I placed an order to be delivered for my sisters birthday and although the order was quoted as arriving on her actual birthday (I ordered several days in advance so that it would get there on time), it didnt arrive until 4 days later. Not sure what the mix up was, but I was very disappointed. My sister was home most of those days and although they claimed to have tried to deliver on her birthday, she had no one come up to her door that she knew of (she checked her ring video). When it did arrive, however, the food looked fresh and and nicely arranged. No problems with the actual product once delivered.

On Friday I ordered the Peace & Doves Platter& it was delivered on Saturday. Now I know being delivered it might take some moving around but my niece sent me a picture of it and it looked awful. The strawberries didn’t look one bit uniform and didn’t look full. The doves were facing different ways and the icing on them looked caked. If you can’t put a platter together similar to the picture on your website then quit putting picture of them. I am very disappointed & embarrassed with this platter. When you send something to someone you you want it to be special & nice and this was not

The fruit and quality of the product is actually really good. The issues I have is always with their fulfillment and they never include a card on any order I have placed.This most recent experience, I placed an order for my mothers birthday to be delivered that same day. They had a computer malfunction and called me at 8pm that night letting me know my options were to cancel or to have the order go out the next day. This was her birthday present so I felt like I had no other options and selected the next day.I understand that things can happen but this is not the first time and is just really disappointing. The biggest thing that bothered me is there is no offer of a sincere apology or any gesture to make it right.My mother called the next day thinking it was from me but never received the card that I paid $6.99 for.The last time this happened was for Mothers Day. They were not able to fulfill an order that I had already placed weeks before.

Placed a order for my anniversary. They got busy and couldn’t do it. I canceled.They sent the order the next day with an apology.Pretty stand up in my book.I was disappointed but in the end I felt they did me right. We are all a little short handed and should be more understanding as customers.

Absolutely easy ordering, and lots of options to choose from. It was my cousins 50th birthday and while she lives in Salt Lake City Utah, I conveniently ordered from San Diego, California the day before her birthday and was delivered by noon on her birthday! It was exactly what they had pictured on website as her pictures that she sent me matched it! So thank you Edible Arrangements for being amazing and making my cousins 50th birthday a little bit more special!

This store is horrible about customer service and delivery. They messed up and forgot half of an order, I called them within 5 min of delivering the order and they said they would spin around and deliver but two hours later I was told it would be the first delivery out tomorrow. Tomorrow roles around and Im told by noon but its on the truck, then by 2 buts on the truck, I call at 4 and they tell me it is not on the truck and the other morning crew lied about it so they cant deliver it anymore. They refunded the money but not after having people waiting around extra time for deliveries and then flat out lying about their work till they could pass the problem to another team member. Asked to speak to a manger and was told they will call me back in a week or so....do NOT use this store. Horrible customer service, worse delivery service and no accountability.

I work here and it genuinely deserves a much better wrap. Any deliveries that are delayed are remade FRESH before theyre dropped off. We only have one van and one driver at a time, unfortunately unless its specifically stated on the order what time it has to be somewhere it can arrive late. People call and change addresses everyday while our drivers are on active routes. The buisness it self closes at 5p.m and the drivers have zero control of anything after 5. The staff cares alot about the cleanliness and appearance of the location. Our van has great air conditioning and the team has a wonderful ethic

Placed an order for my Step Mother’s Birthday to be delivered on her birthday. At 6pm the day of, I got a call from the lady at Edible Arrangements in Murray saying they wouldn’t be able to deliver the arrangement due to an issue with a Van Driver. But no worries, they would deliver it sometime next week when the issue gets resolved. Terrible terrible customer service. I will never use these people again. Do yourself a big favor and stay far away from incompetent franchise! They had one job to due, to deliver the fruit tray as advertised on the day they committed to do it and they couldn’t pull it off.

