D. Dahle of Mazda is the best place to buy a car. I have bought a car, and/or at least spent time at every Mazda in Utah. Yes, I have a car buying habit, but I love it. And Mazda simply is the best, in my humble opinion.D. Dahle has the best customer service. Graham, the sales manager took great care of us. As a returning customer, I felt like a VIP. Jacob was an amazing car salesman.Im so happy with my car buying experiences. Start here! It is the best place to buy a Mazda.I bought the soul red crystal metallic Mazda3 Premium Plus Turbo. It is unlike any car out there. And trust me, Ive looked at every sedan out there, this one is incredible. I hope you have a wonderful time at D. Dahle.
I had to have my car towed there to have a few things fixed. Matt my service tech went above and beyond. They took care of my car quickly and carefully and even gave me a loaner to use. I’m very happy with how i was treated.
I love Mazda Murray they always go above and beyond, the staff are friendly, nice and welcoming. And Tj Adams was an amazing sales man, if you need a new car or even used car go and ask to see him! :)
Our Product Specialist was Taylor Tower and he was great! Taylor was very knowledgeable of all Mazda vehicles and even researched questions about stock and supply when we didnt see what we were looking for. We didnt buy a vehicle on the first visit but we know who we will be working with in the future. This just looking shopping experience has encouraged us to come back for the future purchase.
Bought a car back in June that required major service shortly after purchase and the service team at Mazda did right by me. They gave me a loaner vehicle until mine was completed, worked with me, Toyota, and the warranty company to come to a satisfactory resolution, and were extremely friendly and accommodating throughout the process.Adrian, the service advisor that I worked with, kept me regularly apprised on the status of my vehicle, spent hours resolving my concerns, stayed true to her promises and was a joy to work with. It’s refreshing to see a dealership stand behind their service, and I look forward to purchasing a vehicle from them again in the future!
This was my first time taking my car into this dealership for service, and Cameron went above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied. He took extra time out of his day to fix another dealers error, which saved me quite a bit of money. The whole service team was friendly and helpful, extra kudos to Cameron
Tj was the best ever. Nice and very friendly and professional.
We LOVE Murray Mazda! They are the absolute best. We had the best car buying experience here, and as first time car buyers a lot of dealers are awful. But each employee treated us like we were the most important customer they had. TJ was our salesman and made it such a positive experience for us. He was so helpful and wanted the best for us. I came back to take care of a few things and each employee went out of their way to help me and make it quick and easy. I also bought winter floor mats and TJ put them in for me- so kind! We are Mazda customers for life and Mazda Murray will be given all of our referrals!
The parts department at this location is fantastic and goes above and beyond to help out customers! I manage a repair shop in Idaho Falls and a customer was in need of rear calipers for their CX-5. I reached out to their parts department on Friday night at 5:20 PM and the employee found a way to get me the parts quickly almost 250 miles away. I can’t thank them enough and was very impressed by their customer service.
You would be a fool to buy at this dealership. I went there to trade in my vehicle on a 2021 signature CX5. My vehicle on the market is worth quite bit currently and in top condition with low mileage . He basically wanted to give me low book deal so he could finance the part of the car.The amount left was $5500 and the offer was $235 payments for 36 months. When you do the math thats 30% interest rate. And my credit rating is 800.Do the math 235 X 36 = $8460. Its unfortunate that dealerships work this way. I was very disappointed and my trust for a Mazda vehicle is at all time low.People do your home work before purchasing a new or used vehicle.Hopefully this helps anyone in the future. The Covid Era has changed many things and one of them is integrity of businesses.
We purchased a brand new car here last week. We were so excited about our new purchase that we drove over 1000 miles within 3 days through the entire Capital Reef. Anyway, with every road trip, there is some dirt involved, in this case a lot of sand. I brought my car for detailing/cleaning today - the interior was not really dirty just dusty but I wanted to bring the car back to being 100%. When I came in I requested that no shine to be put over the interior of the vehicle (when I test drove a few used cars, I disliked the stickiness/appearance of the shine over the interior). Anyway, after I collected the car and drove away from the dealership, I realized the entire interior is covered in a shiny substance. I am talking about the dashboard, all the buttons, the screen, the seats, the steering wheel, everything. While the shine doesnt look good at all is one thing but the worst part is every single part of my new car is just so sticky. I dont understand what happened. I tried using soft towel with warm water and cant get it off. Ive been washing hands entire day and I cant even wash it off. Also with the shine/fax being used, I can see the spray marks over parts of the car that are now dried up and just dont look good at all. Also, the windows are smudged and there are water marks all over the right side of the vehicle (I had a business meeting today and I was quite ashamed to see my client see me pulled up in this condition). I am extremely sad - we bought a new car which even had a new car smell this morning despite the dust and all I wanted to do is for them to just clean it. The dust is gone in the most part but whats the point if the entire car looks so much worse. Now our car looks just like a used car that tried to be spruced up and it doesnt make me happy to be sitting in it anymore.
