To start, I understand business owners bring young children to work.No big deal.I also understand waiting for the aforementioned to complete the transaction with the person who was before me...only to continue an obviously unrelated discussionIm in no hurry.I made myself understand why he would ask me to wait further so he could tend to the wants and needs of aforementioned child.15 mins after walking in we begin our purchase of pool cleaning items and while on the topic of grandchildren my father (also a grandfather) inadvertently joked of the hassle (grandchildren and myself - his child) can be at times...well The man behind the counter threatened to remove my father from his store, began to approach us boasting he was a former us marshall something and we politely replaced our items on his shelves and hooks while moving to the exit apologizing for whatever was interpreted wrong but the yelling increased....People have bad days but to threaten a customer is no way to run a business.

Entered this store and was amazed at this hidden gem. It has a lot of spas, kayaks and chemicals. The owner greeted us and helped us understand what was going on with our pool. This is going to be a great place to get everything we need for our pool! Love the one stop shop!

We are first time hot tub owners, and this place is the ONLY reason why we’ll continue to be owners. They’re super helpful, no bull kind of people. My husband has gone in several times with different water samples and each time has been directed on what to fix, and it’s worked like a charm. Thank you!!

Great guy until you have a warranty issue then forget it. Worst communications I’ve ever had with someone. He pushes me off on a service guy that has no interest in getting my spa repaired in a timely manner. 4 months with no results. Different story after every visit!

Stopped in to look while I was waiting on food. Keith and I ended up talking about the military and our mutual love of Donald J. Trump for 15 min or so. if I were to buy a hot tub, I’d buy from Keith.
