The ice cream was delicious, but the real star of the show was Jessica. Very knowledgeable about the variety of ice cream, cookies, and toppings. She went as far as to recommend her favorite toppings/ice cream, without me needing to ask. Her hospitable attitude allowed me to feel like I was at home here.

Where do I start...with Jessica. She greeted us with a warm smile and was incredibly hospitable. She scooped my ice cream into a perfect sphere; it was magical. Not to mention - the ice cream was delicious. My favorite thing about my experience at Marble Slab was how friendly and warm the service is.

Good place for enjoy time. Ice cream can be added toppings according to your request, but when they have finished mixing and handed it to you the ice cream seems to start to melt, you have to eat it quickly or it will run down your hand. other than that, everything for me is good, the staff is happy, friendly, the price is reasonable, the quality is ok

So I placed an order online on 6/29 for 24 cotton candy cupcakes for pickup today 7/1. I actually called and asked if they would be able to have them on Wednesday 6/30 bc that was when I really needed they. I was delighted when they said they could do them for me and confirmed the order time for pickup.When I picked up my order there were only 12 cupcakes prepared. No sweat! This was just an oversight and the manager stepped in quickly and offered me a choice of 12 cupcakes they had available in their freezer to complete my order. I was happy to take the other cupcakes and they looked as amazing as the ones I ordered. My son was overjoyed to be able to offer his friends that variety at his birthday dinner last night. It was a perfect outcome.The message here is that sometimes oversights happen. It is the outcome and how those involved respond that matters. What this team doesnt know is that I am a Senior Manager that oversees a client support team. There level of service, issue resolution, empathy and respect is everything I look for in my employees and that I would hire in a heartbeat. @Marble Slab you have a great team in the Murfreesboro location. Keep up the great work!

I walked in with my son a minute before closing and they refused to serve me. The door was open and open sign was lit up. I walked out because I didnt want to create a scene but you can tell the managers tone made everyone uncomfortable. I love their icecream but the rude employees made me feel unwelcomed.

Very clean inside, friendly staff. You can sample their ice cream & get whatever toppings you want mixed in. The ice cream is very smooth & creamy, not chunky & hard like out of the carton from Walmart. But not quite softserve.

I’ve gotten my SO’s birthday cake here for a few years, this year there was a snowpocalypse the week of his birthday and everything was closed down, but thankfully the manager went in so we could pick up his cake as scheduled. For my SO, it was worth the drive! He loves their cakes and I’m very much appreciative for them going above and beyond for his birthday!

This place rocks!!!! not only did it have one of the most beautiful staff member to ever exist in staff members, their products are top shelf., I had the cotton candy shake and my son Carson got the rainbow sprinkle waffle cone with birthday cake ice cream with kit-kat and snickers mixed in. The place was packed and still the staff was happy, smiling, and attentive ....I left there wanting a steady diet of everything they serve for the next, like, forever!!!!....;-)

We were shocked that the family who entered just before of us were helped by employees promptly despite none of them wearing masks. The signs on the door clearly specify masks must be worn. The employees made no effort to ask them to wear masks. While we were being helped another couple entered without masks and same result. My ice cream was good but definitely not worth the risk of being in such a small space with half a dozen unmasked individuals. My boyfriends ice cream was disappointing because the flavors (cinnamon and red velvet) were just too subtle. Cold Stone Creamery (which is its main competitor) has much better quality for less money. There was also contact required for payment (we had to physically hand the employee our card) and he was not wearing gloves. Will not step foot in this place again until they actually make everyone comply with the COUNTY AND CITY MANDATES.

Lots of great ice cream flavors and toppings that are hand mixed on chilled marble slabs. My wife and kids loved it here, just wish it was closer. Everyone working here was very friendly and patient even as we were somewhat indecisive ordering

I had a 2 scoop sweet cream and red velvet cone that was dipped on white chocolate! It was fabulous! There were tons of toppings to choose from but I ate mine just the way it was! Perfect day for ice cream yesterday!

Very bad service. We walked in at 9:15 pm. Sign said close at 9:30 pm. The clerk said we are closed. He could have told us that we can order to go. WE ARE NOT COMING BACK HERE AGAIN. No business from me at this place.