These guys are awesome, from start to finish they took care of me. Check engine light came on, I figured here we go again, mechanic rip off time, I was wrong on this one. Adrian is the manager there, I went it, explained what was going on and what my budget was, they put me in a loaner, a 2021 car, and fixed mine. Explained things to me, kept me under budget and my cars running like a champ. They are awesome. Thanks Adrian and crew, your the best
They are so great! They help me get the car I wanted so fast and easy with absolutely no issues. Service was so nice and they explained every little detail to me They give 101% to offer you the best deals and work out any issues along the way. Id recommend talking to TJ if your ever wanting to check out any vehicles from mazda ! Definitely best dealership experience Ive ever had.
I don’t think 5 stars does D.Dahle Mazda justice! Yesterday,I went in to look at trading my Chevy Colorado (which I also purchased from D.Dahle Mazda) for the Mazda 3 hatchback! TJ sold me on it in seconds! There’s a reason I keep going back! TJ, Glen, JR and the entire crew in service,D.Dahle Mazda is the place to go! I’m obsessed with my new 2021 Mazda 3 Hatchback! Thank you all SO much for helping me out! I look forward to doing more business with you all in the future! I highly recommended these guys!Cheers!
D. Dahle Mazda of Murray4595 S State St, Murray, UT 84107a year agoDisappointed in the way the dealership and finance handled customer service. Leo, the floor guy was the only one who seemed to actually want to help. I feel I was discriminated against not only because I am female, but because of the way I look, (tattoos and piercings) ..alls the managers and finance people wanted to do was run my credit. They DID NOT give me any type of monetary break down on paper, payments, nothing. they only went off of one of my incomes and only tried one bank. Then told me there was no way they would help me or even try to work with me.then they proceeded to try and sell me a car I didnt want, and after tried to sell me a car with77000 miles, which was 17000 more than the car I have currently. After I left, they then proceeded to run my credit again, when I WAS NOT THERE. I would not recommend this dealership if you are a female!! As it is run by all biased males.4Share
I brought my car in for a update so I am able to register my car and get the recall done as well and I was not told that it would be here for a couple hours. So I didn’t have a ride home. I was extremely helped by Brian O to help me get home safely. Thank you so much Brian for all your help!
Everyone was amazing Cameron I especially felt comfortable and oh I laughed so much when I wasnt in the best of moods. All of them were helping and for no other reason but they are good human beings I can trust.Ive never known a dealer that actually finds a way to help and is willing to believe me that I know wich part is broke and then fix a car that another dealer lied and sold to me. I went 6 hours away and picked the part up had it back to them I asked if they could fix it ...within minutes it was in within an hour my daughter drove away in the car she earned and deserved. They also went through and checked everything to make sure it was safe for the trip! I know they could have charged more but good humans wont do that GREAT PEOPLE WHO DIDNT NEED TO HELP BUT THEY DID.
I went in to look at a car that they had on their website after speaking with one of their product specialists that assured me they had it. The staff initially ignored me when I walked in then claimed they thought I was the new hire. After waiting a few minutes, the sales person informed me the car I was looking at went to auction. The product specialist stopped replying to my emails after I tried to follow up about the car. Nice showroom though.
Best car buying experience! Great service no pressure! Bought a used cx9 it is in great condition! Just took it in for service and Brian was amazing!!! I highly recommend buying from here!
Leo was great. He really went the extra mile to help us buy our car!
We had a very poor sales experience. They would not provide a price for the car we were interested in without coming in to the dealership. Just come in pick a car and well give you the best price in town. Well be pretty straight forward with you. Requiring a dealer visit to get a price doesnt fit my definition of straightforward. Too much work that would inevitably lead to the typical back and forth that so many dealers like to engage in. I have better things to do with my time. So I instead worked with Southtowne Mazda who went and got the same car from D. Dahles lot and we drove it home that evening. Apparently the two dealers have the same ownership since if you search for cars on Southtownes website theyll show you inventory from both dealers. Anyway, the salesperson at D. Dahle lost an easy sale because of their old school tactics. Avoid the hassle and go elsewhere. If they have the exact car you want, Southtowne can easily get it for you.
