These guys shot straight with me and hooked us up with a great cart for a lot less than Mikeys charges. Plus, they were prompt with their service and even returned it to us cleaned up. We had two bad reviews last year from customers with carts that were 25 years old. Due to covid our company could not get parts for at least four months and many customers were unhappy. Looks as if 2021 will have issues as well with getting parts and thanks for understanding.

I took my cart to get fixed was having a problem with the batteries holding a charge. My cart is used for me on my farm. It’s not new but very good for what I use it for. Plus the grandkids love riding in it.They kept it for 3 weeks and I called to see if it was ready. Jeff said that there was a problem with batteries and replaced 3 of them. There was a problem with the cart taking off as soon as you put it in forward or reverse. I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE! It was taken in because of the batteries! He said it would be 2-3 months before he could get it fixed! I said ok I will come and pick it up. Jeff told his workers when I got there to go get the pile of junk Club Cart it was left outside in the rain.Personally is zero for customer service. I would never take anything to them. I gave a one star because the owner does should class.

You know, I like to give everyone a fair shake because you dont always have the best day. However, you got to still treat customers like customers. My experience is that they really do not need the business honestly. The top dog could not look me in the eye as he hurridly answered my questions. It was almost like I was bothering him. He never stopped what he was doing to address me professionally. I was just shocked at the total disregard to customer service. Girl at desk never evened bothered to look my way or remove her feet from the desk they were propped up on. Guys in back did more to assist me so I give them some props but I dont know. Maybe they were just having one of those days but carried my business elsewhere as they really did not seem to care.

Bought my golf cart several months ago. The fist time I used my cart it had a slight issue. I called John and he did not ask questions he took immediate actions to get it fixed. Hands down best customer service and best place to purchase your Golf Cart

Very Rude Customer Service and if there were a negative star rating I would give that, waste of time and money traveling to this business. We traveled over an hour one way because our local golf cart place was overwhelmed with too many jobs but my husband works in Murfreesboro weekly so we were ok with driving there. They told us on 3 different occasions give them a couple days to get it done and the last time we called Jeff answered the phone and went off on my husband and told him we could pick our cart up and then hung the phone up on him. My husband was always nice on the phone we were just trying to plan out picking it up. After Jeff hung up on him the 1st time my husband called back and said we would come pick it up that day and the guy said ok and hung up on him again. Granted we did not purchase our cart from there but needed a simple tune up since we had just bought it from an individual. And the gentleman we spoke to the 1st time over the phone seemed very nice and said they did any and all golf cart services needed so we were very hopeful to get it back in a timely manner and have it ready to enjoy with our kids but no such luck unfortunately. The lack of care for other peoples time and bad treatment to others, we would not recommend them. We will definitely let others know of our poor treatment.

Took my golf cart there for repair as it wasn’t running. They had it for 4 weeks which we knew they were 3 weeks behind so no problem. They called and said it was running great so we picked it up and it’s still doing the same thing and leaking gas. I found that the Backup buzzer wire was broken when we Got it home $175 for nothing !! Just sad that you take something to be repaired get charged an end up with the same problem again just sad and disturbing!! If you couldn’t fix it just say not charge me and not fix it 🤬

They have always been excellent to deal with! I have rented carts from them and have used their service area. Very good to deal with!

They quoted me one price over the phone and when I got there it was $10 more. One of the employees was arguing with his girlfriend the whole time instead of assisting me. Wont be going back.
