I wanted to get my dogs name on my hat which was three letters but was denied service since they closed at 6 and have in mind it was 5:30. Last time I came here another gentlemen did my hat and it had 8 letters and only took 5 minutes, lids isnt like it used to be

They opened an hour late and once we were able to get into the store, it smelt like a Cheech & Chong concert.

I drove over an hour to get to this store. Beofre leaving my home I checked online and it said open. Yet once I arrived it was closed. I was so disappointed. And planned to drive another hour to another store. But didnt want to be disappointed. You have lost a long time customer.

LIDS WOW pretty sad that this is acceptable been getting hats from 1996 in California Lids. Don’t go to this store !!!!!!Bought three hats Embroidered all three and they were all horrible. Staff was horrible . Human Resources really needs to step in or management or pay them more something

The website says they open at 10:00AM. We stood outside until 10:45 with other people and finally we just all left.

Extremely pitiful staff and employees with poor work ethic and attitudes ...very disappointed.I would not advise anyone to get embroidery done here. My mistake for thinking it would be acceptable. However in years past they have done a great job.

The 3 guys working in there were extremely disrespectful, because of a medical condition my doctor recommends I don’t wear a mask. They Did not care and forced me out the door! They need a new staff.

I just called 3 mins ago and the person who answered had bad customer service was rude! SMH

Came by the store today and the doors where locked, I saw the workers in there but they ignored us. Checked the hours and still should of been opened for another 20 minutes or so, not sure how long they been closed. This is the reason for the one star review.

Staff has been helpful every visit, but my complaint is with the lack of selection you have available. You either dont have it in stock or the available options are all in the same size!

Staff was not helpful. One staff member inparticular was sitting on the counter, on his cell phone texting, while trying to point out a hat! Terrible service all around. Sad day as I used to like this location and brand. Needs a management change for sure.