This is my go place for oil change. Been going for 3 years never had any problems.
Friendly service, reasonably quick and reliable fixes for all Mazda cars
Excellent service!!! Kai Sylvester was accommodating and friendly!-Daniela Rincon
Camron, was amazing and went out of his way to help me and exceeded my expectations. He helped me with my car even though I gave him wrong info he treated me with respect and help me get the correct part and service in and fixed it faster than he even said he would. I would recommend there service to anyone. Never been treated so kind.
T.J. was late for 1pm meeting by 12 minutes because the receptionist is feeding him calls and he is already with 2 other customers ---- sales training issue !Informed T.J. of my dissatisfaction --- re-assigned to Taylor who helped me for 90 minutes --- Taylor shared great product knowledge ; Taylor answered all my questions.
Quote from Cameron at D.Dahle Mazda service They dont care either after I asked him if the Sales Team will appreciate how he treats customers and that Id not be buying any more cars from them. Ive bought two cars here - sales process was fine. Somehow, I was given a Mazda3 key when I bought the car and when it became an issue I asked that D.Dahle replace it with the appropriate key I was called a liar that this wasnt the key that I was given at purchase. He repeatedly told me that I was not a valuable customer because I took my car elsewhere for my oil changes - when I asked him whether buying multiple cars from D. Dahle was valuable to him he said absolutely not because I didnt do my regular service with them. I dont wish to drive from the Avenues to Midvale to have my oil changed and that has somehow insulted Cameron. He views service as a separate business from the sales side and therefore I am of no value to him. While I totally understand why Cameron thinks hes right to call me a liar and Im sure he is told many tall tales by customers. I can assure you this is the key I was given when I bought it and now, over what is likely a $100 cost item to the service team the sales team can go pound sand. I have many options in buying a car in this valley - Im going to go elsewhere in the future. I suggest you do too.
My husband calls and talks to the sales managers Matt and the Service Manager Damon and they say theres nothing they can do, the warranty wont cover it. They dont care about the previous issues with the plates or the shady tactics in Finance, but they said they will try to get us a better deal on the transmission. It takes a month for them to get the transmission in & repaired, which gave my daughter enough time to save up some money to pay for a transmission. Would you be surprised to hear that when they called that they said the price went up, not down? yeah, $2900+ and they claimed that was with a discount. My teary daughter goes to the dealership to pay to get her car, finally happy to have it back at least, She gets home and there is a giant dent & scratch on the rear passenger side! She calls the dealership to tell them that her car has been hit and they tell her they DO NOT COVER LOT DAMAGE! WHAT! You are a dealership, you have an account specifically for LOT DAMAGE! My husband calls them today and talks to Damon & Adrian, they both say that the only deal they can give her is 50% of the repair to fix it, which by their estimate is $900, so they want another $450 from her to FIX WHAT THEY DID, thats it they take no responsibility. SO IF YOU DONT MIND BEING LIED TO, MISLEAD & HAVING YOUR PROPERTY DAMAGED, COME HERE!
These guys were helpful as I was searching for a new car. They had some of the makes and models I was looking at, and the test drive with Lucky went smoothly. I ended up going for a different make and model, but they were helpful and let me do some test drives to help me make that decision. Making an appointment online was easy and Lucky was personable. Graham was helpful too, even when it was a really busy time. Keep up the good work!
D.Dahle Mazda of Murray is amazing! They always take the best care of me and provide exceptional customer service! They never complete any work without my go ahead with full disclosure of cost. They make accommodations for you while your car is in the shop and uphold ALL COVID regulations. Cameron is the best maintenence rep they have! If you can request him your repair/maintenance with be the best youve ever had! He is so kind and communicates with you every step of the way. But ALL their staff is wonderful, youll be 100% satisfied with their work!
Really disappointed in the service guy today. In two different phone calls with others, was told that it would take 2 hours for my oil change and recall service. But today they had it for 6 hours. I asked Blake three times to have my car washed please. He forgot. I asked him to have them check why my doors werent automatically locking, he didnt . And the guy who checked me out didnt know what the heck he was talking about. Obviously Blake put me at the end of the line because I had a loaner car.. He also forgot to tell me how to open up to refill the gas tank. Never had a dealer ask me to refill a tank before on a loaner car! This is my second Mazda and I love the car and Ive never had trouble with customer service before. The nice man checking me out didnt charge me for the extra gas I used so I did appreciate that.