I’ll give two stars because they delivered the arrangement to my friend within 3 hours of ordering. But when she opened it the lid wasn’t on tight and all of the fruit was spilled all over the bag. I paid $40 to have a cute edible arrangement delivered to her, not a bag of spilled fruit.

When I took my arrangement home the strawberry were bad especially the chocolate covered ones.  I took the arrangement back to the store and the manager was very nice about it and gave me a new one and also gave me some free chocolates for the trouble which I was grateful for.   The sad thing is the second arrangement was just as bad as the first one and the strawberry being used are too old.  Im not going to the trouble to take it back again but I did called the store twice but the phone was busy.

I read the previous reviews and frankly some of them disturbed me and others well....................... I decided to see for my self. I called, had a very nice person on the phone (Beth) who took my request. She said they could deliver today (now 2:30) but she could not give me an exact time. I agreed to pick it up. I told her what I wanted it for and told her to make something up for me of her choosing. I could pick it up in 30 minutes. You decide ? Did she do a great job or what. It was ready on time and lovely Olivia helped me at the counter. In and out FAST ! I understand the management of this store just changed. I believe in second chances. :)

I attempted to get in touch with them to see if my order was ready for pickup, over an hour I tried calling 8 different times, at different intervals, as the line was busy.... I was in the area and wanted to see if I could pick it up early, but as I didnt get in touch with anyone I figured I would just go in and see.When I go on theres some kid not wearing a mask who walks into the back room, and now I dont feel super comfortable getting anything from this place...My order wasnt ready, which wasnt their fault, but then the manager has the audacity to tell me that my eight different calls probably didnt get through because they were busy.... No ones theres, no ones on the phones. I go outside and try calling again and no answer.Im not sure why they cant take calls, but this is a huge issue for people ordering and wanting to check on their order, and on top of that they arent following covid protocols.

😤ARE YOU KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW?? Ok! This review is coming from Arizona and I can tell you right now, THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. I ordered an Arrangement yes. Added on Chocolate Dipped Strawberries all for my friends Birthday in Utah. Day comes, she got her arrangement. Shes happy, but then I asked How did her Chocolate Strawberries taste? She proceeded to tell me she got NO STRAWBERRIES!!! My friend also told me that the little deliver He was carrying it by the plastic at the top and swinging it Okay.. little fix.. Ill just make sure to call the next day.Here I am trying to CALL & CALL just to get small fast simple answers. I CALLED 17 TIMES AND STILL NO ANSWER. They will send it to the automated system in which I cant even leave a voice mail if they were so busy. It even rings & hangs up by itself ALOT TOO. My friend called. No answer. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Yeah NO! I want my $ BACK ASAP.

Sadly edible arrangements has let me down. I ordered an anniversary arrangement and had paid for an extra balloon to come with it so one would say I love you the other happy anniversary I know its silly but when you pay$5 for a balloon and $14 for delivery and you spend almost 80 for someone you care about hoping you can trust it will all be there and done right. First of all they did not deliver the balloons ok not a big deal check my account to see if I was refunded at least for that and I wasnt. called the store and Katie answered and proceeds to tell me there is nothing she can do to help me and call back and speak to a supervisor tomorrow. She could have offered to let me pick them up or deliver them she went on to blame the driver and said call back tomorrow. The fact that if I would have not called or asked once the arrangement was received i would have been out my money and they would have gotten away with it. Worst experience not even the balloon that was included with the arrangement in the picture was not sent either. Pictures are of what was ordered and what was received

I called and tried to cancel my order within 15 minutes due to a family emergency. The store did not pick up. I went on dealing with my issue and called again later and the next day, no answer so I emailed them. The corporate office had the manager reach out a week later and told me I would not be issued a refund because she kept the order for 2 days and tried to call me numerous times which she did not, and if she refunded me for the order I never got she would be losing money. Very unprofessional and shady. Reporting to the BBB.

