Seems like several of my recent visits here are to find one specific bolt or nut or something that are easy to find here with their wonderfully organized bolt/but/washer aisle. Will come here first before the big box stores

Great variety of hardware & building supplies. Largest collection of BBQ equipment Ive ever seen in one place, from grills & tools to sauces & novelty accessories.

Ace hardware advertised that they can duplicate keys including automotive keys. In an effort to save money I stopped into ace hardware prior to calling a locksmith or the dealership to see if they could cut an automotive key. They do make automotive keys as advertised, unfortunately they did not have the capability to provide a key for my specific car as my key needs to be laser cut but it was worth checking into at least. The staff was attentive to help though.

This place is awesome. I know they dont have the selection of home depot or lowes, but the service... So. Much. Better. Bought a chainsaw. They filled it with fuel and oil. Made sure everything was working. Asked if we needed a demo.None of that happened with the mediocre chainsaw from the other place.

I just rode my bike in a 100°f heat seven and a half miles.. because I knew you guys had what I needed without a doubt. A cheap 2$ part for my lawn tractor. So I double check online and even called. I was told open till 9pm. So when I get here at 845pm. The doors locked and lights turned off. And nobody here..not sure if Ill be back. So I guess thanks for nothing.

Super friendly staff, and the selection is quite good for the size of the store. While some things are a little more expensive than the real big hardware stores, theres just as many things that can be had cheaper here. I feel lucky having this place just down the road from me.

I had an amazing experience at the Murray store. Kyle was so sweet and directed me to Matt and Stephen. They helped me get the right bolt that I needed so badly. They were a wealth of information and super kind. Please give this store some kuddos.

The associates are always friendly and the prices are decent. However, if you are looking for something specific, it may be better to try your local Home Depot for more options. I do love this Ace and I will continue shopping here.

I made 3 trips into the ace store today and each time the employees were incredibly helpful. An employee with his hand partially casted, took apart my electronic car key and replaced the insides including the battery. I have rarely seen such amazing customer service... and the gentleman who helped me with the key, what an asset to your store.Thank you so very much

Won’t be back. They didn’t honor the $5 coupon they send me in the mail because something was on sale even though I spent more than the required $35. LAME. I’ve bought a Traeger, all sorts of Traeger supplies, various cleaning products and several other items. I’ve probably spent over 2 k in the past couple years here.you would think that for $5 they’d want to continue me as a customer but I guess not. Good luck

I love having this store close to my house. I can find things here that I sometimes cant get at any other local stores. It has a small shop feel, too, which I really like.

Shop small, shop local! Everytime we go in, they greet us. Always willing to help find things. Ive always seen kindness in this location. Its like knowing grandpa could go in and not be taken advantage of and you know he will be helped with kindness

I shopped there since theyre a small hardware store and not a big box. I was extremely pleased with the products and staff. The manager is a great person and very helpful. I highly recommend shopping here.

Awful service. We had a pickup order way too long after they promised the order would be ready we decided to call to see what was going on. They told us “we have a bunch of those in stock just come by and call us and we’ll bring it out.”We drove for 45 minutes across town. When we got there we called (as instructed). They told us “we don’t have any of those in stock”. We reminded them that we confirmed before we came and they said to come in. He said again “they’re not in stock, do you want me to cancel your order?” No apology, just a statement.We then asked if we can have it shipped to our house. He said “no I can’t do that... do you want me to cancel it?”Now we are driving 45 minutes home furious at the rude person we spoke with, without the product we ordered.Avoid this place.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Ordered 4 lawn chairs online, and went to pickup last week. 1 of the chairs was broken, and the associate that brought me the chair asked me what I would like to do. I asked what I can do, and she said they would order a new chair and I could take the broken chair since they couldn’t sell it.I asked how I would get the new chair, since I have already “picked up my order”, and there was no new receipt given; only one receipt stating my items were picked up. The associate said that they would just call us sometime this week to pickup the new chair.A week goes by and we hear nothing, so I call the store myself yesterday to see if I would be able to pickup the chair or if the previous associate was mistaken, and the associate I speak to says that the chair has been here ready to be picked up. No reason offered as to why we weren’t called like the first associate said we would be.Which brings us to today. I go in and say that I was picking up the chair. The associate I speak to this time asks for the broken chair. I tell her that I don’t have it and the first associate never told me to bring it back. She says that the only to receive the new chair is for the broken chair to be returned so they can send it back as a broken item.Why didn’t the first associate tell me this? Why did she make it sound like I could either take the chair or it would be thrown out? I felt bad for leaving it, so took it so they wouldn’t have to throw it out, and this happens. This was the only location I could find that offered pickup of these chairs, but it was not worth the 35 minute drive from my house. Never making the trip back out here, and never going to Ace Hardware again. Will just stick with what’s in stock at nearby stores in Herriman.

Fantastic. The most welcoming place ever, all the employees actually know their stock and where it is. We were really happy when this store location opened. ACE has always had an excellent reputation all over the country and having this store close to home is great.