UPDATE: I went for my first service appointment today. I was so impressed. My car had snow tires on it and I wasnt aware when I purchased it so they gave me new tires AND the snow tires at no charge. Love their customer service.Purchased a Mazda cx-5 the other day. Soel and Graham were great to work with! They made me feel comfortable with no pressure at all. Recommend!
I originally put a good review, but had to change it to a 1 star. Do not believe the sales staff about a supposed safety inspection, I had to do $1500 plus work on the truck right after we took possession of it. I called back and they refused to help me. The sales manager (Matt) said that I should have had the truck looked at by a mechanic even though I thought their mechanics DID look at it. Completely dishonest dealership.
My salesperson ######## was very friendly and nice to work with. I would recommend working with him.Update: When my daughter test drove the car it was a fair weather day. After she signed the papers, she was driving back to her home in Orem. While driving, she had to turn on the windshield wipers to clean some rain drops off of the windshield. However, the passenger side wiper arm was broken off. When she got home, she called the dealership and told them what just happened. (She couldn’t go back to the dealership that same day as she had to start her 12 hour shift as an Emergency Department nurse). Anyway, after several attempts to talk with anyone about rectifying the problem and no returned phone calls, she had to take it to the local dealership to get it fixed.Initially, I gave the dealership 5 stars, but with their, in my opinion, disappointing response I have since changed it to an 2 star. (Only because the sales assistant was so friendly- but the management not so much)
My husband and I have been an exclusively Mazda household for over a decade now. We have leased and purchased 4 different cars from D Dahle in Murray and have always had nothing but wonderful experiences with their sales and service staff. We will only service our cars here. The sales people aren’t the least bit pushy or obnoxious and buying/leasing a car here is really quick and painless! I absolutely recommend Mazda in general and D Dahle of Murray specifically! They are the best!
Ive been car shopping here twice, once almost 2 years ago and once a few years before that. Both were negative experiences. The salespeople were high-pressure, trying to get me to sign papers before walking out, even when I was very upfront about not being ready to make a decision. The first time there, the salesman asked what other brands I was considering, and I told him--Subaru. He then proceeded to bash Subarus for costing more because of AWD. AWD was important to me, and I ended up buying a Subaru instead of a Mazda, in part due to how put off I was by the salesman here, and in part due to AWD. The more recent experience was a little better, but the pressure was still there. A host of nice sales staff who were all introduced as managers (they must have a lot) were friendly, but tried to get me to sign papers within a few minutes of an initial test drive. Another salesman pressured me to call him back the next day, about a vehicle he suggested I consider, but only took a few minutes of looking online to determine I wasnt interested in as it had a terrible reputation for having a lot of problems. When I didnt call back, he left me a message, which I returned, and he then scolded me for not calling him like I said I would (which I only said because I felt pressured to). It felt almost manipulative. Ill go here for parts, hence the 2 stars, but I will be steering clear of this dealer for car shopping.
I LOVE THIS PLACE! They are always so good to me here....And my mom! My mom has bought 2 cars from here and so have I! I love my new Mazda CX-5, thank you guys for all your hard work! I appreciate you so much!
Adrian the service manager in the service department is amazing! She is seriously the best, and upfront and honest with everything. I brought my 2017 CX-5 Sport in to get my maintenance done. I asked her if there was anyway she could order me a replacement pin for the drivers side right plastic piece that sits above the window. As I had to have my rear window replaced and the glass company broke the pin, and my boyfriend suggested I just have D. Dahle Mazda order me a new one. I told her how my back window had kept shattering, and I had to have it replaced two times that week.I was in the waiting room for less than 10 mins when she comes back, to let me know that one of the service techs was putting pressure on the black piece to see if he could get it back to the body, and my window exploded. **He was putting no pressure on the glass** I thought she was kidding, and I was laughing but then she apologized. I asked her if she would take me to my car so I could see exactly where it had shattered. She led me right to my car, and let me swear like a sailor in the service department.Adrian ended up having me leave my 2017 with her so that her body guy could come and look at my tailgate. This was a Friday in February, she put me in a 2021 CX-5 GTR courtesy car and I was on my way. She called me Monday morning and let me know that the body guy had looked at my tailgate and said there was nothing wrong with it and that it looked like the glass wasnt being installed correctly. (He was right) I had her get me a quote from the glass company that they use for the dealership and call me back. They quoted me a fair price for my new back window with tint, and I had them install it. I planned on picking up my car Wednesday, but she called me Tuesday night to ask if they could keep it until Thursday so that they were 100% positive the glue had taken to the glass and it wasnt going to give me any problems. I asked if there was any way that she would be willing to create me up an invoice detailing the problems to take to the glass company to get reimbursed for the window I had them put in. (I had all of them installed in a week - by the same company lol)Im so thankful that my window broke while I was at D Dahle Mazda because if it hadnt, I would still not know what was going on with my car. Adrian is the best, and I felt so listened to and she put my worries at ease.Adrian Manning-Kindred is the best!!
