This was my second job with InteriorWorx and they did an absolutely fantastic job, same as the first time. Do you have good solid kitchen cabinets and reliable appliances, with dated laminated countertops, and wish to upgrade the countertops? That was our situation with a house that wasn’t old enough for a total makeover. If so, I recommend Interiorworx to perform the work. They have a good process with solid customer service for this type of upgrade improvement. We added a high (42”) breakfast bar and new undermount sink replacement to the island cabinetry. It’s amazing that the new countertops surrounding the sink and high breakfast bar were both made out of one piece of material. It’s a very nice sculptural complement to the island carpentry. All countertops were finished with only a single seam along one wall abutting counter. And those two pieces of material were fabricated matching the pattern together as close as possible. That’s fantastic! In short, Interiorworx exceeded expectations with this project! Great team work!!

Have worked with Aspen twice now. First time was granite for our bathroom, second was quartz for our kitchen. Both times they were quick to set up template appointments, and install dates. I understand the need for large appointment Windows so I highly appreciated the fact that they called me when they were on their way, both for templating and install. The product and workmanship itself is outstanding. I have full confidence in our counters lasting and looking great for years. I felt like they valued me as a customer, even though I was just a small project, especially compared to their big commercial projects and contracts they have.

We were referred to Aspen (InteriorWorx) Countertops through our cabinet maker, Marwood Design. We had a fantastic experience with Aspen and everyone we interacted with, including Jeremy, Danielle and Kristin in the office, and installers Ryan and Shilo. Communication was great and we were informed of every step along the way - there were no surprises. We picked four slabs of granite at Arizona Tile and they were reserved free of charge until needed for the installation. Prior to installation we received images of the exact layout and seam placement using photos of the granite slabs themselves. The templating was done perfectly as all the measurements were correct. We had a fairly complicated installation with a full granite backsplash, counter to ceiling granite at the sink (including window wrap), counter to ceiling behind the cooktop and two slabs between open display shelves. The installers worked late to get it done and, quite amazingly, did no damage to any of the cabinets. I really couldnt believe it. It was a great experience and we highly recommend them!

Jeremy cut and installed my laminate to perfection. Im not quite sure why so many people cave to expensive, busy-looking, temperamental granite, etc. The White Barn matte laminate Jeremy installed is fantastic and durable and saved me many thousands of dollars over a more expensive, less appealing alternative. Jeremy was on time, did great work, answered questions, has been doing this for years, learned his art from his father, I think. Id use him again in a heartbeat.

We were renovating our kitchen and had a hard decision on which company to purchase our counter tops from. Aspen came very highly recommended from our cabinet company. When we first visited Aspens showroom, the sales person was very informative regarding all their products. We brought a sample of our hardwood flooring with us to try and select the perfect accent counter top. The salesman was very helpful in this area, he listened to what we were looking for, even took us to the storage area to show us larger pieces so we could see exactly what the counter tops would look like versus the sample piece. After we made our selection, Aspen contacted us, the island selection was not available as there was an issue at the vendor and they ceased all orders/shipments of that particular piece. Our second selection was a very close match to the first but cost a little more. After speaking with Aaron (Sales Manager) we were not charged the extra cost for the new selection as it was neither Aspens or our fault. The entire team, from the salesman, project manager, and installers, they were all very professional throughout the entire process.With all renovations, there are always hiccups and roadblocks, Aspen worked through all our setbacks, concerns, and questions in a professional and timely manner. I would recommend Aspen to our friends and family and also would use them on future projects.Thank you for the beautiful counter tops, they look great in our new kitchen.

We have been waiting for a while to afford quartz tops so our money was very precious to us. We felt that the end result ended up way beyond our expectations. The selections were beautiful and we had so many to choose from. The price was very reasonable and our favorite part was the install. We choose a quartz that had veining through it so I worried on how it would look at the seam. I have no idea how they pulled this off but in the fabrication process they lined the seams up perfectly which left my wife asking the installers “where is the seam?”! As an installer, that has to be the best question to be asked. I know not all install companies are the same. I would highly recommend Aspen Countertops to all of my closest family and friends - and already have! Thank you Aspen!!

