Not a typical dealership in terms of purchasing a car. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with my experience. The whole experience was very pleasant. We worked with justin and Travis and they did a great job at getting us what we wanted. We were not planning on trading in our car but they made that decision an easy and painless one as we ultimately did trade in our van. Their customer service side went above and beyond. We found something small that needed to be repaired after we purchased the vehicle and they made arrangements to take care of it. Very happy with our experience.

First I have to say I was not looking forward to buying a car after I had just totaled my previous that I very much loved. Travis was my salesman. He was so personable, respectful, and did not try to push me into anything I did not like or could not afford. Very easy to reach and answered all my questions. My brother Greg and I were looking for black or silver Maximas that had not been in an accident. Looked all over and were disappointed a few times. When we went to Enterprise in Murray there happened to be several silver ones. We left and came back two or three different days and finally decided on one of them. Mike was great. Very professional and very friendly too. After test driving them Mike was busy so Travis took over who was also great. Close out of the car was fast and we were out of there in no time since they have no haggle pricing and they are very organized. Buying this car was the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. I live in a different state than not only where the car was located but also the salesperson (Mike). I was worried that would make it complicated and stressful, but it was not. Best used car buying experience ever had. I didnt know what it meant to buy a certified used car from these guys. I was impressed. Even came with a warranty!If the car does not pass their certification and cannot be brought up to their standards for a $1000 or less, it goes to auction. Auction is where most used car dealers get their inventory. Thus those dealers are, at least in some cases, selling Enterprises leftovers.

My husband and I came in last week to just look at cars. I was incredibly stressed about buying a car because we weren’t planning on having to for at last another year. Justin met us outside and we very quickly found the perfect car for us. Buying the car was so easy! Before we knew it we were leaving with a car that not only had everything I wanted but was also under our price range. Next time we get a car We are definitely coming here again. Jared Turner at Enterprise Car Sales in Salt Lake City did a great job in helping me get exactly the 2020 Toyota Highlander SUV I wanted. They did not have one available in SLC so Enterprise pulled one out of the rental fleet in Idaho and had it delivered to Salt Lake City. Jason saw to it that it got a new set of tires, a tiny body dent removed, new mud flap, engine air filter and cabin air filter. Although it was a complicated process getting it from the rental fleet and making every thing perfect, Jared saw the process through to perfection. Thanks so much Jared!This was the fifth vehicle my family has bought from Enterprise. We were on a tight timeline and budget to replace our only car which had just been totaled. We had had a bad experience with a local dealer trying to take advantage of our situation and were not happy. Our salesman was patient allowing us to test drive several cars and never tried to upsell us. The financial staff understood the loan terms we wanted and worked to make sure we got them, unlike our previous experience. After I had bought the car we thought made the most financial sense, the engine light came on and the staff drove it to the shop and gave us another car to drive while it was there. The engine light turned out to be nothing but a warning that the gas cap was bad and had to be replaced. In the meantime, I had fallen in love with the loaner. So they switched the sale without batting an eye though it caused extra work for the finance department. I love these guys. I love the no haggle pricing. Would highly recommend. By the way, I am a return customer. The totaled car was also purchased from them in 2009 and was in great shape until rear ended.

Murray Utah Enterprise Car Sales office -This is a I wasnt thinking about buying a car story. My girlfriend was interested in purchasing a car. I went along to be supportive and not earn a vacation in the dog-house. So I was in observation mode. I have experience in sales, so I was ready to play the bad cop boyfriend. It wasnt necessary during her visit. The salesman was straight forward in this identifying my girlfriend needs for a car. The salesperson listened and provided options in a comfortable, no pressure setting. I was completely surprised at the pricing of vehicles! These were 2018 models that were kept in really good shape AND still had the car warranty, with a LOW reasonable price! Yes, I was able to observe and take mental notes while my girlfriend was looking at cars. I would recommend looking at these cars as an option to a used car dealership. I knew that Enterprise maintains their rental cars really well, while they are in the car rental fleet. So, I wasnt worried about getting somebodies problem child. Good staff, good cars, GREAT PRICING, good value (the car I purchased has equity in it according to my credit union!!!!) and a good car purchasing experience.

He showed us the original car we saw online but then showed us other similar models of the same car that were in better condition. We decided on a 2018 Hyundai Elantra. The sales experience was very easy and we drove the car off the lot very happy with our purchase.About 1.5 months later we started seeing issues with starting up the engine. This was a very frustrating process because I was told the 12 month warranty would cover the issue with the car. The warranty company said they would not cover replacing the battery and said to take it to the manufacturer since it would still be under warranty with Hyundai. The manufacturer said that they would not cover the cost even though I was under years in warranty but over mileage for a battery. I called Enterprise and they were not willing to help out with the situation even though they told me it would be covered. So with a new 2018 car I have had to replace the tires that were not compatible for snow and had to replace a battery for about $600 in less than two months of purchase. I am very frustrated being mislead about the warranty.

The customer service was Aaaaaahhhmazing,I was given the opportunity to choose my own vehicles and they briefly explains all the different options I could be able to purchase a car.And I just love how the workers and their leader put all their best effort in serving me and doing all they can to satisfy my needs of getting the car I want! As a college student upside down in a 2012 with 200,000 miles Mac truly helped me with advise on how to be able to better afford a new car, and a couple weeks later helped me get into a new car with only 40 thousand miles. Best experience at a dealership that I have ever had. After car shopping at a few different locations, my wife and I went to Enterprise. It was phenomenal, the salesmen did exactly what they were supposed to do.The main salesman, John, was extremely helpful. He sat us down, and talked with us about our activities we did over the summer. He asked us about our future and had a good chat getting to know us. Then based off of the 10 minute chat, he was able to adequately recommend at least 4 or 5 different cars to us. Everyone is the sales office made us feel comfortable.We made a mistake and decided to go to a couple more dealerships, and they were so pushy it almost reduced my wife to tears. We returned to Enterprise and bought the car they were showing us earlier in the day. Again, I cannot express in words how friendly and clean and smooth the transaction everything was.Enterprise also gives a decent warranty, 12 mo 12,000 miles. We purchased the extended warranty as well, worth every penny.

When I showed up to get my rental car they said they didn’t have one available for me. This is AFTER I spoke with an agent to make the reservation on the phone. Now I am stuck waiting outside for a ride to the airport to rent another car. This is the SECOND time this has happened to me at this Enterprise location.

Unlike previous experiences at car dealerships this was a great one. Brandon was more than a car dealer to us. He really cared for us to get exactly what we needed. He was fun, friendly and all around great! I would definitely recommend to my friends and family. Thanks again Brandon as well as Joe who helped us get the best financing possible.

The staff are amazing! The process is easy and quick. Jared sent me multiple vehicles to review. I was able to choose the one I wanted and set up a time to come see it. We live in Nampa, Idaho, and we drove over to Murray to pick up the car. While at the lot, we even looked at a couple other cars. Once we made the final decision, they were able to utilize the same finance agreement, we had already set up. We were out of the lot within an hour. This is actually the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Enterprise and it has always been worth the road trip.

Elizabeth and Joe were excellent!! Beyond impressed with there customer service! There are not enough words to explain how great full we are to have worked with them.No pressure and it was snowing the whole time we were there, Elizabeth was very patient with us as we tried to decide between two cars (again in the snow!) and such a good price! I had been in contact with John for a few weeks looking at trucks, and when one finally came into their inventory in my price range, I reached out to John and set up an appointment for the very next day. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and was very kind.I let both John and Joe know I wasn’t there to purchase a car that day, and they never once pressured me or asked me to complete the sale that day.