I placed an order early in the morning. Hours later, the track your order hasn’t updated. I called this store 10 times before getting someone on the phone. They said it would be delivered same day. Perfect. Come 6PM, still not delivered. I called again. They apologized. Said they made a mistake. I requested a refund. I needed the edible arrangement to go out that day. They told me a manager would call me first thing in the morning, would refund my order, and would make sure a new order went out first thing. No order went out the next day. No manager called me. No refund was given. It’s now been 6 days. I received a call from someone who was very unprofessional. Still nothing has been done. Going to call corporate and resolve it that way. Thanks for ruining a birthday!

I made an order online for the Draper location 2 weeks ago and received confirmation of my order. Then went to pick it up and found out they were closed. The website didnt say they were closed and I never received an email saying they couldnt complete my order. The phone number on my confirmation was for the Murray location, so I called them, but they did not have my order ready (the day before Mothers Day). I asked them if they could put something together for me this weekend and make it right. I was on hold for at least 45 min between the customer service representative going back and forth with her manager. Then eventually I was disconnected. Id like to think they didnt just hang up on me, but I did hear them pick up the phone, then all the sudden the call dropped. When I called back and asked to talk to the manager, she said the manager was busy and couldnt speak with me (Ive heard that before). They again said they wouldnt make mine until Tuesday (After Mothers Day). I asked them if they could at least offer me free delivery to make up for this whole mess. I was put on hold again. Its been ANOTHER 50 min so far and they havent picked up the phone to just answer a simple question. Its been pretty frustrating. They said earlier they could refund me but they would have no control over the refund and would have to submit my info to their corporate office and hopefully I would receive a refund eventually. So I wasnt feeling too confident that I would ever get a refund. It wouldnt bother me so much if it wasnt such an expensive gift! I would definitely think twice before ordering from this location. It has been a nightmare trying to communicate with them. If I lived closer I would go in there and talk to them.I would happily change this review if they would at least give me the time of day and help me out, or at least answer my questions. I dont feel like they care about their customers because they dont seem to be making the effort to pick up the phone even after Ive been on hold for so long. And they dont seem to be trying to make this situation right or even compromise.

I never write reviews on google and I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I ordered from Florida for my moms birthday. I paid extra for it to be delivered that same day. It never arrived. I contacted them they said they would send another one...my mom waited all day with her door open and all...it never arrived AGAIN. I called for a refund the next day. They said theyd issue one. Two weeks passed and nothing. I called them asking what the hold up was on my refund they said its probably my bank and to wait 3-5 days more. Here I am almost overa month since I placed my order and I STILL havent received anything.

Avoid this place at all costs. Under new management huh, well I would fire them because nothing has changed from all the other negative reviews from over a year ago. We ordered an arrangement from here for my mother for Valentines day. As we entered the store 2-14-21 we were greated (not so nicely). Told them that we needed our order, one girl went back to get it, we started asking a few questions about possibly getting a few more things and was answered us in such a rude way it ruined any want to order more. We took them to my mother (same day) and it looked like our order had been sitting for days. I will be contacting the BBB, consumer protection agency, the DOPL and the health department for them handing out wilted food. I bet youll answer phone next time.

I ordered to be delivered on Saturday. They called me and said their delivery driver called out sick which isnt a big deal. They cant really control that and I get it. They offered to throw in some extra strawberries and deliver it on Monday.They asked if I preferred a morning or evening delivery and I said morning would be best. The delivery was finally made around 7PM on Monday.When the delivery happened, it had the extra box of strawberries, but was missing part of my original order.I called in to get the part that was missing refunded and they did, but overall this was not a great experience and when I told them everything that happened they didnt seem to even care.I gave 2 stars and not one because the quality of the fruit was good.

After an awful, terrible experience with the West Valley Edible Arrangements location, Ally was able to help me out! Thank you to Ally for going above and beyond and being able to get in contact with the other store manager while they chose to not answer their phones! Thank you and I really appreciate your help! Although they didnt deliver everything in my order I had purchased, the recipient received half of the order at least. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow about the terrible West Valley location.