Said that they had several of the items that I needed. When I got there they didnt have any. Several being (6) I dont like false advertising.

Horrendous customer service. I watched as the cashier accused a customer of having a bad attitude, then she flipped the customer off and told him to get the F out of the store. The manager then showed up and told the customer to leave and told him he was going to call the police. He wouldnt even listen to the customer explain the situation. The police were called and the customer spoke to the police. This was not a police matter, this was poor management of a difficult employee. There are plenty of people who need a job right now. If youre willing to flip off and swear at a customer, you must not appreciate the job you have. I will not shop here again because of this woman. I love shopping at Ace Hardware but would never want to see this person again.

Workers need a little more customer service experience yet, they are pretty knowledgeable about the store layout. Should be able to correct a mistake at the register without having to finalize the sale to start a return though... I was in a hurry due to a water leak and your point of sales system did not help the matter at all. Thanks anyways though you had exactly what i needed.

Ace hardware you need any random part or missing furniture pieces or the small little pieces nuts and bolts this is the place to go they got everything all the odds and ends little pricey but worth it

I use this Ace all the time. It may not be the cheapest, and sure the big box places have more selection and sometimes better prices, but for the nuts and bolts or adapters and fitting or keys I need, I go here first.

Ace is great, for a small store. You can find all of the basics and most of the more unusual kinds of hardware items. They dont have everything but for homeowners its much easier than going to a big box. The people are very helpful too.

The gentleman we talked to there was extremely helpful. We had really just gone in to get an idea of what we might need for a project, and he was willing and able to show us what we might have missed and suggest ideas.

The staff is awesome however a huge gripe that makes me avoid this location. They Lock a huge part of their tools down so you cant look, I dont mean the power tools I mean things like Ratchets,Wrenches, etc. It reminds me of bad parts of California where everything is locked down.. this area is a good area not run down, just 1mile away they have another ACE which doesnt lock anything but big power tools up and 1.5mi away is yet another ACE which does not lock anything up either.Ill change my review if they fix these issues. I spend a lot in each year in their stores but I tend to avoid this location because of the inconsistency of having to ask an associate to unlock every item to see if its what I want.

Ace is the place!! While traveling my Jeep key was on the fritz and stopped starting my vehicle. After some time, patience, and Kindness—CORY was able to cut and reprogram a new key for us!! The dealership would have cost a small fortune.Thank you so much for saving our sanity and getting us back on the road home.

Ace IS the Place!

Ace is good for small things that you forget to buy at the bigger stores. Its very convenient having one so close to the house, but I often dont find exactly what I need and end up driving to one of the big guys.

Very clean and well stocked store. The employees were very pleasant and helpful.

They have a great staff, since I get in the store the asked me how they can helped me out and helped me to find the items I was looking for! Finding the items I was looking for went really quick!We need more people like them everywhere! 🙏🏽ACE

Always clean. Theres usually only two people in the store but theyre always quick to ask if you need help finding anything and will take you right to it.

Since this Ace Hardware has been opened I have shopped here several times and had good experiences. However my visit tonight didnt go so well. Showed up about quarter to 6pm before they closed, needed to grab some furnace filters and they were on sale. Went to the back of the store too find the ones I needed, an older gentleman working ask me if I needed help to which I replied no. He then quickly replied with okay but we are closing soon. My first thought when he asked to help was thats nice but then that immediately turned to oh he just wanted to get me out. He then proceeded to walk around to the other customers and make sure they knew they were closing. Then I saw him close and lock the auto entrance doors and then turn off all the lights in the store except for a center strip. I checked the time and it was approximately 8 minutes before the official closing. I also watched him turn away an approaching customer. Again I know it was close to closing but technically the store wasnt. I have never had an employee turn the lights off in the store while Im trying to grab my items and check out. Again, the store wasnt even technically closed. I work in retail I understand how it goes but I have never made my customers feel the way this employee us customers feel. If somebody shows up 5 minutes before you close you still let them in. The employee knew I was bothered as I was shaking my head when I was walking out and he asked me why, and I let him know exactly what I thought. He didnt apologize he just said okay Ill take it under advisement. Your Average second grader has more people and customer service skills than that employee. On a side note the young lady at the cash register was very helpful and very polite and I could tell was uncomfortable with the situation. I just hope that this review is helpful in anyway, thank you.

Clean and well layed out, but not as many products as other larger home improvement stores. They didnt have what I was looking for, but were friendly and offered to order it for me. I didnt do that because I didnt want to wait and knew I could find it same day elsewhere. Id go again, but only if I checked online and knew they had it in stock.

Most Ace have helpful hardware folks, but I found this one to be more helpful and friendly. I wish I had taken the names of the two that helped me. They programmed 2 key FOBs for me that 3 other locations refused to even try because they were not purchased there. These guys did not make promises, but were willing to try. Thats all I wanted. If it had not worked I would not have blamed them. I will always shop here.

The employees were very courteous and helpful. They had what I was shopping for in stock and helped me locate it in the store.
