The sales guys were so helpful and knowledgeable. I have never slept in a more comfortable bed. The salesman, Jesse, was so enthusiastic and made us feel so comfortable with our purchase. The beds are truly the most comfortable and the pillows are also so good. The delivery guys were also helpful. Great experience! Would recommend this bed to anyone. Everyone who tries it wants one,

I have had a queen sized Intellibed for about 5 years. Recently I needed to upgrade to a king sized bed. I knew I wanted an Intellibed again, Luke in the Fashion Place store was the one to help me find the exact mattress I was looking for and the process was simple and seamless. Wow, I have never been more offended in my life. Sales guy basically told us we could not afford the bed. I have done a ton of research and just went into ask a few questions. It is NOT this guys place to judge us or ASSUME we cannot afford this bed. By the way, he didnt even greet us and was watching football on his computer. I can promise you when we drop thousands of dollars on our bed, we will NOT be doing it at this location.

I tried a Midnight matress at a local mattressfirm and fell in love with it. Luckily for me, when I called Intellibed, the person who picked up when I called was Jesse. He spent a few hours explaining to me the history of the company, the ins and outs of each mattress, and which one would work for me and my fiancee. The best part of the whole experience was he never once tried to sell me the most expensive mattress. He wanted to make sure I was happy for next 20 years or as long as the warranty lasts. He was very knowledgable and made the whole process very easy. He answered all of my questions and concerns. I ended up deciding on the Matrix Grand matress because it met all of my needs and wants. The overall ordering process was a breeze and I highly recommend anyone who is looking to buy a matress, look into investing in a high quality matress like Intellibed. Great beds, went in to lay on one and was met by a absolutely appalling sales guy with glasses that just judged me based on me wearing comfortable clothes. Well not going to buy with him period. Ill go to sleep number beds now after dealing with that rude individual. I was going to buy the midnight edition in cal king and 4 pillows plus a base but not after I was judged so quickly and obviously by that horrible sales guy. He needs a major attitude adjustment and real lessons in customer service

Awful customer service, I walked in to look around and the man at the desk just says shouldnt you be in school because of how young I looked. I just explained that I left work early, I decided to just leave because I felt like my presence wasnt wanted even after I tried to make conversation. I dont think Ill ever decide to come back.

The beds are ok. I like my sleep number better. They are less expensive. Just not as comfortable for my body type. (65, fat, insomniac, cold feet, hot everywhere else). I know what youre thinking... My wife is so lucky 😎

Went in and asked about the mattress and they were able to take care of it great people to work with and getting the job done in a very timely manner.

Went into this store at the mall. Wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged. Employee was sitting at the desk on the phone. He got off the phone after a few minutes and still couldn’t even say a word to me and my wife as we walked around looking at mattresses? Really?

Kelly was very knowledgeable of the products. I never thought buying a mattress was going to be something I enjoyed, but with all the statistics and facts he was telling us I was intrigued. We felt like there was no pressure to buy, it was a great experience for my wife and I. We will definitely recommend Kelly to friends and family. Thanks!
