Filling a prescription at the Murray Walgreens is probably the most miserable experience Ive ever had in a pharmacy. Every month, without fail, they are out of one or more of our prescriptions and we end up having to ration pills. Ridiculous.

Very disappointed. This is a designated FedEx drop point for shipping packages. I provided my own label (printed from FedEx) and dropped off my package to ship ground 3-5 days. 10 business days later I finally get my notification from FedEx that they have picked up the package.I’m not sure why my package sat at Walgreens for 10 days before it was in FedEx custody. I imagine I’ll need to take my packages elsewhere if I want them delivered in a timely manner.

Imagine a pharmacy that is completely incapable of scheduling an accurate appointment. A line all the way down the aisle and 3 cashiers standing around chatting waited over 2 hours after my appointment time to get vaccinated.

The Murray, KY manager makes no attempt at enforcing pandemic precautions to protect customers and employees despite company wide policies.

I use to love Walgreens until the last couple years. They never answer the phone. I’ve been hung up on multiple times in a row. I called in a refill a week ago and it never got filled. Called in again and still can not get my refill. If I could give no stars I would.

Drive through is usually crowed however inside is not much better. Cashiers and pharmacist are helpful and nice. My scripts are monthly one its not automatic so I call at least a hour or more to have them get it ready for pick up (cant just refill with my RX #) so getting through on the and talking to a real person is tricky. 😦

I have now called 5 times to be put on hold for 20 minutes each time and then hung up on. I would give 0 stars if that was an option

Was given the first dose of Moderna without a needle. Second dose waited an hour. They gave everyone same 3:15 appointment time. Locked themselves out of their vaccine room. When I got it,it was twisted in my and felt like fire going into my arm. I made it a year without getting covid and now Ive had it 5 days!! Great job pharmaceutical companies and Biden. Get some more money that doesnt belong to you.

Horrible pharmacy section. Every single time I have a prescription filled or refilled, they tell me there is an insurance hold or that they can’t find my insurance, only for me to give that information over and over and over again. Don’t even try calling. You’ll be on hold for 30+ minutes only for someone to briefly pick up and then hang up on you. Drive through takes forever. Plus when I went to go get my covid vaccine, they denied me because I don’t have a Kentucky license when I had friends from Illinois get their vaccine at this location a day before. I also had proof of residency and they still denied me. They also will put online that something is in stock when it is not anywhere to be found in the store.I’ve heard them defend themselves by saying, “we’re understaffed.” Well that’s funny, because I’ve applied for jobs there multiple times and have been denied each time

I cant begin to tell you how wonderful everyone was, with helping find something or just plain keeping our son entertained so I could find my medication.

Was on hold for 20 min and still no one picked up instead the woman just kept putting me on hold.The male pharmacist that my mother went to was a total jerk to her go to a different pharmacy. This isn’t the place that care about your well being or feelings.

I have literally tried calling all morning, been on the phone for 30 min just for them to answer and say “please hold” waiting another 15 min, get here and I’m literally standing in line with them seeing me here and not one tech has said anything to me! Been here for 30 min!!!! Ridiculous! I won’t be coming back!

45 minutes in the drive through. Not one car (3) in line left with any meds. Always an excuse on why. Quite possibly the most dysfunctional pharmacy in the US.

Pharmacy is incompetent, no organized workflow.

Tried to get blood pressure medication filled was due for refill tried to get refilled and they wouldnt fill it yet so I tried to call them 4 times and was hung up then finally was put on hold for 15 minutes to be hung up on again

The best place on earth to wait endlessly on hold, get hung up on, or receive zero service. IF you can ever speak to anyone.

An absolute joke! The slowest drive through ever. I have sat in line for over 45 minuets on multiple occasions. Think about going inside? Its just as bad in there.As far as shopping, VERY overpriced and not a huge selection.

Spent 2 hours trying to get a prescription and finally gave up because they insisted I call my insurance company to get pharmacy routing information that theyre meant to deal with on their own. If I ever even manage to get my prescription I definitely wont be going back.