Missed it TWICE!! Murray & West ValleyMy girlfriend’s daughter (in Florida) ordered an arrangement to be delivered last Friday, my gf’s birthday. Never arrived. Miss #1We called Murray on Monday and we were told it had been delivered and to call the WV store. We called WV and they assured we we would receive a replacement on Monday (we made sure they had the correct address). Gf was home all day Monday with no delivery. Miss #2Edibles.... you need better drivers!!The daughter will be canceling her credit card order through her bank and we will NEVER patronize Edibles again!

I ordered something on dec 22, a christmas gift. It was supposed to be delivered on 24th. They called on Christmas eve saying they didnt deliver it. Told me they would deliver it on the 26th. Which bugged me, but thought, i can understand they are busy. Then i got a call after they closed on the 26th that they did not deliver the package. I couldnt call them back, it was a sat night and they are closed Sundays. Im trying to call them today- mon 28th, but not getting any answer. Its now 9:20. Im so mad! This place is very unprofessional and huge liars! Do not go to this location!

One of my friends tried to order me something for my birthday, and not once but twice the delivery driver relieved it to the wrong address. So lame. I don’t recommend having anything from here delivered. I heard they were really rude to the person who ordered it and advised it needed to be redelivered. If it was possible to leave zero stars I would. Absolutely awful. Wrong address listed. Called multiple times, didnt answer. Had to drive around st street to find it. Then had to wait outside the door till someone came out cause they still wouldnt answer the phone. Never will use edible arrangements. We also didnt get what we paid for. Placed two separate orders for delivery totally over $300. After not hearing from recipients, I asked if they received their arrangements. Neither of them did. They were not delivered. I made an order for Valentine’s Day. It was set to go to my fiancé’s work. I understand they are busy on days like today but they were not going to be able to deliver to her work before her shift ended. I understand they can’t guarantee times so I called to cancel. I tracked my order and it stated it still wasn’t being worked on yet. So I called and called and called. No answer. I have now tried calling several times over the last few hours and they have not answered 1 time. If I track my order now, it states that it is being worked on. Well, no one is at the office to pick it up. Since it’s Friday, and no one will be in this weekend, they can’t deliver it. Absolutely a joke of a business. I obviously will be requesting a refund.

I ordered gifts for my husband’s birthday to be delivered to Park City today May 5th. I placed the order May 1st which was a Friday, they waited until today May 5th to let me know they don’t deliver to Park City. Technology is advanced enough today to prevent orders being accepted out of your delivery area and there was ample time to let me know. The gifts were very nice and the cookies were delicious, but I have no intentions of using this service in the future.

This is the second time in 4 months my order was not delivered. It has been very frusterating. I wished I would have read the reviews before I ordered today.. I called the Draper store, Murray store answered the phone and told me Draper store was closed. I asked the girl if it was possible to get a fruit platter delivered today, she aaid yes. But I would have to call the West Valley store for a delivery in Herriman? I called the West Valley store to place the order. I was told I had to place the order on line. What a run around for very over priced fruit. It was for my granddaughters birthday tomorrow, that is what she wanted. Never ever again will I order or suggest it to any one to order from this company. My card was charged, but no fruit🤢🤢. So as I sit here wondering how I can buy my ggranddaughter a gift for her birthday, I cant get a credit back on my card until Monday😢. What is going on, EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS? I do not want a fruit platter delivered on Monday, I want a full credit. At this time I feel like I should also be compensated. And if they are still blaming the Covid, stop taking orders.. The delivery did not arrive to the recipient the day it was requested because it was left with a coworker who said they knew the recipient, but never gave it to her. The manager would not offer a refund, but did have it resent the next day with an extra box to make up for the inconvenience. My advice would be to not have the wrong person sign for the delivery and make sure it is actually delivered to the correct person, or consider refunds as part of your customer service policy, especially when the important day is a birthday or special occasion that makes a next-day delivery pointless.