I was a bit hesitant about Aspen Countertops as their website was somewhat uninformative, but after working with Jason is sales, who was very accommodating with my various design changes...I was convinced you cant judge a book by its cover. Brandi and Danielle in project management were efficient and extremely organized. It only got better when Brandon arrived to template and offered so much more insightful information on the products ordered and the kitchen design I choose Quartz and Neolith. Installation was perfect, staff was courteous and a well organized team in order to move such big slabs. Would highly recommend working with Aspen Countertops and wished all my contractors were that proficient.

Aspen countertops was excellent from the initial sales process all the way through install. They had better pricing and were more flexible than bedrock quartz and worked with us to get what we wanted within our budget. They have a dedicated project management team that ensures the delivery and install go smoothly. We had one mistake on a counter that was immediately resolved and followed through on. I would recommend them to anyone.

InteriorWorx (ASPEN) knows there job and does it very well. Im super impressed with there expertise on how they handled this job and how knowledgeable they were on every fact and how helpful they were when it came to all the problems that came up, they always had an easy solution to everything. I really cant say enough good about them, between the salesman to the installers, they resolved all the issues that came up. I feel bad that they had to come in and rescue me from a horrible job that went wrong with ACCENT Countertops.I’ll never recommend ACCENT Countertops to anyone. It was a nightmare. They have a high rating of 4.6 but I’m sure it’s just because they paid people to give them good rating. They put in the wrong slabs.I did not order them at all. They offered me $200.00 if I would just except the job as is.WOW. why would I pay that kind of money for something I didnt want. And to this day they still havent apologized for doing anything wrong. I even tried to put up a review on ACCENT countertops, but I believe that they blocked me ( if that is possible). had pictures to prove my point. So Im super happy and pleased with ASPEN counter tops, for being able to see all.the problems and were able fix the mess I was in. . Wish I knew how to send pictures to show how beautiful everything is now. It took 2 months from the time ACCENT started and to the time ASPEN finished the job., but it was worth the wait. Please save yourself the headache and just give ASPEN a call. NOT ACCENT. Ill be recommending ASPEN to everyone one. Good Luck

I used Aspen Countertops for my new home and they were fantastic to work with through every step of the process. He helped me find a very nice stone slab and quoted me prices on the fly multiple times in a friendly and patient manor. Think twice before paying your bill up front with this company. They were strictly professional until they mixed up our kitchen and laundry room countertops. After that, no one was willing to take responsibility and even implied that I should have known the granite we choose for the kitchen was too small a remnant, therefore the swap. The kitchen countertop looks wrong with the waterfall bar that was suppose to coordinate with and the sink now doesnt match, not to speak of the laundry room being colors we didnt plan on. Im amazed that neither the salesman, or the project coordinator took one bit of responsibility. We paid upfront and have no recourse, except to go to another company and pay again.

We had a small countertop job we wanted done and after going to several places we stopped in at Aspen. The whole experience was a very pleasant surprise! They had a remnant piece that would work for us and the job was less expensive than other quotes. From start to finish every one from the designer to installer was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Things were scheduled, timelines were met, the job got done and it looks great. We were impressed from start to finish. For us, these guys were very easy to work with and thats a refreshing change. Next time we will start with Aspen.

Worst experience ever. I was lied to from the start about price and product. However I didnt discover the lies until it was too late. We are VERY particular, so we chose to go with Aspen to fabricate our quartz kitchen countertop, desktop and window sill. The Granite we purchased was quite expensive. Aspen Measured and cut everything perfectly. You can not see the seems in my kitchen counter tops. The entire experience was great start to finish!

They did a great job from start to finish! There was only one miscommunication through the process. I was installing a farm style sink which I was told they would put in, but when templating came they said I had to put it in first and we had to reschedule. Not a big deal, but for others, if you have a farm house style sink, you must install before templating. Other sinks that sit on the countertops, they can install as part of it.Otherwise, they were good to ask what I wanted. Explain thoroughly different options and if they had any questions about what I wanted specifically during installation, they stopped work to ask and check. I was very pleased.I’d highly recommend for anyone looking for countertops. They look great in my house. The cuts and seams flow perfectly IMO. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with.

