Great quality. We could not be happier with our patio cover. Staff were fabulous to work with. Gary is awesome and took excellent care of us. We have had our patio cover two days and 3 people have asked for their number already. Looks fabulous and cannot wait to spend many days/nights enjoying it. Thanks guys!!

Gary was very friendly and easy to talk to, when giving us the estimate. We were able to choose colors that matched our house (many colors to choose from). They called the day before to notify us they were going to install the next day. The patio cover was installed within 3 1/2 hours. The men were professional and nice. I love the patio cover and the installer was great. I had a patio installed and then added an extension with a privacy wall so I have worked with this company twice.My complaints: Waiting around for install dates with not a lot of communication.

Ricks team built an awning on the back of our home (American Fork) yesterday over a patio. It is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. I really shopped around and found Rick to be sincere, knowledgeable, honest and was able to have the work completed much earlier than anticipated. We will definitely have friends ask us who did our work and I will recommend Rick without any hesitation. I asked his son to do the work as if it were on his own home and it sure looks like that to us. THANK YOU!

I worked with Gary who was great at communication throughout the project. I was told that I was buying in the busy season and I was prepared to wait six weeks or more. I was fortunate enough to receive a call stating that there was a cancellation and they could fit my project on the schedule weeks earlier than planned. I stopped by my house to see how the project was progressing and I met the installer, Robbie. He was confident, courteous, and very professional.Not only was AA Home Improvement better priced than the two biggest competitors but I cant imagine a better experience. I have already recommended them to my friends.

Gary was very quick to come out and give us a bid for our awning. We went with the basic and to our delight there was no pressure at all to upgrade. The installation was fast (although as expected they are a few weeks out on booking the install). The finished product looks fantastic, my neighbors love it and after looking at ours my father in law received a bid from Gary as well. Gary is great and his installers are top notch.

The guy that answered the phone was very rude. I had a few questions and he acted like he had better thing to do. He actually hung up on me.i ended up calling Quality awning he was awesome and answered all my questions I recommend him over these guys any day.

This place was great. Sales guy was on time, and gave me an excellent price on the type of awning I was looking for. No pressure to sign contract that day. Nice showroom if you want to look at their products. They use an I-Beam for the support, which is much stronger than what the competition offered. (Better price too) Was told it would probably be 3-4 weeks before the install. They called a week later, and they told me they had everything in stock. 200 square foot awning was installed a week later in about 3 hours. Very happy. Looking to put a cover over my front entrance, and would use them again.

I went to AA Home Improvement on a whim... I always hated my back patio--it is a west facing and it gets HOT in the summer. It was nearly unusable most of the time. I waited so long because I figured a permanent awning would be very expensive but I checked anyway because tax refund... the materials plus labor ended up being reasonable. Rick helped me as a walk-in and he is a good guy--funny and a pleasure to work with. He showed me some of the other products they offer for awnings such as patio lighting and solar shades, he was great about answering questions including a ballpark estimate...he came promptly to do a final estimate to verify I had my measurements right. The awning was installed when they said it would be (a lot faster than I had anticipated) and it really jazzes up my back yard. I spent a couple of evenings in light rain, I can get used to this! Thanks AA Home Improvement. I LOVE my new patio!

These guys did an AMAZING job!Rick came and gave me a bid along with a time frame for completion.Doug came out and installed my new patio cover in that time frame and it turned out GREAT and it matched the bid to the penny.I couldnt be happier or more impressed. It would be half star if I could, after recieving the estimate for the project and agreed upon I set the date for the project. Come project day workman came said he couldnt do the job because he wasnt strong enough to ge his equipment in my back yard, he needs to come back with help, they will call. Two weeks go by no call, I call they know who I am will call back to set a appointment two week no call .dont do business with these people dont keep their word,

Absolutely do not do business with this company. We went in on a Thursday to get some awning posts and were quoted a price by Gary, I didnt know if the price was fair or not but I was willing to move forward. I went in the next morning to purchase. Gary was out and Roger was in. We told him what we were getting, he picked it and billed us. The bill was 40 more then quoted so I pulled out Garys quote, he said Gary was up in the night. and he kicked us out. All within 4 minutes of entering the store. We wont be back. I would recommend awnings unlimited. Sorry Gary I dont feel like Roger is a decent person.

WOW! Amazing sales man-Gary Henry!!! Thank you :) I have put up 4 different awnings at my home and their installers and sales man are very helpful, courteous and friendly. They installed my product when they said they would. It was exactly as the salesman and I designed it...I would definitely recommend AA Home Improvement, as well as, use them again in the future....

Gary came out and took the time to make sure he understood what we wanted. The installers that followed were friendly, professional, neat and three hours later we had the patio cover we wanted. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

I have been calling for an appointment to have an estimate done for 4 days now. I have attempted several times a day over the last week. I cannot get anybody on the phone. I dont think I will be doing business with a company I cannot get on the phone when I want to talk to them.

I really love our cover, but the customer service after installation has been terrible! We had a leak within a few months of installation and called and no one ever came out, we called again and asked for someone to come repair our cover and again no one showed up. We were also promised by our sales person that if we referred anyone and they got a cover we would be given another shade. Again, another honor not promised. Now here we are leaks in our cover, a light bulb that we were told would last for years and years is burned out. Its very disappointing the lack of customer service and the fact that we have a leak that wont be repaired and a light burned out.

Our awning was Destroyed by wind, I called AA because they replaced a support on an Awning for me about 35 years ago, they did an awesome job and were very reasonable priced then, some things dont change and Im glad that their service hasnt changed at all, for Price, Quality, workmanship, I highly recommend AA Home Improvement
