Their service Is kinda lousy. Our vehicle has been in the shop for 7 months and still isnt fixed. Ready to give them a bad review if our Camaro isnt fixed now!!!!!!
This shop just blew our minds with how horrible they are. My 2017 Focus ST got into an accident and the there needed to be 1300$ worth of work done to it, probably the easiest job this shop has ever gotten. We were promised both doors on the drivers side would be repainted, the quarter panel repainted, the bumper repainted, and the back wheel replaced. Well, they did none of those things. The driver door was not repainted, they used touch up paint on the chip and it looks horrible, the driver side passenger door has paint drips along the edges, the quarter panel was not cleaned and prepped properly and the paint has divots in it, the bumper was also not cleaned properly and has dust underneath the paint, they got over spray on my windows, molding and trim, and countless other things shown in the photos above. This shop is absolutely horrible, and no one in their right minds should ever come here.
I am quite disappointed in the offered service. The whole entire experience has been poor. Numerous things went wrong:I sent pictures to get an estimate, and I was quoted the wrong amount.I was quoted the wrong end date of service completion. I had to extend my car rental for an additional day. I was not reimbursed for the mishap.We were told over a text message that the rear bumper would be replaced and it was only buffed.Also, the paint job was done poorly. You can see 2 fuzzies fell while they were spraying/painting the car. Extremely bad quality. It was like a badly done manicure made by a novice.I am not sure who was the supervisor or manager that passed the final inspection but it was clearly overlooked.I advised over text message about the situation and I was told to bring back the car to have it fixed. Which is an absolute inconvenience since we live 38 miles away!
I hit a deer on a road trip and needed some quick fix to get my truck legal and back on the road. Was back on road all legal in less than 3 hours after dropping in. Great service
I had a great experience having my truck repaired here. Brett was very professional and kind. My repair was fairly minor, but I feel the price was reasonable, the turnaround time was excellent, and the quality of work was fantastic. I would recommend this business if you are looking for repair services.

