These guys are the stuff! I brought my car for some minor paint damage on the rear bumper, they not only fixed the damaged but got the color so close and fixed my lower valance which was unexpected. It looks SUPER professional, carries a lifetime warranty on the paint, and they are super honest about their method of how they’re going to approach your specific project/repair for them. I’ll be spreading the word because these guys knocked out it out of the park for my experience.

Thoroughly impressed with Artisan Auto Body. My Tesla was in a hit and run and rather than be dishonest and suggest repair work that could have cost upwards of $800, they had integrity and suggested a service for $200 or so. Not only that, but I had an unrelated scratch that they buffed out FOR FREE. Friendly and knowledgeable staff; couldnt be happier with my whole experience :)

I considered several bodyshops before deciding to take my Tesla for repairs. In the end, I came to Artisan Auto Body, and I did the right choice: the staff here is knowledgeable, very reasonable, and kept me informed of the status of my car at all times. And most important of it all: they did a flawless job in my Tesla. Now it looks like new.I hope I don’t ever need another body repair, but if I do, for sure I’ll come here again.

My M3 suffered minor damage on the driver front fender/bumper. It did take three months to get parts in (Tesla is notorious for this) and COVID didnt help but aside from that I couldnt be happier. My M3 is my first new car in my life (at 49 years old) and accident was not my fault so I wanted my car good-as-new. Drago was responsive and professional, easy to work with. The day after picking up my car I noticed a couple of problems- spacing around headlight wasnt even and slight orange peel on the hood (yikes!). I was especially nervous (and upset) about the orange peel but they easily fixed it on the spot while I waited. Very happy- highly recommend this shop for your Tesla.

I called in Monday. They saw me Tuesday. Diagnosed my issue right away and finished the work in less than 30 minutes and the guy didn’t even charge me. Other shops in town were taking forever and definitely harder to work with. Definitely recommend Artisan for any Tesla work you need.

Dragos, and the whole crew at Artisan Auto Body are nothing short of amazing. They turned my not so ideal Tesla Model Y delivery into an amazing experience. I had some paint issues, specifically with clear coat on my brand new Model Y. Dragos, personally came and inspected the imperfections, and issues. He was very kind, and and very knowledgeable, but explained the issues, and the resolve in a perfect way that anyone could understand. He kept in contact with me during the process, letting me know the status of the vehicle, and what was going on. They went above, and beyond. I have never worked with a shop that contacted me first to let me know the status. They are so professional, and know their stuff. They are the only ones here in Utah that are using the exact paint that Tesla uses, so it matches perfect. I hope I never need to use a body shop, but if that day comes, Artisan Auto Body is the only place I will take my cars too. They are honest, fair, and above all extremely talented in the work they do.

My experience working with Artisan was fantastic! I can’t recommend them enough. We were in a minor fender bender in our Tesla Model S and called a few of the Tesla certified shops around for an estimate on the repair. Artisan was the clear choice from the very beginning and I’m so glad we went with them to fix our car! Drago dispatched a tow truck to pick up our car within a hour of our initial phone call and kept us informed of our car’s status along the way. The hood was on back order with Tesla for weeks and weeks but as soon as it showed up, Artisan quickly repaired our car and made sure everything was as good as new. They also did a great job working with our insurance.We bought our car used and it looks better today than the day we bought it. As a new Tesla owner, I was a bit uncertain about how easy it would be to find a shop that could handle a Tesla. I hope we don’t get in an accident again, but I am so glad to know that we will be in good hands if we do.

Less than six months after purchasing my car, it met the angry side of a dump truck on I-15. These guys not only fixed my car as good as new, but they made sure the paint was a beautiful match, and facilitated getting paint protection film installed to protect from future rock chips. They took pride in fixing my car the right way, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Definitely recommended.

My car was involved in an accident and my insurance recommended a body shop near my home. When I arrived at the location, the business was under a different name, Artisan. I was a little hesitant to leave my car there, because it was a new business and my car was the first & only car in the shop. Artisan exceeded my expectations, the staff were very professional and met every need I had concerning my car. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the future. You wont be disappointed.