I wish I could give negative stars! My friend ordered over $100 of fruit to be delivered over 3 weeks ago, it was never delivered! She has gone into the store THREE times to resolve the issue. The first time, they promised they would deliver it that day and call when delivering, they never called, never delivered. Next day She went in to see what happened. Was promised a phone call for a refund and the fruit. The fruit was bad. No call. She gave them a few days to call, when she didnt get a call she went in again, the customer service agent as well as the manager on the phone were rude to her, the manager was swearing at her and even though I witnessed them stating they would credit everything back, now are not sounding like they are going to. This is the worst customer service ever! I believe they are franchises, I have heard great things about Farmington. Avoid this location at all costs!

She “greeted” us from the employee door as if she wasn’t gonna come completely out “what do you need?” And as we pointed to what we were looking at she responded “what” not polite at all, no eye contact, not a smile...just unpleasant sadly. When she never did I called back a couple times trying to directly reach her to change my order. When I reached her, I noticed she was very nice and helpful with my concern. They delivered on time for Valentines Day. They did well. They had enough drivers for the day and the order was on time. The manager was helpful and nice. I think they can get busy, but it really just depends on how many drivers they have. Order in advance to Valentines Day and you will be fine.

Sandy the manager was excellent, she is so nice and was so helpful to me. It says on the whole edible arrangement website says they dont guarantee times for deliveries so keep that in mind when you order, Sandy was trying her best to make sure I was happy and to make sure i could get my arrangement. I worked as a driver for them,the district manager(Beth)is hardly ever there...She dont care much about her employees,I say this because they underpaid me when I was told I would be making 10.00 an hour they paid me 9.00..It has now been two weeks and I still havent received the balance of what I am owed...The girls are rude,and the night shift girls never wear gloves while preparing arrangements... Ordered an arrangement a few days ago for my wife for our anniversary today. Received a confirmation and my card was charged. I didn’t receive any additional information or call and it wasn’t until I tracked my order late on the day of my anniversary that I found it had been cancelled. No call. No email. No gift for my wife on our anniversary. I can’t leave as I am home with Covid so it would have been nice to receive a communication so I could place a different order somewhere else. Horrible experience. I also had to be on hold with two different stores and customer service for an hour to get any info. I will never place another order with EA again. The service at the store is absolutely terrible and to the point that I have to write a review as a warning to others.I requested that a Birthday arrangement be delivered on April 25th. I ordered the arrangement a week before it was to arrive.April 25th the wrong package arrives after 9pm.April 26th. Sunday, they are closed. The mailbox is full. I use the online Contact Us form to get the order corrected. We call the number on the package to see if they got our order. They got a package, but also the wrong one and not ours either.April 27th. Call point of contact. No answer, mailbox full. I call the help number. No answer mailbox full.April 28 & 29. Same result.May 6th I call again and get someone on the phone. They aak if I want to make an order for Mother’s Day. I said the wrong package was delivered and I give them the order number. I didnt complain about the issues I had I just wanted the right package sent. They asked me if i wanted a refund, no just send the right package. “Okay, it’s Mother’s Day Weekend we cant guarantee a delivery until Monday the 11th.” I say that’s fine I just want the right birthday package sent. Never contacted me about my earlier inquiries.Monday May 11th. No package.

Went into the West Valley and Murray locations to get a last minute Valentines gift, they did not have employees in the front of the store to help me, they had empty display cases and when an employee finally came up front they told me they didnt have anything to sell me. I called the Salt Lake (Foothill) store and they told me they would have plenty of items available the entire night. I was so surprised someone was able to accommodate me as soon as I walked in! The girls were pleasant and happy to help, the service was quick even with the large crowd that was in the store. My bouquet and chocolate covered strawberries I got were beautiful and delicious! Well worth the money, I will definitely be returning to the Foothill location!

