An excellent selection of hobby products are available. The salespeople are friendly, and very knowledgeable about the games and products that they sell. The store is very clean and well organized. Theres a very friendly, welcoming wargaming community. We are very happy with the purchases that we made, and will happily return again soon

They are extremely well built, with great attention to detail. They are another component of a great game. Whoever the owner got to make them is a master, Id like one built for me.

If you are thinking of playing any type of war gaming, especially 40k. They have the best prices for models and best, even paints (buying paints can add up). Each employee is knowledgeable and helpful without being condescending. They are more than willing to help you get started with whatever you want and they WILL not try and sell you stuff you dont need.

Kind of hard to find your first time, by that I mean no real street signs or anything that I saw. However the prices and selection are incredible, saved tons of money on all the models I wanted. Super relaxed feel and seems to have a friendly staff, would definitely recommend.

I have never felt so taken care of as a customer than I have at Shiv Games! I am completely new to the world of tabletop miniatures, but recently acquired a Dungeons & Dragons miniature for a campaign that Im playing in. I walked into Shiv Games with a broken 3D printed unprimed mini and no idea what to do, and left with a beautifully fixed, primed and secured little druid for my game. All of the guys working there were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I never once felt like anyone thought my questions were dumb, and am just so happy with the service I received. I will recommend this place to anyone that stands still long enough to hear it. What a great store and seriously awesome staff!

Currently in a small and out of the way location that is kinda hard to find. The staff is super friendly, and the store feels cleaner than most game stores like this I have been in. The AC also works better than any other store, so spending time there doesnt make you sweaty. Definitely a good store you should check out if you are a table top war gammer.

The store owner is a passionate person when it comes to all things on the wargaming front. Any special requests or orders will be taken care of quickly and if need be he will even ship it right to your house.Never once had a bad experience with any person at this store and they will continue to have all my business for the foreseeable future.

Bought products from store and never received them. Store received payment and will not give refund or give product that was purchased. To add on the owner has now claimed that I am blackmailing him for my refund. I’ll let it be known here that I would not recommend this store to anyone. This is a wonderful place. My boyfriend and I wasnt there for the first time and everyone was very welcoming, kind, and gave great gaming advice. Jeff and Josh even played a demo game with us of Infinity so that we could see if we liked it. The atmosphere is awesome, you sense from the moment you walk into the door that theyre a community of folks who build each other up and play games (instead of elitist egotistical competitors).If youre considering gaming or are a gamer and are looking for a welcoming community, this is the place.

Ill be honest. I went into this store not sure what to expect, but turns out that not only is the store amazing, the owner is amazing, and even the Gamers I meet there were amazing! So yea, kinda happy with that place. I would go again.

I cant say enough good things about this place. Not only do they have a great selection but they have one hell of a great layout there. Jeff and crew do a stellar job at running this place and everyone I have met who plays there has been outstanding. Jeff and his staff have been great every time I have been to the store whether its just me, or when I take my son out on Sundays to drive around. My son walks in and says, HI Jeff! which Jeff chuckles and always responds.Ive lived in multiple states, and have visited multiple game stores, and Shiv is up there at the top for sure. The staff is always willing to chat with you, and will help you out if you have questions. My son gets so excited to go in and just look at 40k stuff after watching battles on YouTube that he is now saving up for some Orcs for Kill Team :). Hes only 6, but the staff is great with him.If they dont have something in stock they will order it for you. Ive purchased paints and DnD figures and its always a great experience. I have no reason to shop anywhere else.Thank you Jeff and staff for treating my son and me with respect as customers, and as gaming friends!

This is my favorite game store in the Valley! Lots of tables and terrain to play. Awesome staff and community. Its just a wargaming store so you dont have to fight for space with all the Magic the Gathering card players. If you play Warhammer, Infinity, Malifaux, or any wargames, this is the best place to be.
