What a great experience my husband and I had there. We bought a new seat for our bike and didnt realize how much work it was going to be putting on with all the wiring. Wanted a stage 1 upgrade using an air filter/breathing kit/tuner I brought in, and as always the service guys out there knocked it out of the park!! I own a soft tail I had Harley the service department give me a Is quote to take off an old windshield radio off My bikeand put a new windshield radio on Told meBut it should not cost no more than $200 After setting there from 9 oclock until 1030 they finally started work on my bike after it was finished 45 minutes later I was charged $456 for them to take a plastic case off put the case on and put the radio in speakers in the new one wired up used a wiring harness that was already on the bike and it took them 45 minutes and they tell me it took them 2 hours That is not good business really disappointed That they would pull something like this but this is not my 1st experience with them doing that doing that bought a ultra classic when they was having the bring back no questions ask banner hanging everywhere got the bike took it back because my payments werent what they were supposed to be I was told I cant bring it back because I did not purchase that particular thing in order for me to bring it back I did not know about it I was not told about it thats bad business people

My wife and I purchased a Road Glide Limited last weekend. Bumpus was warm and welcoming, with a very friendly atmosphere. Our sales guy Gregg Koepke was very knowledgeable, informative, and personable, without any pressuring whatsoever. This was one of my easiest and most pleasant vehicle purchases. Went in on 8/8, arrived at 9 am getting new back tire, and oil change was there a couple hours, bike was ready it starts pouring rain, they left our bike in the shop till the rain stopped, great service,great people and great customers, would never go anywhere else

Best Harley dealership I have ever visited. The people are incredibly friendly and super helpful. I tool my basic rider course from these folks and the training I received was superb. Rider coaches are encouraging and very knowledgeable. You feel safe in the course and well trained by its completion. I will be returning to Bumpus Harley in Murfreesboro for many years to come.

I bought a bike on 6/12/2021, I dealt with Scott (salesman), Jared (manager), and June (finance). I personally hate dealing with dealerships, but at Bumpus I did not once feel pressured or rushed. Really nice people very helpful got right on my tuner install w purchase . Receptionist was cute and friendly ..Only thing is I purchased a primary side cover and I asked them if it would fit my 2915 sg cvo 110 model they said yes. Took home and cover didnt fit but gasket they sold me did. Hmm.

I bought a brand new 2020 Heritage from these guys AUG 22,2020. It had an oil leak took it to a dealership closer to my home found out the casing is bad. instead of Bumpus offering to fix it asked if I would take it local somewhere since I live 1 1/2 hour away. It is as of now still in the shop SEPT 26,2020 and will be for another 2 weeks expect it around OCT 12 glad to know Bumpus did not mind taking my money though I will make my second payment before I can ride.They(Bumpus) have not called me to check on the status of the bike nor the dealership I have it at now. Just a avoidingI did suggest an even trade another heritage the main sales manager called me back and said that would be fine BUT.... THEY WILL NOT cover the taxes on the bike I paid on so I will additionally pay more on the other new bike. needless to say I will not be buying from these guys again!!!

Just purchased my first Harley after years of riding street bikes and Gregg/June made the whole process very simple. We had a deal on my 883 worked out with my trade in all handle before I ever had Ben took a trip to the dealership. All I had to do was sign some papers and load the bike.

The best dealership in the whole state of Tennessee, hands down! I have purchased several bikes from Bumpus and a few from other dealerships in the area, and no one compares to them. The owner Tom Bumpus is a great guy, and his General manager Timmy Glenn and his entire staff will go out of their way to make you feel like family.

Not as friendly as I remember, I was part of the Hog chapter years back. Not as inviting as before, salesmen didnt have time to send or just a bit preoccupied. but the girl at the front desk was friendly.

Best dealership around. Wonderful people working hard to make your experience as good as it can be. Bought my first Orange and Black Ultra CVO from GM Timmy Glenn in 2007. Purchased another Ultra CVO in 2012 and now enjoying my 2017 Black and Orange CVO Street Glide. Just had 12” handlebars and new mirrors installed at the dealership. Even though I live 100 miles away in Chattanooga I would not consider buying a bike from any other dealership.