I am very easy-going and don’t often post complaints. For me to do so would mean that my experience must have been HORRIBLE. And, it was. Placed an order on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday. Wednesday comes, and no delivery. I call in the afternoon, and the girl at the store tells me they received a large amount of orders and they couldn’t get to all of them, and that it will be delivered very first thing on Thursday morning. For the inconvenience, they will throw in a free box of chocolates and a $20 voucher. Thursday comes, and again, no delivery. I call again around Noon, and the girl tells me that it is out for delivery. But still, at 5:00 PM, no delivery. I try to call back… no answer. No ability to leave a voicemail. I try calling several times that night and yet, still, nobody picks up. I try calling corporate… closed. I call on Friday morning and speak to someone, asking them to cancel the order and refund the payment. They can’t do that until another store opens. All while they don’t even acknowledge that my order was NEVER delivered. No apology, no compensation - nothing. I get a call back two hours later stating they can now cancel the order and refund the payment, but they need my card number. It was done through Amazon Pay. Well, I don’t have that card on me. I have to give them a different card number. Order cancelled; they “issued” the refund. Guess I get to wait 3-5 business days now for the refund. My recommendation; DO NOT order from Edible Arrangements. When I finally was able to reach someone in Corporate, they told me they couldn’t help. They wouldn’t even take the complaint. Poor customer service all around. Unorganized, and they lie. Why not just be up front and take accountability?

Ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my grandmother for Mothers day. Sadly, it never arrived. Thanks for taking my money and not providing a service. No contact from anyone to alert me of the delay or unavailability. Living in Maine, makes it a little impossible to just take over a secondary gift. You should be ashamed of your services. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your gift needs.

Terrible experience, ask for a certain delivery time and they agreed. Next day Im told that dont make those kind of agreements. Paid for a balloon and the sales person said she would give an extra only because I couldnt decide between the two different ones so she made it easy for me and bogo it for me.this is a very expensive product just to be treated like this. Btw this was for my wifes birthday. Never again least ways with this particular store

Dang it, I should of read the reviews before ordering. My bad. It’s valentine’s day and yes, I understand they have over 500 orders as the lady told me on the phone but when I called and gave her my tracking number she said she can’t track it because of 12 different drivers. Ok, that’s fine but can you tell me if it has been made yet? She said no. I spent over $120 and with a tracking number you can’t tell me if it has even been made. She did say that the orders can be delivered all the way till 9pm. Awesome! My husband works a 9-5 job. He won’t be there if it comes after 5pm. I understand it’s not the ladies problem that is on the phone and she clearly can care less. Edible arrangements you need to up your game and give out tracking numbers that actually track your arrangement and know if the product has been made or not.

Pretty disappointed that my order was delivered incomplete. When I called the next morning to let them know that my order was missing a teddy bear they told me that was because they were out of teddy bears. I literally had to ask for a solution and an apology. It’s not so much that the teddy bear was missing that I am upset about, I am shocked at the customer service provided around the situation. 1) someone should’ve called before hand to let me know my order couldn’t be delivered complete or 2) Once they didn’t call before hand they should’ve been very apologetic and offered a refund right away without me having to ask for a solution and an apology.

This Manager at this location has very poor Customer service and lies to Customers! I ordered delivery and they did NOT DELIVER as promised ! Sad thing is I called 4 times and was told they would call me back when it was on the way. I called West Valley because thats the number you get when you look up Drapers number and he said he would call me back after he called the other store and i got no call back.I also requested Am delivery mind you, and I called manager at the store it was being made and delivered from at 12:50 pm because it had not delivered for a 50th birthday. She said it was being made in as soon as 10 min and she will send out. I said she gets off work at 3:00 so it needs to get there. Then comes 2:50 i call back and was told it was on delivery truck so I had co workers stall her leaving asked again to call and let me know when it was delivered. I herd nothing, then i called at 3:50 and was told it was NOT made or sent out she blamed a worker did not prep enough yesterday. If She would have been honest and not lied to me I would have went a got something else for Birthday and had plenty of time to do it. But it was to late, I asked for a refund and she said a different sore had to do the refund and they were closing in 10 min so i would hurry and call them... WTH ??? I asked for a Corporate or her bosses number and she said she did not know it and hung up. WOW This Company needs to rethink who they hire!

