This is a pretty small store. They had a decent selection but sizes were kind of limited. The prices are pretty high but the sales were good and I was able to find a shirt for 20$ that will be great for hiking. I liked a few jackets but sizes were limited. Good products and a great company philosophy to Do Good

We were in there Saturday, and I am very disappointed by the customer service. NO ONE was in the store except for the two people I was with. First of all, I have a medical condition and don’t really need to wear a mask if I don’t want to! It is not a law, it was not passed by Congress! It is simply a suggestion. And recommended if you CAN’T social distance. Which again NO ONE was in there so there was plenty of room to social distance. Anyway, with my medical condition I still wear a mask to be courteous, but every once in awhile I need to put it under my nose for a few minutes. I was 6 ft away from the employees and no one was in there and the employee (male) told me to put it above my nose. First, of all you DO NOT know what someone is going through and it is no ones business if I wear my mask above my nose or below. My husband was about to spend a couple hundred dollars but after the employee saying that to me, we put the stuff back and walked out. We will never shop at this store ever again.

They had amazing customer service!!! The store was very organized and clean. The employees really helped me find what I was looking for. Im very pleased with my purchases and so far they are wonderful!

K, total hustle! They talk talk talk then come to find out their product is BS. They DO NOT stay warm for 2.5-3 hours and they arent liquid and easy to use at all. Dont waste your money.

Peppy customer service reps that sound like they’re giving amazing customer service but in reality they’re totally unable to resolve issues and complete transactions. It took me hours upon hours to get an item shipped to me that they sent to the wrong address. They kept telling me that I gave them the wrong address and that I needed to work it out with the post office in order to get my item.Once I finally got Cotopaxi to send me a replacement, they asked me to confirm the address - the one that I gave them - and I did. It was the correct address. They generated a new transaction and their system spit out the wrong city. Again.Luckily, because this shipment was going through FedEx - instead of the USPS, they based it off of the zip instead of the city that Cotopaxi listed and got the item to me.It was such a draining experience that spanned a month.

Cotopaxi is one of my favorite clothes brands, everything that they make is very high quality and a decent price for most items. The staff at this location is always very helpful and friendly, they make it a good experience every time that you come! Overall this is a great place to shop to find many clothes and outdoor items. I would highly recommend anyone to go here to shop!

We bought the big 30L travel bag and also got a backpack and the sling bag and they are all awesome. We take the bags everywhere we travel. The employee that helped us, Drew ( I hope thats his name) was so nice and patient with us. He explained everything to us, was super enthusiastic about the products and just left us with a great overall impression. We even came back almost a year later to just see the new stuff and he remembered us!!!! Talk about good customer service! The products are awesome and so are the people.

Had a lot of different options and the employee brought out boxes to help us find the colors we liked the best. Our kids love the back packs and the fun colors.

Seems like they should have required customers to use hand sanitizer before entering and touching product.

We always love stopping in here... I hate to tell everyone about what we think is our, hidden treasure but have you ever tried the Vending Machine??? For $10 you can pick a shirt.. They tell you the size and whether its womens or mens. Soooo much fun! We sometimes end up with some weird shirts, but so much fun!Staff has ALWAYS been friendly and helpful!

Super friendly and happy employees, ready to help you find the right gear or clothing for your adventures :) I go in about once or twice a month to buy new things. Its also fun to share stories with them when the topic comes up.

First the bags. Pretty much what youd expect. Good quality and lots of bright colorful style at a premium price. I bought 4 x 18 liter day bags as gifts. Each bag has a coupon for a free cotopaxi bottle which said it would expire July 1st. 2 months expired but I was told that they would honor it. Ive just checked online and its honoring these coupons for $8.00 in shipping each. Today I came to the store in fashion place mall & the rep here said Ill have to go to the downtown store and maybe theyd honor it. No thanks I thought the free bottle offer was kind at first but now I see it as a hassle and my perception has changed a bit. I see a trendy company thats passionate about making a decent bag and collecting the premium price with little to no interest in my experience in their store. Dont bother looking for a deal with these guys. Expect to pay top dollar and receive little to no understanding and maybe a judgemental look or two on your visit.Good thing is the bag market is really competitive. ebags hexad or evergood are all companies that offer some quality so and I dont need anything these guys offer.
