Your employees were very attentive and caring. I forgot the name of the woman who assisted me, but she had short hair and was very kind. Also the shoes and inserts I bought work like a charm. All the foot, leg, hip, and knee pain do not occur now when I go for my runs. I can put my all in without the pain from my shoes decreasing my performance level. I would recommend the fleet feet in Murfreesboro a 100% to all my friends in family member. Hell to my coworkers and anyone I meet who need good shoes and good service.

I was in a car accident and broke both my feet. The doctor has given me permission to full weight bear on both feet but it isnt easy, and it isnt without tremendous pain. I bought a pair of HOKA shoes here, and its the only shoe I can wear without excruciating pain.I was greeted immediately at the door, and taking care of immediately. My wife and I went in recently for running shoes. I was shocked as to how running shoes or any shoes are supposed to feel. I suffer from shin splits which are no fun! Tracy was VERY professional, patient, and knowledgeable of how shoes should fit and on explaining the scanning of our feet. We purchased shoes and are happy with them! Will definitely be going back in the future. These treadmills and trails aren’t ready to see some real super sonic speed with these shoes I have now.I definitely recommend!

I didnt expect to walk out of Fleet Feet, having purchased a pair of shoes, but the pair of shoes the rep pulled out for me were extremely comfortable and there was absolutely no way I was going to leave without them. Fleet Fleet is different than other shoe stores as they give personal attention to their customers by scanning their feet to ensure a perfect fit. As it turned out, my husband was wearing a shoe that was actually too small. She was friendly and professional and brought out several options which would suit his needs. They are not high pressure in their sales technique which we appreciated but more importantly their goal is clearly customer satisfaction. Customer service here is awesome! They have a machine that can scan your feet and you get the right fit for your foot. I bought some Hokas here a couple of years ago and I just went in to the store to buy a new pair since the first pair I bought has done such a great job supporting my feet as I stand up on concrete all day at work. Definitely recommend this store and the Hoka brand of shoes.
This is the first fleet feet I’ve been in and it exceeded expectations! I needed a pair of running shoes to train for a half marathon. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I was in and out in about 30 minutes with a pair of running shoes that fit perfectly. I highly recommend this store!

Demetria greeted me and helped me find a good pair of walking shoes that fit well. I have been having pain from plantar fasciitis and she recommended Superfeet Pain Relief insole. After scanning my feet Demetria got 3 pairs of shoes for me to try with the Superfeet inserts. I didnt feel rushed at all, each time she told me to walk around the store as long as I needed. I ended up purchasing a pair of Brooks and a pair of Superfeet Pain Relief insoles. Hoping that within a few weeks my foot pain is better or is atleast lessened. Thank you Fleet Feet.

I work in the medical field and spend 12 hours on my feet. I was looking for a shoe that would help my pain in the ball of my feet. After trying the hoka bondi 7s on I immediately noticed a difference. The staff were knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. I haven’t been able to try them at work yet but I am hopeful that the shoes will be able to alleviate my pain.
These guys have an awesome business model. They take their time with you. They scan your feet and tell you the shape of your feet and pick shoes based on your foot. I walked out with a pair of Brooks for around 150 bucks. They are probably the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. Back in the day I’d run 20 miles a week and wished I had these folks to tell me what I should be wearing to prevent pain throughout my entire body.