Never trust this company.Ordered delivery for a Birthday of my mother in law two days in advance.I told an elderly women not to leave her apartment because the gift will be delivered during the day.Around early afternoon I sent email to verify the order and have been told that its on the way for delivery.As a matter of fact it was a BIG LIE!!!The gift was never delivered, made my mother in law very sad and made me feel like a jerk.In addition never got any word of apology.Refunded my money only after my report to PayPal..

My husband sent me an arrangement for our anniversary and specified that it needed to be delivered before I left work at 11:00am. No one contacted him to let him know they were unable to do so. The arrangement wasnt delivered until after 4pm and security at my building didnt know to put it in the fridge so the next morning I had a rotten, inedible arrangement.5 days and repeated phone calls later, manager refused to return my call, refused to issue a refund and in general refused to do anything to rectify the situation.

I ordered online at 8:39, on Friday, got confirmation email at 8:56. Never received the delivery, my girlfriend was having a terrible day and thought this would help. Maybe she will have a bad day on monday🙄. Ridiculous, you say same day delivery. I called the store for them to tell me it was on the truck for delivery, that left at 1:30. The store is 2 miles from the location. Never again, gave you one star because it made me. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

I ordered a dozen chocolate strawberries ($29.99) and some balloons ($13.00) to be delivered for my moms birthday on May 17. As of 11:00 on May 18, they still hadnt been delivered. I tried calling Edible Arrangements in Murray to find out why they hadnt yet been delivered, but nobody would answer the phone, so I then drove down there. I was told that the manager wasnt in, and nobody could tell me when, or if my order would be delivered and they couldnt give me a refund because the manager wasnt there. Finally at 4:30 PM on May 18 (a day late), the chocolate strawberries were delivered, but no balloons. I got a phone number for Mario, the manager. He told me that I would be refunded for the balloons and for the delivery charge, which is better than nothing but the fact still remains that I hired this company to provide a service and they failed miserably. I will never use this business again, Mario claims that they are good at what they do, but got absolutely nothing right on this order. I suggest to anybody reading this review, use another business for this service.

Ive never experienced anything like this, Ive been a dispatcher before and I know how drivers and deliveries work and this is terrible in this information age. Just like the others on here... not delivered so I call the 877 number, they insist it will be delivered by 7. Thats great shes already gone by then. I said you are absolutely positive its going to be delivered...Yes is the answer, since she works in a very busy place, I decide to go wait for it...7:30pm. Nothing. Really. I call today 2-15-18 10:30am... itll be delivered, we promise, its the first one out in 30 mins when a driver gets back. Its 2:30p. I call back, they say... were pretty sure its on a truck, not sure which truck, but its on a truck. Really. Really. No refunds. Nothing. So I say...I guess Ill go wait at the work place again? Shes responds with...I dont know, maybe. Really. Super frustrating. Unbelievable. I mean the business is literally 6 miles away. Never again. 0 stars. We all pay for these services. Its not free. I hope the business turns around, this is how to lose customers.

I hate leaving poor reviews but this companys customer service is TERRIBLE. When you call their Murray store no one answers. My delivery never showed up. If Im going to pay $14.99 for delivery I would hope it happens. They had two days notice to make my arrangement. When I called corporate they said Id have to have a case created and wait. Just ridiculous customer service and communication.

Came in to pick up birthday order, nobody was there at the front to help waited until somebody from the back finally came not friendly in the least, what are you here for. At this point I just wanted to get the arrangement and leave because of how frustrated I was. Then when i got home come to find out the bottom base wasnt the happy birthday one I had asked for. Waste of money for the quality and service you recieve diffinetly taking my business elsewhere.
