I had a machine work situation and no one in Murfreesboro was able to fix my problem. My husband and I tried several places. It was an important piece that needed to be done asap. I took it to Tennessee tool works and immediately knew that we had went to the right place. Upon entry into the office, we were greeted with smiles and felt instantly like family. The receptionist Shelia took my husband and I to the back of the building to meet with the owner of the company to explain what was needed to be done to our piece. Walking thru the facility was impressive. Everyone was working on what looked like very high quality machinery. You could tell the employees cared about their work. Very engaged in their individual projects. We were greeted with smiles from them as well. Walking into the back of a machine shop can be intimidating, but not here. We were introduced to Jay, owner of the company with a friendly greeting and a firm hand shake. He was not sure if he would be able to fix what we had brought in, but he assured my husband and I he would try his best. Within 16 hours we received a call from Shelia stating they were able to fix our problem and we could come pick it up immediately. We went right away to pick it up were the owner greeted my husband with all smiles, handed us the item and charged us 1/3rd of what we were expecting. The owner did it himself and told my husband the process of what he had to do to fix it. He went above and beyond. We were beyond pleased. Very professional environment and pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them for all your metal machine work needs. Hands down we received a remarkable experience.

I have not had service done with these people yet however I have talked to some of the employees while they were on break and they seem to be really good people and caring and from what I gather from outside sources they are really good at what they do all kind of metal fabrication and whatnot

I brought these guys the cross that was on the steeple of our old church building that used to be next to the entrance to MTSU. It was torn down in the early 2000’s. I asked the university to save the cross for me which they did but it had some damage. Tennessee Tool repaired and did some modifications. I fully intended to pay them for their time but they wouldn’t take my money so thank you very much. From there I took it to get powder coated and the plan is to install it in the Prayer Garden at our new building. Hope I have some more work to bring to Tennessee Tool in the future that I can pay them for!

This is a very impressive operation. The level of professionalism exhibited, the turnaround time, and, most of all, the end result far exceeded my expectations. I recently installed a wall mount television unit, went to add the finishing details, and realized the vesa plate that connects the back of the television to the wall unit covered every single HDMI port and cable outlet on the back of my TV!! I had NO IDEA what to do! I was not about to rip 4 anchors out of the wall, or remove the entire swing arm to return the unit, in fact with the way the television was made, I venture to say NO wall mount plate would have accommodated the oddly placed ports.Through a bit of fortune, I was referred to Tennessee Tool Works. I walked into the front office and was immediately greeted with a warm smile! I explained my entire ridiculous situation, and Jason Washam stepped into the front office, whisked away the TV plate to the tool shop, and returned with a custom cut mount so I could FINALLY complete the project that almost did me in! Let me just say, as a single female with ZERO metal tools or metal working abilities, Tennessee Tool Works was an absolute lifesaver! Though they are known for a wide variety of precision machining, welding, fabrication, Die building & repair and more - this was a true testament to their ability to literally help anyone with the most bizarre/random metalworking projects. I am so grateful they took the time to help me. Do not hesitate to contact Tennessee Tool Works for any of your metal working projects!!! They are super friendly, affordable, and an absolute pleasure to work with.