I am writing this on behalf of my mother. She came in about two weeks ago and received help from Chad. She has been having declining health and has been an avid walker since I can remember. She was so worried she’d no longer be able to walk because of knee pain and discomfort after more than a few minutes of walking. She told me that her eyes watered up just a little two different times and Chad clearly noticed and gave her amazing encouragement and affirmation that “we” would work together until she was able to find some comfort even if that meant adjusting how she exercised. Once they had decided on the best shoe for her, he noticed that just walking in the store, she looked a lot better and more stable. She was still concerned, just felt a little better. He then suggested and fitted her with a gray knee brace. Before she left she said she was visibly crying out of joy that she could still do what she loved. He gave her a little bit of a workout plan to carefully and safely get back to her usual. My mother had not been this joyful in years. She is much more active and for years she’s been talking about how old and decrepit she was— Chad told her that she shouldn’t say that because it wasn’t positive for her mental health and that could impact her physical health. Let me tell you... He was so RIGHT! She has been acting so much more lively and positive and she had been more of my mom... the mom I had as a little kid. So joyful, so energetic, so youthful. She is 77. This is huge for my family. That’s why I’m writing all this. Chad has to be doing something right. She said he made recommendations, but never seemed like a sales person. He basically gave her emotional encouragement my family hasn’t been able to prove to her in over 10 years. I will be coming in to try and meet him and thank him in person. She said he seemed so emotionally aware he should be in a different field then shoe selling, but I’m so thankful to God that he is where he is and his impact on my mom. Thank you, Chad! I hope employees can accept gifts because whatever material gift I am going to try and give you does not compare to the gift of having my mom back! I don’t know how you’re paid, but he deserves a raise corporate!
The employees were EXTREMELY nice, helpful and knowledgeable! I was made feel like I mattered to them the minute I walked in the door! They took time to hear my issues with my feet and daily struggles and the very reason I was there and worked to find the right shoe to help fix that problem!I got the Hoka shoes and I LOVE THEM! My first day back wearing the shoes, my back (which hurts me EVERY DAY) did not hurt me AT ALL! AMAZING!!!! I have already and will continue to recommend FLEET FEET to everyone! I was pretty sure of what I needed when I walked in the door having completed hours of internet research. As it turned out, I was not so informed after all. Robin took care of me and she did all the things that make Fleet Feet a specialty shop. She did the measurement on their machine and watched me walk and sized my feet much differently than what I thought they were! Then she brought me 3 different shoes to try based on her data. They all felt great but one stood out and after some useful conversation, thats what I bought. Robin said: at the big box stores they take care of your size, here we take care of your feet. Took my 15 year old to get a high quality shoe after completing Physical Therapy on her knee after her knee cap dislocated. The scan they did in store of her foot showed exactly what type of support she needed. Our associate was very knowledgeable and listened to her activity and problems with her bio-mechanics. We felt like she was heard and she is very happy to have shoes that not only feel good, they also project confidence she isnt going to re-injure her knee.

I highly recommend Fleet Feet! I stand and walk on concrete for 8 hours a day. I needed relief from leg and foot pain. The sales associate was very attentive to my needs. They scanned my feet and went over my results. I then tried on several pairs of shoes. I purchased 2 pairs of shoes and a pair of inserts. I have now worn both pairs with inserts for 5 days. I havent had any leg or foot pain! I cant believe I havent already done this! Thanks so much!! I will see you again when I need new shoes and inserts!

A little disappointed. Normaly great service but went in today and was looking at some running watches (he was a bit reluctant on getting one out to show me) the guy told me that someone was trying to steal one the other day. Guess he thought I was going to try and steal one also. (We just bought 2 pairs of shoes a couple weeks back) They do not sell cheap products here. They should be a bit more careful how they approach people. My wife even asked me why he was acting that way.

I had just had knee surgery about 2 months ago and had went back to work and still wasn’t able to walk the same. So went to fleet feet. Gail scanned my feet, brought different shoes out to try. And was so very kind. I didn’t feel rushed. Monday morning at work, I was back 100%. So this review is a week after and I am feeling great and walking so much better!!
Ladies and Gentlemen, PLEASE stop what you are doing and PAY THIS STORE A VISIT!!!!! I went into Fleet Feet almost 2 weeks ago. I purchased a new pair of Brooks. After running in them for about a week there was a lot of discomfort and I just felt like the size was way too big. I called the store and was told to come back to see how they could help me. The owner herself helped me, she listened to me very well...allowed me to try on new shoes a size down which fit PERFECTLY!!! She even told me what type of socks to wear (as I am new to running) and gave me a pair as well as allowed me to switch out the shoes I had already ran in for a new pair NO EXTRA CHARGE!!!Now, THIS is EXCELLENT customer service!! I can tell she cared and just wanted to be sure I had the right fit shoe for running. I’m in awe! I’ve never had an experience this great before. My husband is now going to purchase a pair of shoes from them too! Thank you Fleet Feet for all of your help today. I had an amazing experience and will be back for more shoes in the future!!!

I bought a pair of hokas that didnt last but 6 months. I was upset,but took them in to see what could be done. Theyre gladly sending them back due to the shoes being defective. This makes all the difference in being a repeat customer.

As well,?they are ver friendly which helps make the experience more pleasant and made my wife and I comfortable . I bought a pair of shoes there 18 months ago which have helped my feet keep from hurting so much in a stand and walk all day environment. My wife has the same job situation and we both left with a new pair of very comfortable shoes each. After reading the good reviews I decided to give the store a try. Went to the store yesterday in hopes of getting fitted. I needed a good pair of walking shoes, socks, and flip flops. I walked around the store looking for 30 minutes. None of the workers acknowledgeled my presence. It was horrible treatment. So I left and placed an order with Amazon.