Ice cream is already melting right off the bat and doesnt taste the same as it use to. Its hot inside due to the ovens they now have to make cookies. My husband and I sat and watched an employee scratch the inside of his nose multiple times and then fix customers ice creams. No gloves, did not wash hands at all. After the 2nd or 3rd time of this, I told the manager, who then questioned me and actually said TO A CUSTOMER so if I watch the tapes, Ill see that he did this? To which I replied yes and told him which employee it was. They also no longer wear gloves when fixing your ice cream. And they didnt listen to what we wanted and threw in whatever they decided to. The manager did offer to make a new ice cream to which I told him Id never be consuming another ice cream there again and I dont want a new one made, that I just want him to talk to the employee, tell him that isnt what you do, make him wash his hands, and told him they need to be wearing gloves. He refunded us for 2 small ice creams, which we had 2 small ice creams, a large ice cream and an ice cream cone, totaling to almost $25 and they only refunded $10, not even half, but better than nothing I suppose since I wasnt requesting a refund, I just wanted out of that place as quickly as possible. We will never be back and will tell everyone we know not to go there! Beyond disgusting!

Okay, this place is Top Notch!!! The young lady that waited on us tonight, 11/18/19, was the cream of the top!!! She was very patient, explained everything perfectly clear and helped us getting our delicious ice cream order correct! The ice cream here is so good you will want to see if you can get a job here so you can have it every day!!! Lol. No really, its that good!!!

Good ice cream, good service, nice clean ambiance glasses by the water fountain, overall I like this place. It does cost a good chunk for a couple scoops of ice cream is the only problem I have with the place. Its probably on par with other places like it like Cold Stone price wise.

The ice cream is just as good as any other ice cream but more expensive. The staff was nice but seemed untrained, my boyfriend and I ordered the same thing and both of our ice cream bowls were made differently. They missed an add on for his bowl and had to wave down the employees from the back because no one stayed up front to make sure we were satisfied with our order. It was nice for the day but I probably won’t go again.

Tonight was the worst experience I have ever had in the 4-5years I have been going to Marble Slab in Murfreesboro, TN. All the people I have brought to the established from various states; co-workers, friends, family, and tourists. I would like to file a formal complaint on staff involved. The service or lack of service received tonight was appalling. If I do not hear from management, I will post details after exploring other avenues. As a frequent customer it is heartbreaking to see this establishment fall.

02/01/2019. Customer service was poor. How do you serve ice cream that is so melted you cant even pick up? I asked several times about the state of the ice cream and got no answer. I finally, simply ask for some fresh butter pecan. There was obviously a temperature/freezer problem in that case. SORRY DONT WANT MELTED ICE CREAM FOR $6.

Ordered thru UberEats. Marble Slab didnt put my entire order in the bag. They refused to fix it or have the missing item delivered. I asked them why they felt they had no responsibility for what happened and the girl said I spoke to the employees that did it and theyre sorry. Not sorry enough to rectify the situation though. Hate I cant eat Marble Slab again.

Always crowded but they still serve you fast. And though the other customers pretend youre not there and just focus on getting their flavor even though the line is moving, the workers pay attention and make sure to address the next costumer in line. Free unlimited mix ins yall

My wife and I went out for ice cream last night to this establishment and were less than pleased with the service we received. There were two gentleman behind the counter that were extremely rude, did not make eye contact with us, and acted like it was a terrible inconvenience to them that we wanted some ice cream during normal business hours.Once they did get our ice cream prepared they slammed it on the counter and walked away, not a here you go, no spoon, no thank you- just a disgusted look.The ice cream itself wasn’t terrible but the only friendly staff member was the cashier, if Sweet CeCe’s is open - go there first!

Ok.... dont get me wrong... this was my first trip there... probably only... Ice cream was good but... i base my rating on the whole experience.... service was poor, people were rude... no thank you... Baskin Robbins isnt that far from here.... dont recommend at all....

There is plenty of variety in homemade icecream and toppings. You can get everything from cinnamon icecream to coffee icecream with toppings from oatmeal cream pies, cookie dough, to cheesecake. There are even lactose free options. The waffles comes are tasty. I prefer the dark chocolate waffle bowls. The wait is not too long typically.

I like this ice cream place but this particular location was the first time. Ice cream was great, service was good but my cone was really stale and tasted yuck.

Im a vegan so I didnt get anything there. They only have things made of cows milk, and I only drink almond milk or coconut milk or soy milk.

I ordered a cake from there noticed when i got home that it didnt have the drizzle on it i called to let them know they didnt put it on there they said their owner didnt tell them that ok well i have it in my email thats what I ordered they told me to call back in 30 mins because he has to talk to the owner i have proof of what i ordered in my email and they are making me wait 30mins when you can put my fudge drizzle and caramel drizzle on it with no problem they made me feel like i was lying over a little drizzle
