I stop here often to pick up a quick bite to eat. They always seem to have the freshest toppings and meats for their sandwhiches and salads. The employees have always been super nice, extremely quick and knowledgeable with any questions Ive had. They also have the BEST spiral hams, which our family usually gets every year at Christmas and Easter. Deserves more than 5 stars, if you ask me!

Service was excellent, food was great and took several other items home as well. Cant wait to go back there again. Got home and tried a few more thing that were great too.

I used The Honey Baked Ham’s online ordering service for my Christmas dinner. I preordered a Boneless Spiral Cut Ham, and paid for it at the store at the time of pickup. It was convenient and reassuring to know I had a ham reserved. Also, the ham was delicious, as usual.

Honey baked ham has the nicest employees ! Their store is always so neat and clean . They are super fast with customer service and have the best hams and turkeys !

Very unhappy customer! Purchased 2 turkey breast on 11/19/2020. Did not look at them unit I got home! Lesson learned! The meat was dry and discolored on several slices on each of the ends. The use by date was only 4 days after I purchased it. I assume they dont care about repeat customers, they just want to make sure they get old inventory sold. Will not buy there again! Buyers beware!

I visited this store on Christmas Eve. It was very busy but I still received very personal service. The staff was very friendly & assisted me with making the decision for how much I needed to purchase. I will go back to this location everytime.

The ham was awesome as always. I only had to wait in line for a couple of minutes since I had made a reservation. Will definitely recommend and go back again.

Be WARNED this location refused to sell me a ham because I would not wear a MASK. The workers were all young teenagers who MOCKED us for not being willing to put on a MASK. It’s disturbing that the young woman actually wanted me to put a mask on that she had in her HANDS. My review wouldn’t post without at least one star or I would not have given it.

Maybe this store isnt meant for every day customer traffic? May its just for holidays and catering? If thats the case, ignore this I guess. If its actually supposed to be a restaurant, its not doing very well. There seemed to be only 2 young people working there when we went in. Me and my friend both ordered sandwiches, a side and a drink. The store seemed very bare. The bread used to make our sandwiches was hard and the potato salad that was given to us was BLEAK looking. I didnt dare eat mine. My friend was more risky and did try his. He wasnt impressed and was even a little worried after eating it. He didnt get his drink - I guess the young guy didnt hear him order one and because of the long wait to get the sandwiches, he didnt bother with it. The food seemed old. So maybe this is better for catering larger - plan ahead venues - but not drop by and see us anytime kind of thing.

The best Ham in Tennessee

Walked in store with husband on 01/02/17 about 5pm. 4 people working, not a single one of them acknowledged us or even said Hello, thought that was strange. Two separate customers walked in moments after us and were acknowledged and asked to be helped immediately. We picked out some bacon, rolls, cornbread stuffing, Au Gratin Potatoes, Cranberry Orange zest and walnut sides. Went to register asked for a 7-8 pound ham. Asked the girl at the register a few questions that she did not have a clue how to answer paid just over $100 and left. This evening went to cook the sides and found the Cranberry side is all juice with a few Cranberries, no way could this serve 6. The Au Gratin Potatoes same, All Milk maybe 10 slices of potatoes in the whole tray. The Potato slices are mushy and weird texture Not at all what you would expect. Extremely disappointed in service and quality of food. On way to store now to return. Will not patronize Honey baked ham store again.

Horrible store since they redid it. They fired a bunch of good people and hired a bunch of slow, non motivated others. On Christmas Eve with a store full of customers they have only 2!!! people helping. Please fix this place!Edit: 9/18/2018: walked in today wanting to grab a quick sandwich. Saw 4 ladies working and none of them paid attention to the customers, no greeting, no acknowledge, nothing and after 15 minutes of waiting and seeing still the same customers on the same spot when my order was not even picked up I left without a purchase. Please FIX this place. The people you put in this store are slow, unfriendly and clueless. It is ruining your business and Honey Baked Hams reputation. Will never ever give this store a try again.

This place is a joke came in today 07/13/2019. Walked in there is no one there. Finally the two teenage boys came out didn’t really say much. Order sandwiches and the fact that they thought it was okay to make a sandwich with stale hard bread. We dine in and the guy says have a nice day not enjoy they go to the back. It’s just us there alone! No hey you need anything hey is everything ok. Sandwiches were not great we actually wrapped them and took them home to take the meat off and put on our bread we bought from Kroger right next door . Clean this place get some new workers!!

I went in today to get a box lunch. I was the only customer in the store. There were five people standing behind the counter. One girl came over to ask me what I would like to order. She was very unfriendly. I asked a question about what was in their savory mayo. She respond that they made the mayo and that it was good but could not tell me the ingredients. When I started filling out my order sheet she walked off without saying anything. I continued to stand there for 3 minutes trying to place my order, staring at the employees (one of whom looked like a manager) and no one offer to help. So I left without even begin able to place my order. The whole place also smelled like clorox. I like to eat at clean restaurants but not ones that smell so strongly that I didnt wont to eat there because of the smell. I have no idea how the food is but I will not be going back.

Food has always been good in the past - However, the organization and poor customer service had finally convinced me to stay away from this location. My office team warned me NOT to come back here anymore after the previous years orders BUT me always wanting to give a business another opportunity, well today NOT a single apology or anything - just Yes and No.

I preordered a ham for the Holidays and did not get what I ordered and paid for because an expected delivery didnt come. Things happen, I understand. The way it was handled is where there is room for improvement. Instead of saving what they did have on hand for customers that prepaid, they sold their inventory on a fcfs basis leaving customers that planned ahead out of luck and less than satisfactory substitutions.

My husband stopped to get me a boxed lunch tonight. He tried to get me a coke to drink, they were out of coke. He was told they had no canned drinks (they used to only have canned drinks). Then he was told they had only red solo cups for the fountain drinks but no lids. Then, they were out of the kind of cookie I had asked for. The worker told my husband they had some peanut butter, but she would have to wrap one. My husband told her to wrap it up. As if this is a hard thing to do. Then, they were out of baked beans. My husband got home with my boxed lunch, which was in a paper bag, because they were out of boxes (seems to be a theme). I opened the bag to find my sandwich and cookie. There was supposed to be honey mustard and mayo in the bag. Nope, none. Is this store about to go out of business? If not, they need some serious help.

Great service, pricey but great product

I tried to use a Groupon that I had purchased and was told that they would not honor it for what I needed. The Groupon was for $100 towards Catering and Party Platters. When you click on the Catering tab on their website, it says Boxed Lunch, Platters & Trays or Buffet Salads. I was ordering 11 boxed lunches for a meeting later that day and was told that I could only use it towards a platter. The manager was very dismissive and wanted to blame Groupon for their wording. She told me that theyve had multiple people upset over the same stipulation. Why then are they continuing to have them issued knowing that they arent going to honor them?? She offered nothing to help the situation other than to allow me to order a platter instead...and to add insult, a platter would require a 24hr notice. How is offering me a platter tomorrow going to help me with my lunch that I have to order today?? Luckily, I called Groupon and was able to get a refund for the voucher that I had purchased. Kudos to Groupon and to Just Love Coffee who provided our boxed lunches. Its not that hard to do the right thing. Disappointed in your lack of customer service.
