Called and talked to Nichole. Gave her information on a windshield I needed a price on. Was told that she had to check with her supplier and she would get right back with me. Never heard another word from them!

Rick on the sign side of Curtis Glass is amazing...and is very professional and they provide fast, accurate service. However, the glass side of Curtis Glass and Sign leaves alot to be desired. Slow service....poor followup....rude female owner with Liberal emotions that rule and dictate the glass business side. Do not recommend unless you like to be ruded out when your opinion does not agree with hers. Better places in town for your glass business with people that care for you as a valued customer and less about who you vote for. Zero stars for them if possible.

The windshield moulding started coming off my RV as I passing through Murphy, NC. Nicole was able to fit us into a tight schedule. Kevin and helper were able to re-install the windshield moulding. It has stayed in place and does not leak, all for reasonable charge. Great job. Highly recommend.
A couple of months ago, Ryan and Juan came out to my house and replaced all of my windows. It took them 2 days to do it but what a GREAT job they did. The price was reasonable and the guys were professional. I would recommend Curtis Glass to anyone that needs their windows replaced.Thanks Curtis Glass!

Strongly do not recommend using Curtis Glass for any glass work. I hired them to replace the glass in 2 patio door sets with a clear description of which doors on which level of the house were to be replaced (1 set on the 1st floor and 1 set on the walkout basement floor). These were the only doors identified as fogged in a home inspection report. Curtis Glass knew from the start as part time folks that we would not be there and did not state any objection. They proceeded to install glass on the wrong doors (2 sets on the 1st floor). I filled out a complaint with the BBB (Case # 560112) and Curtis Glass response was there were other fogged windows, they replaced 4 windows glass and therefore they fulfilled their contract which is contrary to the inspector report. They had both my cell number along with my realtor, but never called for any clarification and installed glass on the wrong doors. Curtis Glass put the blame back on me, the customer, for not being present vice acknowledging their failure to install correctly or to call for any clarifications. Also beware of their price quote, Curtis Glass provided a contract quote we agreed to and later raised it.

Curtis Glass is one of the best places to get your windows tinted. I have had 4 cars done by them and they are professional, their workmanship is outstanding and prces are competitive.

No stars. Brought in a window screen for repair. Said it would be done in a few days. It wasn’t. Said it would be done the next day, Saturday, for pick up on Monday. It wasn’t. Took it to Wilson Building Supply. Done.

The shower stalls they installed were sub par at best. They we poorly measured, hastily and poorly installed and leak like sieves. They would do nothing to satisfy us. Beware

We live in Blairsville, Ga and wanted to get the windows on our new truck tinted. I called Hooties and they told me they couldn’t get me in for a month. I decided to do a net search for another tint company and found Custis Glass in Murphy. I called them and they said bring my truck in the next day. They did my tint and I couldn’t believe the great job they did. The price was also less than Hooties charges. Curtis will now get all my future business. They have been tinting for over 30 years. I couldn’t be happier.
Very disappointed. I went over there and tried to make an appointment. They took all my information down and said they would call the next day for the appointment. They never called so I called them right at the end of the business day. They gave me an appointment in 2 weeks, the woman who answered the phone was very rude with me. On the day of the appointment she called me at 8:17am and tells me that I need to call next week and then reschedule another appointment because the tinting guys been sick for a whole week. I wanted to give them no stars but I have to put 1 star down to write this wonderful review. Ive lived in Murphy my whole life and I will never go back to Curtis Glass.
If I could give less than one star I would. I called 3 weeks ago to get someone to come measure two broken windows to have panels replaced in. I called 5 times over the course of three weeks and 4 of those times Nicole never returned my call. When I did get her on the phone she had no idea if anyone had been out to measure and wanted to push me out another week. Worst customer service I’ve dealt with in a while.

Fast service and a good job
My husband paid $80 for window tint and a windshield tint. He clearly specified that he wanted it legal. When it came time to have our annual inspection, we failed and had to pay $40 to fix it before we could get our inspection. It is very frustrating that they didnt do it right!!
I am the manager at Curtis Home & Auto Glass. I am asking that any reviews for tinting or for Curtis Sign Shop be left on their site. Curtis Glass does not provide tint and are a septate business from Chris Sign Shop. Thank you.