I took my car here after a minor fender bender, and they were a dream to work with. They called me to schedule an estimate, they had all of the paperwork worked out with the other partys insurance and just had me sign a few things. A couple weeks later I brought my car in, they had coordinated with Enterprise to pick me up and get my rental. It was seamless. Two days later they called and texted me that my car was done. I was dropped off by Enterprise and picked up my car. They did all of the work with insurance and I didnt have to worry about anything. As someone who is stressed out easily, I cant believe how easy this whole process was. Many thanks to the great staff here!
I went to the collision center after somebody hit my car because I wanted to see what the cost would be for the crack in my bumper. I had to go through the other persons insurance, which was progressive. The people at Larry H Miller kept insisting that I shouldn’t even bother because progressive does their own pricing. I still asked for the quote which they gave to me and it was a bit higher than other quotes. I understand their point, but it at least gives me a starting place and some knowledge to deal with Progressive. If you are going through insurance with Progressive, keep this is mind at Larry H Miller. Not so smooth.
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Stay away! Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL! We dropped off our car for a minor repair. Waited about 3 weeks! no word, no update, no communication. We mentioned that one of the headlights after the collision started throwing errors. Told them 3 times about it and when we pick up the car, the headlight is still throwing the error. On top of that the fender that was being repaired was misaligned and clear bra was just partially fixed. When I complained about it, they came up with some lousy excuses. We called them a week later to schedule corrections, no luck. Waited another week and still nothing. Its been over a month since the whole process started and they apparently dont have time to see us.. WHAT!? it blows my mind that they messed up their job like a bunch of amateurs and they are not prioritizing finishing it before other customers! We are still fighting with the to correct it! Ridiculous!!!
Had the Collision Center install a rear spoiler on my Malibu. Everybody did an incredible job. My car looks awesome now. Thank you for making the entire process very painless.
Not worth dealing with broke every part they took off my car
I love Larry Miller Chevrolet Dealerships. I do not much care for the Larry Miller Collision. I thought I would receive the same 5 star service I get across the street at their dealer but sadly, I did not. My repair estimate was for 10 business days. It took 18 business days and 3 additional times to drop my truck off to get the repairs right, and replace an additional window they scratched.During this process of following up on my car, I had 2 times that the front desk staff said to call back as they were overworked and understaffed.Now that the repairs are completed, it looks good; however, I will not use them again even though they were a preferred repair shop for my insurance.The estimator was nice to work with; however, she could not control the quality or timing of the repairs. I was also disappointed to see that the repair was more than 50% higher than their estimate.
They may do their job well but they quote pretty hefty. A couple of months ago, I went there for front hood scratch repair of my Red Toyota Corolla (It wasnt even a big scratch ) and they quoted like nearly $ 2000. I wasnt going to pay 2K for that minimal repair. Luckily I found way cheaper deal with Venturas Body and Paint, for around $800!Never go to fancy, Dealer-named shops! They charge unnecessarily!
Be sure to inspect their work thoroughly, and it would be wise to have their account managers be there to walk you through their work. The repair seemed good at first, but because they were closing they kind of rushed me through. On the drive home there was significant wind leak that was not there before they did their repair, there was paint damage done to the tailgate and the steering wheel (not even part of the area to be fixed) and warning lights on the dash are now firing that were not before. Had to reschedule and fight to have them fix their own mistakes and a loaner car. They cleaning up the paint damage, but am still trying to get them to even look at the warning light. Worst of all, they will not contact me to let me know what is going on. Unless I call regularly no action is taken. Hopefully this will get resolved soon, and I can get my car back in the same condition as before the minor accident.I would NOT recommend their service, and would suggest that their customer service be improved.Update: The warning light was due to a light being unplugged during their fix, and was completely missed when completing the job. Ultimately, they are just not very thorough with their work. Too many misses.
DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR! Half fast work and horrible communication. The passenger bed side was replaced on my 2017 Silverado they did NOT WELD THE PINCH WELDS that connect the bed side to the middle section. every time i close my tail gate or slightly put pressure on my bed the whole side shifts forward almost hitting the cab .THIS Truck was bought brand new from Larry h miller Chevrolet across the street so there is no excuse that “it did it before” i did not have this issue until it was repaired at this facility. Leaf spring dampeners were also damaged when the vehicle was hit causing the leaf springs to creek. instead of replacing the leaf pack they used “anti seize” to quiet them down. I did not want to write this review but after living with these problems and having to spend my own money to get it fixed when they could have done it before they closed my repair case. Done with the flakes in the paint and air bubbles in the clear coat. ive had enough and they deserve this review. You’d think these guys would do better work.

My car got scratched and was sent to Larry H Miller to do the repairs through my insurance company. I had my car back pretty soon and it ended up so well, my car was clean (they did car wash and wax) and new as the day I bought. The stuffs were friendly and nice. Arc did help me a lot and I did receive calls regarding the repairs process. They made me feel comfortable that I would like to have my car fixed over there. A trusted body shop. The only concern was that they threw my lipsticks away, in which I left them on my passenger’s seat. I was sad that I lost my favorite lipsticks...well, 4 stars. I would recommend it.
The work they did was great. The time in which it took wasnt. Some of that time was waiting on the insurance company. I had to call them after my truck was in the shop for 4 days to figure out what was going on. One call to the insurance company everything was fixed and then had to call Larry H. Miller back. Once that was cleared everything went smooth. Wish the communication was better. I shouldnt have to be left wondering where my truck is 4 days later. After being told it was a 3 day job. Total time in shop 1 week.
I understand that they’re busy, but why take cars in if you don’t have the time for it?

The work that was done was good. However, when I received calls that the car was completed I would go to pick it up and find something that wasn’t done. This happened twice. A three day promise time turned into a two week process. Customer service could use some serious improvement.
Working with this team was amazing. My car was stolen and they not only did an beautiful and amazing job putting my car back together, they communicated progress to me frequently and made the process as easy as possible. I will never take my car anywhere else for service. This team is wonderful and they treated me like family.