We setup an appointment to look at a used CX-5 with Jerik. He was awesome! He went over all of the features and answered our questions thoroughly. His manager was good too. He gave us a competitive out the door price without any BS. We ultimately bought a different CX-5 that was in better shape at another dealer, but if that car hadnt been available, we would have purchased from here.
Called at 5 and asked to look at a car, they said ok and theyd get out and ready for a drive. Then promptly sold it and didnt let me know until Id driven all the way there.
The sales associates come off as really nice and not pushy but then they lie to your face to push you into buying a vehicle. We were purchasing a used truck with obviously after market mufflers and wanted to negotiate and see what could be done about that. The manager went back and with his mechanics “looked” at the mufflers. We were then told that V8 engines were just loud like that and that’s how the truck was made. We brought the truck to our honest mechanic friend and were told by him that whoever owned the truck before took off the original mufflers and replaced them with a straight pipe which is why the vehicle is so loud. Obviously the sales men and their mechanics either know nothing about cars or trucks and exhausts systems or they flat out lied. I would say the latter.
Soel was amazing to work with. As a product specialist, he was able to answer all of my questions about my Mazda suv and made me feel confident in the reliability and support D Dhale Mazda offers to its customers. This is my first Mazda purchase and I couldn’t be more excited! Ask for Soel when you go..
My visit with this Dealer Shift was my first experience. from the start I was helped with quick responses and when all said and done even with some confusion on the price of the car I felt I was treated fair. And my first experience with the service advisor was outstanding this morning. 5 stars in my book. Thanks D Dahle Mazda.
They are always friendly without being obnoxious, helpful, courteous. Ive bought a few cars from there and its always been an exceptional experience for me.
IF YOU DONT MIND BEING LIED TO, MISLEAD & HAVING YOUR PROPERTY DAMAGED, COME HERE!!!!!!!BEWARE: I really am not the type to leave reviews but this place has put my daughter through the ringer. This is a long story but please read the whole thing and you will see what kind of company you are dealing with. First off I want to say that when my daughter was looking for her first car and we found it at D. Dahle I was excited because it was actually the first dealership I worked at as a teenager. This is where the excitement ends. She was interested in a used vehicle (2013 Subaru), we were told the transmission had just been replaced and looked over by a mechanic and it was in great working order, it had new tires etc. It hit all the things she was looking for. She already had financing through her credit union but this place acted as if this was the first time that has ever happened and we had to come back to the dealership several times to sign the contract due to the Finance manager throwing in GAP insurance and extended warranty without discussing the options with my daughter. When I pointed these items out he acted surprised and said theyd have to redo the contract. Fast forward to getting the license plates; no phone call, no letter in the mail saying theyre in. My daughter calls the dealership as her temp had expired. They cant find her plates. The next day she gets a call stating that they never received the title from the previous owner so they would have to extend her temp. Something they could & should have disclosed that prior to her temp expiring! So they extend, and she waits another 30 days, again no communication from the dealership, They still dont have the title. She gets another extension on the temp. Its finally December (she purchased the car in Sept) and they call saying they have the title but failed to do an emissions test and they need the car back to do this before they can get her plates. So she takes the car in and finally she gets her plates. In February she is out for a drive and her car stops, it just dies. She gets it towed to D. Dahle ( a saturday night, so they are closed). Monday they call and say they dont know whats wrong, the car is driving fine and she can come get it. My daughter is annoyed but happy her car seems fine. She shows up and they tell her just kidding, her transmission is out! They tell her she probably has warranty coverage because they just replaced it in August. We are hopeful that is the case, but no, apparently they put a USED TRANSMISSION with only a 30 day warranty into her car. When she test drove the vehicle the warranty was already out!! Seriously something they should have disclosed. At this point they begin looking for yet another transmission, and quote us $2600.
Lucky Wells was very helpful with trying to help me find a car in my price range, and was a great help with answering my questions. I didnt feel like I was trying to be sold, he genuinely cared about my concerns. Excellent service!
First thing, the people who work there are awesome, kind, attentive, they are great. My frustration is that I spend more than 700 bucks for a break that lost pressure, been there 3 times and the breaks are still the same way, nothing changed and I’m minus 700 bucks. It’s just frustrating cause they just said what the other 2 mechanics told me before I went there and didn’t add anything.