We got our granite counters from aspen and Im so glad we did. I was very impressed with how professional the schedulers were and how fast installation was. I will be going with them again!

We recently did a kitchen remodel which encompassed removing countertops and cabinets as well as electrical, and then putting them back in when the wall was finished. Aspen Design did a fantastic job concerning quality of workmanship and timely efficiency. We worked with project managers Danielle and David who had their people in our home when they said it would happen, and returned for the put back also in a very timely manner. We were only without our cooktop for ONE WEEK. We would recommend them to anyone who wants quality and efficiency.

We called them through Costco and they came out quite fast to get measurements. It was just before the holidays, so they said it would be a couple of weeks to finish the countertop. That was okay though. When they installed it, there was a couple of problems. When I called them, which was only a couple of minutes after the installers left, Danielle said she would look into it. It was within five minutes that she called me back and said she could see the problems, (they had taken pictures),and she said they would take care of it. Which they did the next day. She kept me informed of what they were doing, and sent more people out to make sure everything would be alright. When they came out to install the new top. Jeremy did a great job.. I have received several calls to make sure I was happy with what they did. I have to say they were all great people to work with, including the templater Danielle, Amy, Jenny, and Jeremy. We had a great experience with Aspen Countertops. We recently replaced our existing granite countertops in our kitchen with new quartz countertops. Aspen was professional, reasonably priced, and their people came when they said they would (punctuality is very important in my view). They also have a very extensive selection of available surfaces and colors.I would do business with them again.

I had been looking for countertops for my two vanities for weeks. I couldnt find two pieces that fit into my design scheme or my budget. I was willing to lower the quality of my countertops for the color I was looking for which was a whiter countertop. Everywhere I went I fell in love with quartz because of the color and Ive always loved quartz, but it was always way over my budget. I walked into Aspen Countertops and met with Tony. He was a pleasure to work with and completely empathized with my concerns. We went over some options but none of them felt just right. We went out to the yard and he found me a remnant piece of quartz that was absolutely perfect. They are beautiful and I bought them on the spot. The price was unbelievable and I couldnt be happier. Tony went out of his way to help me achieve my vision while also staying UNDER budget. They were prompt to install the countertops and super communicative throughout the project. I highly recommend!

Be careful making plans off the 7-10 business days they quote you. It ends up being more like 14-15 business days. And if there is a Holiday in the mix, the ONE day for the Holiday throws them off by TWO extra days! Aspen has a booth at Costco, luckily a very close family member works there who will spread the word for me, do not use Aspen!! Horrible communication and horrible customer service!!

I am a homebuilder in the valley and order countertops quite frequently from other companies. I was shopping for a new countertop provider and happened to need a quick bathroom vanity that my usual countertop provider could not get to so I called these guys. I was quoted $750 for a single 36 vanity top which is almost triple what I would be paying through any of my other very reputable suppliers. If this is their contractor pricing I cant imagine what they charge direct to consumers.

Aspen Countertops did 2 bathroom countertops for us, everything went smoothly the entire way and they are beautiful.

Aspen Countertops recently installed new granite in all my bathrooms. The price was great. The workmanship good. Just be aware this company contracts with a lot of big box stores. IKEA. Costco. Lowes. Be prepared to wait for your countertops. They dont have the loyalty to the small local contractors or personal relationships, because they dont need to. They are getting plenty of work from Costco. I love my new countertop. I just felt like Ive had better experiences with smaller companies. The owner seemed great. Its a shame it had to escalate to him. The communication between sales people and the office girls is poor. Customer service before I complained was awful. After I complained, it was great.

Aspen Countertops installed the granite countertops in my kitchen remodeled with Ikea cabinets a couple of years ago. I recently installed a gas fireplace and worked again with Aspen Countertops to build and install a custom granite mantle that matched the countertops. Fortunately they still had enough of that particular stone stock left. They did a great job with the fabrication and installation and the mantle looks as nice as the counters. I would recommend them and would definitely use them again. The granite countertops and mantle were expensive, but well worth it.

