Wants weeks ago. Ordered for pickup. Very nice store. Staff was very nice and everything I ordered was there. Prices reasonable

The last couple weeks me and my husband have been at the location in Murfreesboro TN about 15 minutes before this business closes and for some reason has not been open! The hours online are what we were going by so not sure the problem, never had an issue with this place, actually our fav place but would love some updated hours!!

Excellent service each time I enter the store.

They no longer carry what I need. Calendula gel. Great for sun burns.

Another company brought brought out and thereI brought a supplement off amazon when it came it was wrong called amazon 2x told me I had to wait for vitamin shop to contact me I am still waiting Vitamin shop .lost a customer thats been ordering for over 25 yearsno more there customer service through amazon is a joke and there storesare not much better

Very good shop. Has everything Ive needed so far, including essential oils. I never had any trouble with the employees. They were very friendly and good at their job. I was able to go in and buy what I needed even when I was in a hurry.

Lots of vitamins. Surprise. They did have their own brands on sale, which is helpful and staff was attentive without being overbearing

Noticed that maltodextrin was an ingredient in one of my vitamin shoppe brand supplements. It’s a nasty man made substance that has no place in a vitamin store. Shame on this company...

Had a list. talked to a dude there. he found everything within 2 min and found the least expensive stuff. also, i got a discount. super friendly staff - great fast service. far exceeded my expectations. what i thought would be an extremely annoying chore turned into an enjoyable experience.

Worst customer service I have received from a supplement store. Clerk left the register without an explanation as I was trying to pay. I wont be back. I can only hope it has nothing to do with racial bias or bigotry.