This place is a joke. If I could give it zero stars I would.I’ve worked and managed customer service my whole working carrier so for me to say this, I sadly mean it.I made an appointment two weeks ahead of time (so I could make car arrangements) then when I went to bring it in I wasn’t on the schedule. I completely understand that accidents happen and that people make mistakes although no apology was made but they still took my car to have some scratches fixed on it. I was told it would take 3 to 4 days max to be completed. I called on the 3rd day to check on my car and make arrangements for pick it up but was only talked to with completely annoyance. Unfortunate but true. My car was just being looked at and would not be completed when I was told it would.Needless to say I was without my car for 12 days. I had to make all the calls to check on the status of my car of which each time was met with complete annoyance and the attitude of they were doing me a favor. No joke. Some of the phone calls got very heated and no apologies were ever made. To note, I only received one phone call from them to say it was done.Whether it is you or your insurance that is paying for a service to be completed, someone is paying for it. The collision center is being paid to complete a job and should never have an attitude towards someone who is bringing them business.I have never written a review on a facility before so for me to write this is sad. But I’m a believer that there is always a way to improve customer service and I hope that happens at this location.

We needed to get our car fixed after someone backed into us. We called and they advised us on the best time to come in so we wouldnt have to wait long. When we got there, they quickly looked at the damage and got us a quote back to us in fifteen minutes. A couple weeks later, we brought our car in to be fixed. When we went to pick it up, they hadnt fixed our side view mirror. But we lived in Logan (an hour and a half away) so we had to get our car back. We took it home and discovered more issues. I called them up and they told me to bring it back in. I was pretty mad. After dropping off the car, I was picked up by the car rental place. The driver told me they heard a few other people complaining about Larry H Miller Collision not getting the job done right the first time. Four hours later I finally made it home. In the middle of all this, we were also about to move. So Im sure I sounded like a crazy person calling every day to see what was happening with our car. We were moving to a new state, so I needed our car back asap! We scheduled a pick up at what felt like the last possible second. Thankfully they did fix it and they paid for the car rental, because the insurance had already paid for the original amount of time and wasnt going to pay any more. So I am grateful for that. I just advise that you be crazy with them and make sure they get everything done right the first time. Because that seems to be the issue. Theyll get it fixed if its not done right, but nobody has the time to go in once, let alone twice.

This team was kind, professional, and kept me updated with the status of my vehicle. Joe and Luis were absolutely wonderful. My car was not the cleanest with 2 children in it all the time. They even took the time to detail my car INSIDE AND OUT! It was so refreshing to have a team you can count on when your dealing with an accident. I have exclusively used Larry H. Miller for my needs for the last 10 plus years. Their auto body work has been and continues to be great. But their customer service is lacking significantly. I had to call them multiple times to receive return calls with updates. And, when I called to pick up my car on the day they committed it to be complete, they told me I had to wait until Monday to pick it up. This was three days after the promise date. But, after I picked it up, the car rental company called to tell me that I would be charged me for three additional days outside of my insurance policy. The reason- apparently it was submitted as being completed three days earlier.I told them that Larry H Miller clearly had made a mistake, and Im sure they would fix it. Ultimately I was contacted again and told that indeed it was completed three days earlier. I have been charged for three additional days of car rental. I have left message with Larry Miller twice. No return call. Why they wouldnt let me pick it up three days earlier, I dont know. However, their mistake has certainly become my problem. I have already stopped and buying cars from Larry H Miller for a similar problem. And now I will stop using their Collision Center. This type of dishonesty would certainly disappoint their founder.
Excellent experience. I made an appointment with Luis to get my vehicle repaired and he told me to come in the next day. I checked in with Joe and he took all of my information and introduced me to Luis who examined my vehicle. Luis performed a thorough inspection of my vehicle and said it would be complete in about a weeks time. I received two updates, detailing what had been done and what still needed to be done. As promised, it was completed within a week and I was called to pick up the vehicle. Upon my arrival I was met by KC and he did another thorough inspection with me to make sure I was satisfied with the work that had been done. Needless to say, it looked absolutely great and I was quite pleased. Luis came out to ensure I was happy and turned me over to Joe to complete the paperwork. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional, kind, and strived for perfection. Hopefully I wont require collision service repairs again in the future, but if I do, I will definitely call on LHM Collision Center again. Thank you so much.John J.