Horrible service, probably the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Dont even bother trying to call in a prescription because you will be on hold for 30 minutes, being told there are 3 or more callers ahead of you. I just spent 50 minutes on hold for it to finally stop saying there were callers ahead of me, and then they hang up on me. I call back and it says there are more than 3 callers ahead of me now. This is not the first time it has happened. I have been on hold before and actually drove up to the pharmacy, went inside and saw absolutely no one on the phone, and when I told them I was on hold, a woman said omg, I didnt even realize there was a call waiting. Not to mention picking prescriptions up is horrible and slow because you have people who will go to the drive thru pharmacy to send in their prescriptions, and then wait there in line with their car turned off until it is filled. I have waited over 30 minutes in line to pick up 1 prescription because someone decided to be rude and lazy and not hang out in the parking lot to wait on their meds being filled, holding up everyone else who actually is picking theirs up. I have also had the problem where we will get a call from the pharmacy and say the prescriptions are ready for pick up, wait in line for 25+mins to get to the window, just to be told the prescriptions ARE NOT ready, even though they were called in a week prior AND we got a voice mail saying they were ready. Horrible pharmacy. I suggest taking your business somewhere else where they actually value customer service and tell people to pull around and wait for their meds to be filled, rather than staying in line and hold everyone else up.

Everyone I have come into contact with has been so kind helpful an are like family to me now. Love the people an the store. Quick an friendly.

Amy in the pharmacy was extremely helpful to me today. She went above and beyond to call the other drug store that couldnt fill my script and get the information from them. Then she filled my prescription on the spot. Now my little girl will have something to battle her ear infection. Thank you Walgreens and thank you Amy in the pharmacy!

Convenient, quick, and friendly. Can catch some good deals from time to time. Also a good place to get Murray State apparel.

A conveniently located 24 hour drug and retail store. Almost everything available at Walmart superstore, photos, tobacco, cosmetics, food, medicine, home supplies and decor, alcohol, clothes, and seasonal items. Clean store with a helpful and friendly staff.

Not bad. The wait time is acceptable. Prices for most of their products tend to be notably higher than anywhere else, except for other overpriced drug stores.

It’s great place for people with a rewards card. The pharmacy however has stopped being 24 hours and it’s ridiculous to try and get your medication filled.

Since they took over rite aid the customer service has went down hill. Every time I go in oh only half of your medication got filled or we are out of stock of your medication and it wont be in for a week.

Horrible pharmacy and it doesnt matter which one you go to. They never stay stocked and god forbid you have to get a partial refill because they will make you wait until the second your next dose is due before they fill the remainder and will charge you your co-pay twice!! I never go here unless every other pharmacy is out of my medicine but every time I do I end up missing dose and paying twice what id have to anywhere else.

Seriously worst pharmacy ever! I was there to refill a simple prescription of prenatal vitamins. The girl tried to get me to spend 15 minutes waiting in the store instead of my car and when I told her I was just going to wait in my car I started to walk away and she literally paged me back to the desk while she could still see me and told me that they were out of my medicine. I asked her if she could substitute it for a generic brand or whatever they had and she said after 5 seconds of looking at the screen that they were out of everything! Yeah ok. Then I said thats fine Ill just take the bottle and get it filled somewhere else and she started at me for a few seconds and said can you move I need to help the person behind you. I told her I was just waiting to get my bottle back. She made me wait at the other window just to hand me a bottle. Ridiculous!

We waited in line for over an hour and the staff was rude!!

Sat on the drive thru for over 30 minutes behind one car. Finally come in and still at the counter 30 more minutes why a pharmacy tech named Shelly Oliver stared at her computer. My legs were going numb. Horrible customer service at the pharmacy.

It took them 3 and a half hours to fill one prescription for strep throat and I kept being told it wasn’t ready. I will not be coming back here.

Let me start with I just switched to Walgreens recently. I went to pick up a prescription that I had called in. I sat in line in my vehicle for 41 minutes. Needless to say I will not be going back to that pharmacy. Horrible experience