I usually give people the benefit of the doubt, but it has been terrible working with Aspen from start to finish. We ordered our countertops through IKEA and Aspen does all the templating and installation for them. The first time they came out to template they said the cabinets were off and charged a $200 fee for retemplating. I rented a laser level that night expecting to see the problem, but everything looked perfect with it, so I feel as if I was unnecessarily taken for $200. Retemplating was actually done quite quickly, which I appreciated, and the templater said they try to stick with the original install date (10 to 14 business days from templating), so I was happy. But then they kept stringing me along, extending the date. Now we are at 17 business days from the retemplating date and 21 from the original date like the templater said. Maybe they just dont give IKEA customers the same level of service as anyone else, but I feel taken advantage of, strung along, and lied to. Im sure its a peak season, which may explain some delays, but that fact hasnt once been expressed over the phone. There seems to be a complete communication disconnect between their schedulers, templaters, secretaries, and salespeople.

I was referred to Aspen by a friend. The salesperson great, she helped me pick out the colors and styles that went with my taste. Three days later they had a guy out to take measurements and make the template. After that no communication, I had to call the project manager to schedule an installation date, which I got from the salesperson. Most of the communication was with the salesperson. On the day that they were to do the installation, I was given a 4 hour (noon-4 PM) window of when they would be at my house. I didn’t hear anything all day, at ten to 4 I called the project manager, who had to be tracked down by the salesperson to see where the installation guys were. I was told they were running late and that my countertops had not even been cut. I had scheduled this over 3 weeks ago and my countertops had not even been cut, REALLY! She asked if they could come at 8 PM. I told her no and that I wanted them there first thing the next morning. The installers arrived first thing the next morning. However after the installation my granite seams were large and ugly, you could see them from anywhere in the room. There was no attempt to make them blend and they were extremely rough. In addition I had my kitchen window sill done in granite as well. Upon inspection after they left I noticed they broke the window sill, glued it together and figured I would not notice. I paid a lot of money for these countertops and was not happy. I called the salesperson and told her about the issue and sent her pictures of the horrible seam. On one end of the countertop the seam started out small, but grew as you went across the countertop. The owner came out and looked at my countertops and window sill. He said he was sorry about the window sill and he would send out a crew to redo things and try to make it better. He said that the seams were just probably going to look that way. The installers came back out a couple of days later, which they were late again by a couple of hours and popped off my granite and reset it with a tighter fit. They then took the time to blend the seams using different colors throughout instead of one color. They also sanded and buffed the seam. It looks great, if they would have only done that the first time. But, once again they broke the window sill and have to make yet another trip, on another day to install the window sill. It now feels and looks like the professional job that I paid for. I would not recommend using Apsen Countertops for your new or remodeled countertops. They cannot keep to a schedule, I took off three full days of work waiting around for them and you have to babysit the installers to make sure they are doing top quality work and not cutting corners. Do your homework before having your home worked on and know what you are paying for.

Fabulous job! We are very happy with Aspen Countertops. They had my old laminate countertops out and new Corian countertops completely installed within hours. Jake came by a few days before and templated out the whole kitchen within about 30 minutes and the next time I saw him he had the countertops ready to put in. They fit perfectly. When templating my kitchen Jake listened to my concerns about extending a countertop here, or adding backspash there, or not doing backsplash in another place, and making a special matching windowsill. He took notes on everything and they followed my nitpicky directions to a tee! Jake and Clark installed them so skillfully and efficiently that I was blown away that it took so little time. They look beautiful. My wife really wanted to donate the old countertops to Habitat for Humanity, so they took them there for us! And a few days later when we decided we needed another hole in the sink for a soap dispenser, Jake came out and did it for no extra charge. A friend who used to install countertops couldnt even find the seams between pieces. Tons of selection and competitive pricing. These guys took really good care of us! I will definitely go back to Aspen Countertops when we are ready for new countertops in our bathrooms and will recommend them to friends for sure.