Overall the company did have issues, but did resolve the issues they could. I can not blame them for a manufacturing defect on a ordered part unrelated to the work LHM Collision did they worked through the process and did what they could to assist me. There was a paint color issue. I believe the paint matching was a training or a quality control issue, and LHM followed through with the repaint and paid for loaner. After my initial complaint the communication I received improved significantly. I hoping my initial lack of communication was only a limited issue that has already been corrected since I made LHM Collision aware of the problem. After expressing my concerns, LHM collision provided the service I have come to expect from LHM businesses.

While arriving at the collision center the female desk clerk was attending a call, not once did she acknowledge that I was seen in front of her presence .Five simple words in customer service thats helps to know Ill be right with you . First impressions always a must in a business. But when you been there 3 times and same not impressed.
This place is nothing more than a joke. The customer service reps in their office display a very rude attitude and demeanor. They cant seem to finish or get anything done right on time. My moms car was taken in after an accident that was not her fault. They had it for 2 weeks and painted the back bumper the wrong color. The rep in the paint shop proceeded to tell her that all cars are a slightly different color in the front and back. Plus she had to go back in so they could plug things in that they forgot. During that time my car was taken in for body work due to an accident. The next day the car started to overheat because they forgot to plug the fans back in on the front engine panel... Needless to say we are not happy with our experience. Wouldnt recommend to anyone!
Went in to get a 2x2 part touched up that I just purchased from Toyota and they had me wait for the manager who said $90.00! Clearly they are only after big ticket items. I would not recommend this this place due to very poor customer service and pricing.

I recently brought in my 2018 Toyota IM for freeway damage. My car was assigned to an onsite adjuster. Her name is Dixie and she was absolutely a delight to work with from start to finish on this entire process! She listened to all my concerns about the car; it’s damage and anything else I had questions and concerns about in regard to with the wait time etc for my car to be fixed. I am absolutely thrilled and very appreciative for her willingness to give me a WOW experience. She not only made sure my car was fixed to my expectations, but she went above and beyond what I ever experienced at an auto body shop! I love this experience and will come back here always! Dixie was very professional and she is an absolute delight to work with and knows her job very very well! She pays attention to details and that was what made this entire experience great! They totally dropped the ball on our car. I called on the day the said it would be done and they had completely forgotten about it. It took them 3 weeks to do a simple repair and it came home dirtier than it arrived. It was an absolute disaster.
I took my car to get the back bumper fixed from a car accident Bruce Keith was the consultant bad service the communication from him was horrible I had to call my insurance company or the rental agency gave me information on my car when I called to speak to Bruce I just get a answer machine no call back ever just text message after I left a message I get a text saying whats going on with my car saying I will text you when done .It took them a whole week when the insurance said 5 days. I get a text saying my car will be done but no time frame the car rental company had to call them to see what time they told her 5:00 but couldnt tell me a time when I called in till I called around 4When I went to pick up my car I got a car alert error on my phone detected low battery voltage and engine which my car had never had eny problems before I took it in they disconnect it so it wont say it reprogrammed it so we will see . I spoke to Tiffany the manager . Really bad service

STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT A COMPANY THAT DOESNT TAKE PRIDE IN THE WORK THEY DO, OR CANT OWN UP TO THE MISTAKES THEY MAKE!I took my 01 Toyota 4 runner to them, after being sideswiped on my driver back panel.... they quoted me, stated they would need my yota for 10 days... and to bring it in on a specific day. The day before I was to drop it off, getting work off at the time, they called and said they can’t get me in until 2 weeks later. So 2 weeks later, I drop my yota off to them, get into a rental, and they have my yota go 14 days.... I had to contact them to find out the status. They said I could pick it up in October 29th after 1745. Right before they closed, I got my yota... and drove off. I get pulled over, for my driver side taillight being out that night. I took it back to LHM collision, and they “forgot” to attach the light before letting me take it. Then on October 31st, coming down from snowbird, and just barely turning off of wasatch onto 3500 E, just a mile from the canyon, my driver front tire come off...(not even 90 miles after getting it out of their shop) I immediately contact LHM and inform them of the mishap, and they came and got it.... and once they got a tow truck and my yota down to their lot, they said they never touched the front tire, and I’m going to have to pay for the towing, that their not responsible. I told them my truck was driving perfectly fine before I dropped it off, and I’ve had issues ever since getting it out of their shop. They then tried to say “whoever did your tire rotation last, didn’t put the lugnuts on tight enough, or it was too tight.” Now I go brand new rims put on last September, 8000 miles previously, and haven’t had any issues with “tires” coming loose.... I ride a motorcycle all summer long.... and they continued to tell me they never touched my front tire... and they won’t work on just 1 tire anymore cuz it’s a liability, and they would need to go through all 4 tires. Now they told me when I picked up my old Rim, that they put on a new tire, cuz the tire guy took a gouge out of my tire when he was removing the rim... and in fact, no new tire.... I had to pay for their mistake with my front tire coming off, and ended up taking my yota somewhere else, who has integrity in the work they do.
Takes 3 days to return phone calls. Took 2 days longer to complete repair. Told me a shuttle would be here within an hour to pick me up. I called after waiting 1.5 hours and now theyre saying it will be another 45 minutes. They never even called me, I had to call them. Receptionist doesnt listen very well. Will never use this vendor again. Completely disappointed.

I fully regret listening to insurance in their recommendation of taking my vehicle here. I was rear ended 3 months ago and still do not have my pick up back. It has been at LHM collision in Murray 9 weeks as of today. When I originally went in I was told I would receive updates via text every Tuesday and Thursday’s. That became every other week after the a first 3 weeks. I have been told 4 different times that the wrong parts arrived and they had to send them back. So either I am being lied to or the parts department has no idea what they are doing ( I have a 2015 F-150, not an uncommon truck) my service rep through this has Been Brett and as I stated the first few weeks communication was good however now it has been awful. I was told on Monday that the final part needed would arrive Tuesday and they would begin right on it that it would be 7-8 hours of labor to finish. The last communication I had was Thursday that they expected to be done Friday 7/13 and they would either be ready for me to pick up Friday or they would have it on Saturday. It’s now Saturday and I had to call into the main office to get an answer (which I sat and waited for the phone to ring for 15 minutes before someone answered) the gentleman that answered was unable to give me and answer and said Brett does not work Saturdays so at this point I am unsure why I was told I might be able to pick it up today.Overall this experience has been an absolute joke to deal with. Not only have I had this headache but I was told by nationwide insurance they Only cover 30 days of a rental car I brought this up with Brett that it was one of my concerns of how long the repair was taking I was told on the 29th that LHM would pick up my rental charges from that day on. They make a big deal about it being from that day on. So I will still have 35 days of rental to pay out of my pocket. All because I got rear ended and nationwide suggested LHM collision for repairs. If you are thinking of bringing your vehicle here do not! I will update with how long I will continue to wait after leaving this review.

