Jeremy was so accommodating, patient and helpful. Mom found the most comfortable mattress which can be difficult at her age when everything hurts. But, we picked out an absolutely wonderful mattress it was delivered and made up and great. However there was one BIG hitch when we got the mattress home and it turned out that with the new bed the mattress was just far too high and was a safety concern—while normally mattress are not returnable, mom didn’t sleep on it over the weekend until we could get ahold of Jeremy during business hours.we called Jeramy and he immediately was willing to work with us he met mom back at his shop and helped her pick out a smaller mattress of equal quality.After finishing all his commitments to his other customers for the day. After hours he personally brought the new mattress to mom, removed the first mattress brought in the new one in and set it for her and checked everything to make sure it would suite her. SUMARY : doing business with “Matress by Appointment “ was a total home run‼️

I have waited about 2 months to write this review because I wanted to make sure this was the right product for me. I bought the “Sioux Falls” model mattress and it’s been a game changer in the quality of sleep I get. I understand there’s really not a “one size fits all” when it comes to mattresses and hence this review.Jeremy was a stellar person to work with, couldn’t really say there was a point when he didn’t have an answer for one of the questions I had for him. This company sells a non-traditional bed frame (in addition to box spring/traditional) for the mattresses and I was skeptical about it at first. It’s a VERY STURDY product, comes with a lifetime warranty and is very simple to setup.The overall experience in the store took only about 30 minutes, that’s also after offering financing and being approved for the 100 day 0% interest that was set up with my purchase. I had some concerns after the mattress was purchased and was always contacted back by Jeremy who showed general concern for my satisfaction as a customer. To be honest, the selection at this store while seemingly small is a great one. If you go to this store and can’t find something you’re looking for budget wise or comfort, I would say you’re going to be hard pressed to find one elsewhere and are just being too picky of a customer and need to really define what you’re looking for.If I was in need of purchasing another mattress this will be the first place I would go to. Fair pricing, easy financing (if needed) knowable person about the products he has and very smooth transaction. Even helped me load the mattress into my utility trailer.

My quality of life has become infinitely better since purchasing a mattress and adjustable base from Jeremy. He has an honest business. I was able to demo and test out products. I didnt feel pressured at all to purchase or upgrade at all. Everything was on my own and I was educated and able to compare with other products and prices. Make sure you do your research on prices/quality online & other places before going in here. After researching, I was able to find a better quality mattress that fits our budget. I went in for a refund & Jeremy felt insulted that I pointed out the differences between the prices & quality. I got my refund back (thanks) but, the experience wasnt that great. I had my 5 year old daughter with me at the time, sadly he was being rude & unprofessional that my daughter was scared when we left. I will not recommend this place. Thank you! ZERO STARS!!

Our appointment with Jeremy was tentative, depending on a doctor appointment earlier, and we ran later than expected, but he was very accommodating. No sales pressure at all, just informative of the pros and cons of each mattress. We were very pleasantly surprised with the price of the mattress we liked. Jeremy was nice and friendly when I came in to buy my mattress. I purchased the most expensive mattress compared to another because he said it had a “cooling effect.” After using this mattress for a few weeks WITH an open mind, I’ve realized that this bed has not made any difference whatsoever in keeping me cool at night. I reached out to Jeremy and asked if it was possible to EXCHANGE for the $900 bed. I’ve only had for a few weeks AND purchased the cover he recommended. Keep in mind it wasn’t like I asked for a return, just exchange. I was wanting to switch it for a bed that’s a little cheaper but the EXACT SAME quality, since it didn’t keep me cool at night. He never responded.. prior to my appointment he was very responsive and texted back often and quick. Makes me feel really bad as a customer that I purchased from a company that doesn’t care about their customers needs. I feel taken advantage of. Not great service to be unresponsive once your customer has purchased from you and is out the door. I’m not a hard customer to please and I’m definitely not a low ball. Just makes me upset that he convinced me to purchase a $1400 bed that feels the exact same as the $900 bed and won’t do anything to make it right.. not even respond. Won’t ever be back or recommend to anyone. Stick to a different company that’s willing to offer great customer service and make things right.
