moment to speak with me about my referrals, when I shared that I would seek out a new firm who could at least take a moment to call me, he replied Thank You?? Guess Hooper has way too much business for my realtor referrals.

Hooper installed my original fence 7-years ago and did and outstanding job!I recently called Hooper back to re-locate a portion of the fence for pool construction.The job required core drilling through the concrete pool deck and some drilling into brick.Once again, they were very professional, and did an outstanding job!I would highly recommend Hooper Fence to anyone considering a fence.

The guys at Hooper Fence have built three fences for me now. A coated chain-link, a wooden dog-eared privacy, and a vinyl privacy.All three projects were done perfectly and looked excellent. All three projects were completed when promised and within budget and the guys are always polite and very respectful.Most recently, I needed a vinyl privacy fence constructed and I asked if they could match the vinyl on the home. Casey made it happen and the materials matched perfectly.Each project has had its individual challenges from rock to concrete to unlevel ground and ditches. As much as I would love to add on to the great reviews on here, I cant.Unfortunately, after months and months (at LEAST 4 months) of phone calls, we still have no fence. I keep getting told that someone will give me a call from one of the installers and I never get a call. I call the owner again to let him know we are still interested and then we go in circles again.Glad everyone else has gotten great service!

When we decided to remove a chain link fence and have a privacy fence installed, I started asking friends, neighbors and co-workers for a recommendation. The name I heard over and over was Hooper Fence. Casey came out promptly and gave us an estimate. We were so impressed with his friendliness, knowledge and professionalism (and with the reasonable price) that we didnt even get another estimate. With Hooper Fences great reputation, we felt comfortable with our decision. The project was completed in a timely manner and the installers were skilled and concienctious. They were even careful not to disturb my perennials that were growing so close to the previous fence. I would highly recommend Hooper Fence to anyone that is in the market for a fence.

Hooper did a fantastic job installing, and installed in one day. Fence quality and gate sturdiness seems better than my neighbors. Also the back fence is on a hill and they were able to keep it perfectly straight unlike the person who installed my neighbors on the same hill. Also their price was actually the lowest compared to the other three quotes I got. Only reason I am giving them a four and not a five is because they came 2 weeks later than they said they would, but that did not bother me after the fence was put in because of the great job they did installing.

Great pricing for a top quality job. The materials they used were second-to-none, the employees were hard working, courteous, fastidious and most importantly, long term employees of the company. I had some estimates that were far more expensive for the same job, but also used random day laborers.I completely trust HFC, and would gladly use them again at my next house.

We had a great experience with Hooper Fence Company. They quoted us on the spot and showed up when they said they were going to. With Rutherford County and the surrounding areas being such a growing area, Hooper keeps up with the demands. The salesman offered his advice on color and type of fence, along with some decorative stuff that we are really please with. We got the aluminum fence along with some matching safety railings. Their gates are awesome-- lockable with keys. We have only had the fence installed now for a couple of weeks, and have received probably 20 compliments already. I would highly recommend Hooper Fence-- we looked at 5 different companies before choosing them.

No one ever called me back to get a statement om a new fence

I contacted Kelly Hooper and had an estimate for several options within just a few days. I could not believe how affordable it was! We scheduled it to be installed, and they were there on time and finished with everything within less than 5 days, despite the bad weather. Hooper was the only fencing company that would return my call during late Spring (when everyone was behind because of the rain). I set an appointment and a representative came out, gave me a quote, was highly knowledgable, and scheduled to have the work done. I was so impressed with this level of service knowing how far behind they were because of the weather. For all of my future fencing needs, Hooper is the only one that I will call.

We are builders of custom homes in Murfreesboro so we use Hooper Fence for all of our fences and gates plus refer many people to them. Weve found that they are always responsive, courteous, and do excellent work at a fair price. Weve tried others in the past, but Hooper Fence is the easiest to work with and offer a large selection.

I contacted Hooper to get an estimate for a privacy fence. I was told that they wouldnt come out at 5pm, when I would be home from work or on a Saturday to give an estimate. For the amount of money I am willing to spend on a vinyl privacy fence you think the company would be more accommodating to a potential customer. Needless to say, I will be contacting another company for estimates. Even if other companies will give me higher estimates than Hooper would have given me, it will be worth it for better customer service. Also, when I advised Casey that I would be going with a different company, the phone mysteriously hung up.

I was told about Hooper fence from my inlaws since then I wont call anyone else. I have had them work at my home and business. They are fast and clean and do a great job. I am always amazed at the price. If you give Hooper Fence an opportunity you will not be disappointed.

First, let me say the installation guys and their supervisor were nice and courteous. However, it took them four months before they could install our fence, plus several of the fence posts and boards are warped, and spaced too far apart for maximum privacy as we indicated we wanted. Also, their nail gun misfired and we’ve had to manually hammer many missing nails. Additionally, the gate latch for the lock fell off because screws they used were too short so we had to buy longer screws and reinstalled the gate latch. Moreover, during the installation the crew severed the electrical wiring to our landscape lighting in two separate areas and we had to pay an electrician $330 to repair the damage caused by Hooper and they refused to do anything about this issue. We had even asked them to please be very careful working near our landscaping lighting! This is the fifth wood privacy fence we’ve had installed in the different states where we lived before we retired and this installation is the worst ever. Overall, we regret having given our business to Hooper Fence Murfreesboro TN☹️