If the Russian Mafia ran a car dealership, it would be better than these guys. I bought a car over 2 years ago from them, and as part of the sale they were supposed to fix some things on it. So I left the car with them and they called me to say it was ready. I pick it up and only one thing was fixed and the big issue wasnt touched. So I left it there a couple more days and they said it was fixed, and I drove it again and still not fixed. I told them that since I had never left the lot with the car, why dont they just take it back since they had no intention of fixing it; but they refused. I realized that it in order to fix the issue it would be very expensive, so they drug this out for another week or so while the car sat at their lot. I finally gave up after the third round of them saying they would fix it, but did not. (The issue was vibration in the steering and suspension.) Fortunately for me, someone hit the car and totalled it out, so its gone; but over 2 years later I still cringe when I think of the general manager there and how scared the repair technicians were since they knew they werent authorized to fix the car right and they knew I was being scammed.
We got right in. They took us into the office finish up our deal. They gassed, up the car, cleaned it all up.We went out to.our car. They got.a detailed man to come and clean the windshield. Then set in the car and explained how things worked. Was given his card with his phone number in case we had any questions we could call..We love our car. .
Horrible prices!! They price the cars way too high and aren’t willing to come down. I do not recommend this place for cars go to another place.
Very nice people great customer service and I dress like a bum that day cause I just off work and no one even judge me they greet me nicely and everything was good except I didnt get approved 🙂 😀 🙃 👍
This first time owning a Mazda. I recently traded my Mercedes in and found this great car. I took my Mazda 6 to D.Dahle Mazda in Murray to get checked out for any issues it might have it Id fairly new but ... still. I was greeted in the service department by ADRIAN she was fantastic great customer service knew her business obviously knows cars like the back of her hand super impressed by the customer service while the knowledge was fantastic. I proceeded to leave my car at the dealership while they checked out everything in the car... I got a call back in about an hour when they let me know that the car was in good shape all the way around and that I had picked a good one . I was very pleased and very humbled by this process I appreciate the great work they did and they sent me a video I was not expecting that and also the shuttle driver Gary what an awesome guy to have on your team thanks a lot D.Dahle Mazda we appreciate your service...MikeZ.Ramos Z23 Management
I brought my 2017 Mazda to this location for service like emission tests, changing engine filters and upgrades.I really liked the job Mazda service team does for my car.At first, I was not confident asking for help because I dont understand cars but Brian was very polite and friendly to explain what his team was doing to my car and if I didnt understand he explains what it means along with pros and cons. I learned a lot with this first experience.I am happy with the car checks and the android auto upgrade.I am looking to come back here to take care of my car as well as adding potential upgrades.
I ended up not buying a car here but they had such great service! We worked with Andrew and Graham and they were very honest, trustworthy and upfront with us. We were very impressed!
I didn’t even buy a vehicle here. But TJ was first class and knew we are in the research stage and seeing what’s out there. Richard was top notch and explained to us what our payment options are for specific models with current incentives. Loved our experience with sales! And Cameron in the service department was simply spectacular and reflashed our PCM for free on our 2013 Mazda3. Felt great to have a dealer not trying to pull a fast one.
I just had the best experience EVER with the service department. Thank you Cameron for your kindness and honesty. An Irish blessing for you.May the road rise to meet your feet, and may the rains fall softly on your fields.Good luck will be comming your way.
Best in salt lake city, service, people, knowledge.
Very nice when you get there, but it is all fake. They charge you $120 to lie to you about what needs to be done, just so they can charge you an arm and a leg for something that doesn’t need work, especially if you’re a woman. They are 100% sexist. Stay away from this trash place. No one needs your lies, BRIAN.
Literally worse service ever. Liars liars liars. Promise you things to get you sold but then don’t include it in the paperwork. Please stay far away.
Ive never had a bad experience when I take my car in to be serviced. Today was awesome! I asked Cameron if I could get get a courtesy car wash which is nothing out of the ordinary but their pressure washer wasnt working He offered to run it through 7-11s car wash but I told him no worries, dont worry about it. I picked up my car and not only was it washed but my windows were cleaned and mats shook out. Cameron asked the detailers if they could work something out. They did! Thank you so much for going above and beyond!
I got a new 2021 léase and Leo de la Cruz was my sales man. He was so helpul and had alot of patience. Thank you so much, i had a great experience.
Great attention Service Advisor.
Super fantastic service and a painless process!
