This is a great store. Usually stocked and plenty of selection. Main problem at this particular store is some of the staff. I travel here an average of 3-5x a week. Normally I cant get in and out without running into extremely rude employees, normally a mix between management and floor personnel. Problems that consistently without fail come to my attention are from multiple employees that dont wanna help if a question arises, tells me its not their section so they cant help, letting me know quote find it yourself Im busy. There is issue after issue with staff hear except in the pharmacy. The pharmacy is the only area that I have never had any issues at all. The staff behind the counter is unbelievably helpful, courteous, always smiling greeting everyone with open arms. Amazing people in the pharmacy but for the rest of the place depends on who you come across what kind of experience you will have.

Classic small town / college town Walmart. Get ready to people watch. It helps if you speak Spanish on Sundays. That’s not a joke, it’s a warning. 3 stars equals average rating.

I love the shopping service here . I have placed orders online so many times to have it delivered to my car by a stuck up teen or a teen who just wants to get done with their job . Yesterday, I had another order yesterday and while waiting for yet another teen their was an older man who got out to my car faster then usually people do and he was really nice. I noticed the name tag was Micheal. He did a good job placing the bags too so my items werent crushed. I hope to have him next service. Give this man a promotion

Theres not much to say about a Walmart that hasnt already been said before, so no use beating a dead horse. I will say that I am very pleased with the checkout lines at this store, most of the time they run very smoothly. There are occasional backups, but I dont shop very heavy hours so I dont see them often.And yes, Hagrid shops at Walmart.

What can you say. They have been serving us though out the pandemic. They stock the store with plenty of money saving items. I have been enjoying the deli here lately. Good stuff at a great price. Thanks!

Walmart is walmart. They have stuff, dont have stuff. People who work at a Walmart are never to be found. The return line is always forever long.. It is what it is. Everybody needs to go to Walmart for something. So, no point in singling out just one Walmart or any Walmart period, because they seem to be operated all the same.

Store is neat and orderly. Friendly staff. I have used the delivery service to have groceries dropped off and they were very kind and very punctual.

Quick easy way to get groceries. I cant walk well. They load groceries and my housekeeper unloads them. All I do is drive. Groceries have always been correct. They just need a canopy to be under in rain.

Good! Besides self check out 😂 but I guess thats all walmarts now. Takes 4 employees to help you at a self check out if something goes wrong so dont understand how its better. But store was clean & stocked well.

Only 1 lane oped to check out. I dont self check out..alot of selves not stocked I was there around 7pm. The only cashier was very nice.

They had what I went for. Thats only reason they got 3 stars. I had to wait forever for one of the two lanes open for checkout. If I want to self checkout, I will tell you where to send my paycheck-WAL MART. I bought 2 phone cards. They can only sell me one per transaction since they were same kind of card...what! Ive been buying 3 at a time for years, all on same transaction. I didnt blame lady at register. It wasnt her fault.

This store is nice and clean. The Murray Walmart has been our primary go-to store for over 25 years and will be for years to come. For the past few years (even before COVID-19) their inventory and product selection has decreased. When we shop at other Walmarts in our area we have noticed better selections and more products on the shelves.

I was looking for charcoal which is something I never use so I had no idea where to look. There was a wonderful gentleman working in that section that helped me so much.

Ive been very happy with their curbside pickup. As soon as I park in the spot and check in they are our with my order in less than 5 minutes

As it gets warmer & more people get the vaccine your seeing more & more people out, and the restrictions loosen more, but more & more people arent wearing there masks,So its a scary place to me right now !!! We are not even half way to herd immunity . Im sorry I am rambling on Anyways Walmart was kinda CRAZY! Yeah dont get me wrong some people were wearing there mask & I am grateful for that!! Good inventory levels, but go during NON peak times, this location is usually a little jammed up.

Kylie and Meredith were both very professional and pleasant as always. I feel safe and cared for by the pharmacy staff.

It seems that every time I go they are at least one item I am looking for, went in for 3 items and naturally only had 2. Out of 3 pound frozen turkey roasts and nearly everything else in that freezer. Had to drive to Paris WalMart to get what I needed.

Too much self service. Service I had at electronic area was great though.

