Every aspect of the experience was pleasant and professional. The waiting room and testing rooms are sparkling clean and the decor is attractive. The staff is friendly and efficient. I appreciated the respect and courtesy I was given and the clear explanation of the tests. I did not feel sales pressure and am looking forward to the tryout period and confident the results will be good.

During the last three years my spoken vocabulary has been adjusted, due to services of the staff at the Audiology & Hearing Center in Murray; have deleted several phrases. No longer need to say, What?, Would you repeat that? or Huh? Every visit was scheduled quickly and every person in the office has been courteous, supportive, and informative. Did not feel any pressure to purchase bilateral aids. The cost has been very reasonable given all the supportive services. I have recommended the Center to several people and will continue to do so. The Audiologist are not selling a product. They are providing a plan (including a product, if needed) to help you function in the hearing world. I am so appreciative.

These folks at their Murray facility are the best. I hsve been a customer of theirs for about 3 years. They are technically very good at determining what I needed and then fine tune them to my hearing needs. They also will address any maintenance or repairs needed in a very short time. My next pair of hearing aids if needed will be purchased from these guys. They are the best!

Dr Anderson was polite and explained everything every step of the way. She did not rush through any part of the hearing test or use terminology that we could not understand. We would not hesitate to recommend her to any family or friends!!

Dr. Anderson was very thorough and explained each step of the testing. He was professional and friendly. Didn’t feel like a typical high pressure sales audiology place.

First time patient and even though I didnt get the answer I wanted for the ringing in my ear (I have hearing loss!) I was welcomed and everyone was nice and the audiologist explained everything he could and answered any questions I had. Definitely 5/5 recommend!

WONDERFUL place to go! Dr. cope and staff were so kind and accommodating. I went for a hearing test due to ringing in my ears and they were very helpful in finding the cause. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of.

We LOVE this facility! Dr. Cope and the office staff are amazing and so easy to work with. Excellent with children, thorough, and I couldnt imagine going anywhere else!! Has been a huge blessing to my family!