Have been there twice now for an oil change/tire rotation and for fixing a tire with a hole in it. Cannot say anything but positive things about the employees there, has been a fantastic experience with no BS pricing/fees. Will continue going back.Update 10.15.20 - brought mazda in because looked to have a large nail stuck in the tire. Turned out it didnt actually puncture the tire so walked away with no charge and a great experience yet again.
Dont mind paying a fair price for a car, but when the last paper was to be signed, I got the bait and switch. Fortunately, I had an email with the out-the-door price I had been quoted in writing...not even close to the final papers amount. Not the salesmans fault...management and finance were not honest. Scrutinize the final figures carefully if you choose to purchase here.
Even though they are remodeling their building, I was able to get a couple of parts that I needed easily and quickly. Nice people working the service/parts counter.
I found the service efficient, thorough and priced fairly
Good honest people
I purchased a new Mazda 6 about a year ago. I have been very pleased with the service Ive gotten at D Dahle. They are prompt with their service and making appointments is convenient. On top of this, their pricing is very reasonable. The people are friendly, courteous and professional. Overall, I have been very pleased with their dealership.
Disappointed in the way the dealership and finance handled customer service. As it is run by all biased males.
I recently leased my first car, a CX5 from D Dahle Mazda in Murray. While I love the car the service has been terrible. No one explained to me how to pay my lease after the signed me up for it. I have to spend a good amount of time tracking down the information. There are no emails for anyone at D Dahle Mazda and if you happen to call when that person is not in, they cant help you. In fact, as far as getting information goes, the receptionist is all but useless. After leaving several messages I was never called back and was only able to pay my lease on time after contacting the bank themselves for help (go Chase). Then nearly a month after I have purchased my car I am told the paperwork for the loyalty program is not sufficient which seems a little late in terms of notice. And finally, Mazda orders your license plates for you, but they send you a post card when those plates come in. No call, no email just a post card. I got my plates the day my temporary license plate expired and they only attached the back plate, I had to do the front myself. Overall, great car, but terrible customer service. Next time Ill drive the 30 minutes to bountiful.
In July 2020 I purchased my first Mazda and first car in Utah from another Mazda dealer in Bountiful, in late September I began to have issues with a rattle in the dash so I took my car into the Mazda service department where I had originally purchased my car from. After four hours of waiting I was advised that the issue wast Mazdas problem and that I needed to call the windshield repair company who had recently installed a new windshield and have them correct the issue that they supposedly caused. After leaving the Bountiful Mazda service department I was extremely upset at the situation and knowing that the issue was most likely not the windshield companies fault I was guided to call D Dahle service.Upon calling D Dhale I was lucky enough to get Adrian who suggested I bring my Mazda to D Dahle service and she would have a mechanic take a second look at it to help ease my frustrations caused by the other service department. After dropping off my car and arriving back home, I had learned that the mechanic had already looked at the issue and was able to diagnose the problem.Although a difficult and timely repair, Adrian and Mike of D Dahle Service stepped up to the plate and renewed my faith in Mazda when the other dealership wanted to make it someone elses problem. Hands down, D Dhale is by far the best Mazda dealership in the SLC area. I owe a HUGE thank you to both Adrain and Mike for not only dealing with a frustrated Mazda owner but taking my issue seriously, finding the cause and untimely fixing the issue!!!
We took a 2016 Mazda3 to Cameron in the service department for an assortment of different issues. He was as helpful as any one could possibly be and was more than fair with us in every way. I would recommend this dealership and especially Cameron to anyone that needed their car serviced.
Ive been a customer twice now, and currently have had my Mazda3 for over a year. I have never had such a positive dealer experience. I went to several dealers to shop around and cannot emphasize enough how amazing the guys at DDahle are in comparison. They will get my business again for my next car.
What a great place to do business. We went in to lease a new car and it only took about 2 hours from test drive to signing the papers. Will definitely be going back just because of the friendly staff.
Friendly staff, they dont pressure you too buy, they make sure that there used cars are reconditioned, I would definitely recommend buying from this dealership 👍
This experience at this dealership was a breath of fresh air. Thank you to the Gentlemen: Austin and Gus and tech John for the accuracy of resolving my vehicles issues. The customer service is fantastic. I was greeted immediately but Not pushed. The service waiting area is clean and full of amenities to make even a short wait very nice. Thank you for making the bar a little higher for everyone else instead of meeting the norm! I recommend HERE.