After many failed attempts (calls and VMs) to get in contact with my advisor Luis, I decided to go to in person to check the status of my car since its been there for over two weeks. When I arrived, the receptionist said he was in a meeting so I decided to wait. As soon as he was out, the receptionist let him know I wanted to see Luis but an angry customer came in and started to scream at Luis so he went in before me. Then after waiting for 45mins, Luis comes out to the receptionist and tells her that hes busy and doesnt have time to deal with anyone now even though the receptionist mentioned I had been waiting for him for 45 mins. He blew me off and told the receptionist that he didnt care that I was waiting for him for 45mins and didnt want to attend me. I was super upset. He gave horrible customer service and just left me hanging there and completely ignored me. I expected better customer service when I took my car since my estimate was over $9,000.Worst customer service from Luis! Really disappointed.
This place was an absolute joke.they estimated a 6 day completion and around day 12 they attempted to say it was complete and ready for pick up. I showed up to pick it up and there was orange peel effect in the clear coat. as well as paint dust all over everything from them sanding down. and the worst part was that the style line in the rear quarter panel did not match at all. That was the major reason i brought it in. they told me that it was no where near the area they had agreed to fix and after debating with them for roughly 4-5 days i finally got them to take accountability and repair it the way it should have been in the first place. so after 15 days i finally got my 4runner back in decent shape.I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE IF I WAS YOU.I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY.SHOP ELSEWHERE!

Really happy with the service here and Brady Crockett. Someone backed into my Camaro which damaged the fender and bumper and needed to be replaced. The insurance company did not want to purchase OEM parts for me. Because Larry H Miller Collision center works closely with Chevy, they were able to get the OEM parts and price matched it to what the insurance company would pay. Another awesome part about this place is they offer a guarantee for as long as I owned the vehicle. If I saw any issues, I could bring it back in. Brady kept in contact with me at all times and answered emails within minutes. My Camaro looks as new as when I bought it. Thanks!
My Nissan Altimas door was damaged due to high winds and my insurance recommended Larry Miller collision center. Getting the car in was simple enough and the staff was friendly. When I received my repaired vehicle from the shop I was upset to find an extra bolt in my cars cup-holder and noticed my door was making a rattling noise when opening it. I contacted a manager named Tiffany Kuntz and am pleased she handled the situation so professionally. She did not make any excuses nor did she blame me at all. She asked that I come in asap so that she could fix the problem and she did! My vehicle is operating and looking as if the damage had never occurred.It would had been even a better experience if everything was perfect the first time but based on how management handled my event I feel that my situation may have been a rare occurrence. What could had led to be a disaster turned out to be a very nice experience. I will definately be coming back.

I took my truck in for two different claims to be repaired at once. LHM took pictures of both claims, generated both estimates, and I returned both insurance estimates. I came back a week later and one had been repaired. My truck was dirty and my seat had a spot on it. No attempt to make it right, I brought it back for ANOTHER week for the other to be repaired because I didnt want to get new estimates, upon pickup the LHM employee specifically told me there was tangible dirt on the door and fender they repaired, the whole truck was dirty, and he said I CAN run it through our wash. Why would this not be done already? No pride in their work, no attention to details, no attempt to right their wrongs and inconveniences. Horrible experience

Dont take your vehicle here.They have terrible customer service, templated status updates with responses such as Because this job is so big….After having the passenger door replaced on a 2016 Ford Fusion with a factory part, the window detached from the motor approximately 3 weeks later.Given the fact the work was shotty to begin with, I assumed Bruce would be more considerate of the timing but no, he offered to schedule me an appointment a week out; I had to spell it out for him in order to hold an earlier date, 2-days out.Meanwhile, Im driving around town in a vehicle I financed less than 4 months ago, with a black trash bag covering the passenger window all because customer service and quality work isnt LHM Collision Repairs forte.
This is a terrible place to bring a car for repair. They told me my car was ready to be picked up and they gave it back to me with a flat tire. When I said my car has a flat tire they told me to just go get a little air in it.The minute I drove it,it was flat as a pancake and the place I brought it across the street took out a huge bolt out of the inside wall of my brand new tire. That is no way to give a customer a finished car back.