Had to get keys made went in the guys in the back very helpful and fast. Keys worked 1st time

Door greeters seem to need a class to become certified at greeting properly.. & it wouldnt hurt to ensure theyve been made aware of whats THEIR duties.. what theyre paid to do.. instead of using sass & condescending tones to tell you why THEY arent getting in rain or on ice to get carts inside.Job description, anyone??

Loved it everything u need is right at ur finger tips.very friendly people that work there.all though there is one thing I just dont understand??here in Mayfield,Ky why they have closed the other set of doors it makes it hard for the disabled some have trouble walking long distance.it just dont make no sense to make the disabled have to walk so far.I asked a store manager why its like that and he just look at me and kinda rolled his eyes and said kinda rudely that the doors r not coming back open.I thought we ok I guess Walmart dont really care about customer satisfaction any more and that my friends is wat this world is coming to.

Good ol corporate Walmart Supercenter. Affordable, convenient, grocery side, pharmacy side, online grocery, produce, bakery, deli, auto center 4 tires & oil changes ONLY. No hair salon, but theres an optometrist. Money orders, curbside pickup, clearance aisle, some $ services, lotto vending machines, little arcade? Is lay away still a thing?! Murray, KY location comes with small town characteristics like lots of the elderly who need a human cashier (but I think they might be going to full self service soon... damn corporate) and Mexican workers day on Sunday and the accompanying gas station in front that gives 3 cents off the gallon for using Walmart gift cards (They have the best customer service clerks there at Murphys.)

Have been to 2 different walmarts and I cant get help in fabric department they call and no one showed up

Consistently for 5 years now, this Walmart continues to sell me expired products. Ive had to be in the habit of always checking the code dates just to make sure I dont waste more money here. It never fails though that every so often whenever I actually do take a chance shopping here and I dont check I get something thats apparently expired. Like the most recent was a smoothie drink from the fresh produce and my Sunkist strawberry chips. Maybe get those college kids lay off the music and texting and just maybe some proper zoning of this store could get done

All and all a good walmart. My favorite thing about it is, it has the flavorfull stuff benton dont have. Lots of spicy stuff avaible here

The customer service manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. When trying to use the money center for withdrawal off our Emerald account, the manager had no idea how to do this. Which is her job.... When we asked her why it wasnt working and had before at the Benton Walmart, she was short with us and said it was our card. We went directly to the Benton Walmart and it worked??!!

Huge store and Dmitri in sporting helped us find and even get all our stuff to the front of the store. Yall should promote and give that guy a raise. His knowledge and expertise was priceless to us out of town visitors from another state on retreat at one of the local resorts. And prices were awesome we even bought our girls new bikes simply because of Dimitris knowledge of the area. Oh and the grocery area superbly stocked.

Store was out of alot of items and only 2 cashiers checking out. Had to check out our own groceries which is pathetic. Some people do not want to check out their own groceries 😡😡😡 Normally like coming to this location because they have more of a selection. NOT TODAY!!!

The electronics lady has a great sense of humor. My trucking brother shops like a woman and we were in there for a while. Loved the customer service from all we talked to.

Very busy as everyone was buying everything before this ice storm. I was able to get everything I needed but like I said it was busy. I used the self check out but of course there was a line.

I went to get a phone and theyre just theyre too busy in there to do anything and Im going to wheelchair and their electric carts were uncharged and they had a wheelchair with little b small wheels on it and no one could push me it was just a crazy experience that I hope I dont have anymore

I like the walmart in benton ky. They are alot cheaper than murray ky which is only 20 minutes down 641 but I hate checking myself out

So I’ll type it instead...they left the perfume in the security box, I guess because it had the price tag on the outside of the box and on the inside...So are we not supposed to be able to use this perfume after we purchase it? Wow...And every time I send money that’s picked up at this Walmart, the so called CSMs (“customer service “managers”) have to make their little comments about how many times that person picks up money! How rude and unprofessional!!! I know that the store manager would NOT put up with this because the store manager is a DECENT HUMAN BEING!

The employees just walk right past me when I was looking the person in there eyes with an excuse me. They just kept walking. Then finally found someone they said they would go get management never came back. I just left very rude people there. No hello when you walk in no mask to offer and no hand sanitizer there to use.