Very honest and pleasant staff. They wont sell you a car you dont need. They work to get you the best deal. They listen to you and find what you are looking for. They wont try to up sale you into something more expensive. I will definitely be back for my next vehicle.
By far my best car buying experience. Richard was awesome to work with. He went way above and beyond our expectations and couldnt have a higher opinion of him. He treated us more than fair and made the process painless. Cody helped us as well and did a great job detailing the ins and outs of the CX-5 we purchased. Both Richard and Cody were personable and made our time there enjoyable. Thanks again!!
These guys bent over backwards to give us a great deal. Jett went above and beyond to help us find a great car at an awesome price and he was so fun to hang out with. Thanks to everyone, you guys will see us again!
The staff has always been professional and extremely low pressure while still being friendly and helpful. Seriously, this is the way a car dealership should be run! No piece of paper saying If the deal is good Ill buy the car that they require you to sign before revealing the price or working with you. No shady tactics nor warnings that youll never find a deal like this again. The service department is also amazing and handles all the warranty work by only requiring you to sign an agreement of work to be performed before taking care of everything else. Seriously, kudos, dont change a thing!
Maisa was amazing but everything was awful.
These people are wonderful and the service is always great! The shuttle drive is as sweet as can be. Just remember to take your house keys with you when they take you home or you will be locked out of your house for several hours like we are right now.
This is for the service department. Gave my car for service twice here. They provided excellent customer service.
One of the best experiences Ive ever had with Utah dealerships.
The young man Nash that works there was awesome! Service was good just your typical car dealership haggling back and forth trying to come to an agreement on payment terms!
Good place to do business with. The sales team is friendly and transparent. They get things done in a timely manner and leave their customers feeling happy and satisfied. The service is excellent and at a fair price. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to service their car or purchase a new one.
We just went through the process of buying our 16 year old her first car. Matt Wilson at D Dahle Mazda was amazing to work with. We felt no pressure, he gave us more than a fair deal, and was an incredibly nice person. He made what we expected to be a horrid process of finding and buying a car the best, easiest car buying experience Ive had. I would recommend him to anyone.
I would say D. Dahle Mazda is the best dealership to go to. They wont rip you off and they also care about what you like. They arent very pushy or anything. They helped me find the best car and at a price that worked for me. I would like to say Jon M. was a very good salesman. I was a bit picky but he didnt mind at all. He helped me find a car that was perfect for me. It was by far the best sales experience Ive ever had. They got me a great deal on the car and gave me a great deal on the one I traded in. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.
Didnt go in but they have a very nice assortment of cars. They have all the latest model Mazdas and some very nice used cars too. Right now they have a beautiful Camaro and Mustang sitting side by side. Reminded me of high school when I was a lot younger.
Went in to look at a car and was treated very poorly by sales rep and manager who seemed dismissive and annoyed that I wouldn’t buy the car that day. Kept pushing they are “aren’t paid on commission and don’t gain anything from selling,” but that felt disingenuous and fake combined with their aggressive pushing of the sale and then very low offer on my trade-in and walking away somewhat agitated after I said I needed to think about it for one day.
What a great dealership. The salesman are very helpful and they dont pressure you into something that you dont want or cant afford. Theyre straight up and honest. Shout out to Kindred Patti who helped my wife and I every step of the way. We will continue to be loyal customers!
We worked with Steve H. when we went in. Steve was great. I was very impressed by his knowledge of all the cars we looked at. He really treated us like family. Overall it was a great experience. Everybody there was very nice and polite. They later out our options for us and helped us make the best decision for us. No pressure. I would definitely recommend this place and have already been back.
I bought my Mazda here last week. Very easy, I was very thorough and was never wronged. They even bought my old car for more than it was worth. 4 stars because the service department took 3 hours to make a spare fob. Not really their fault but they represent MazdaEdit: I am lowering this to two stars because of a recent experience with the leadership. Ive been attempting to schedule a time to bring my car into their service dept for a few weeks now and have been told theres no free time. Normally, this wouldnt be abnormal for any busy car shop. However, I was told by the sales team that Id be able to come in very soon on a Saturday after Id purchased a car. After calling to hear about the low availability, the sales team continued to call my personal phone with numbers I cannot call back. I am left to my own devices to try to and schedule something the sales team promised.I have also not received my second key which is also something the sales team had promised.I am now weeks into the purchase of a new car and cannot find a time the service dept is free so I can obtain items that I already own. (trailer hitch and second key)Its very annoying to only be called by the sales team with numbers I cannot call back. I called the front desk and asked for the sales person whod promised these things. He said hed call me back about the appointment and I have not heard anything still.
