I’ve been going to this location for years & never had a problem. I went Monday august 9th & the girl helping me was rude & acted like I was putting her out by asking for a simple photocopy. It took twenty minutes to make 2 copies, both which came out blurry & not positioned how I asked. She then added an extra fee for “adjustments” which I’ve never had in 5 years going to this location. Considering how helpful they’ve been in the past this level of service was really disappointing.

This place was amazing! I ordered 6 canvas prints and they turned out really well! The staff was so nice and helpful. Shout out to Ricardo, Caroline, Ariaunna for being awesome and friendly.

I dont understand where the multiple bad reviews are coming from, honestly. I came in to take care of a few things and purchase some office supplies.My experience here was very pleasant. Ricardo, the center manager, assisted me promptly and courteously. There was very minimal foot traffic while I was there and most people were in and out in a matter of minutes.

I dropped off my box for two days shipping feb 15 and they delivered to the house at feb 24 and now nobody is there so I lost my box with my phone. And I called customer service they just kept transfer the call one person to other person.so I recommend use the other service not FedEx.

I went in to this FedEx location today to print out documents for my upcoming Appeal hearing and was EXTREMELY impressed by the help I received from Ariana. She was calm, kind and so helpful!! I’m sorry, Ariana, for being so frazzled, but you made the process so much easier! Absolute wonderful customer service, I will be a returning customer!!

Quick and helpful. I noticed a frequent customer thanking the staff for always being so helpful too. Printing was a little expensive, but it was last minute so its ok.

Zach was AWESOME! I called at 8:01 am (Store opened at 8:00 am) and said I needed him to save my behind getting something printed for an event I had to be at shortly after 8:30 am just down the street from this particular office. Zach gave me the stores email address, and I sent the file I needed to be printed and mounted. If you need to look good for your boss/work/school/business, this office is the place! Zach had superior customer service and made sure I was taken care of above and beyond just good enough.Zach also made picking up my order easy to pick up and pay!

Wow huge thank you to Ariaunna I am blown away at the level of customer service. Since I walked in she was so friendly and beyond helpful. I am getting married next month and I am stressed to the max and she was so helpful & accommodating. THANK YOU ARIAUNNA!

Went to you guys 2x after my fax couldnt go through. First time was my fault, second time your employee did it and it still didnt work. Even though a confirmation letter sent. The recieving party couldnt see anything.:( Bit frustrating to go twice and still not right.

The staff are great but not perfect - Ive had a couple of mix ups on some printing jobs. But, they were quick to admit their mistakes and fixed them fast and didnt charge me anything extra, even though they had to start over from scratch on one of my projects. This location is rarely busy: Id recommend it.

DO NOT SHIP THROUGH THEM IF YOU REALLY WANT IT TO GET THERE!!! THEY HELPED ME PREPARE AN INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE FOR 4 DAY SHIPPING. I FINALLY GOT IT BACK 2 WEEKS LATER. EVERY TIME I TRIED TO GET HELP I WAS TOLD A DIFFERENT STORY. GETTING MY MONEY BACK WAS A COMPLETE PAIN (STILL WAITING.) FEDEX ONLINE TOLD ME THE STORE SHOULD ISSUE A REFUND. This is my favorite FedEX store to drop off items to be shipped. The staff always tries to help me. Look for coupons and discounts on printing and such will save you up to 25%. If you know someone with a FedEx account see if they will let you use their account, it costs less that way, otherwise you might be better using the USPS. (Postal Service). Dont blame the employees for what it costs to ship, they dont set the rates.

Great service! I was struggling at the self printing station and Richardo came over and asked if he could help me. We got what I needed done in no time!! Then I left some copies there on accident and he called me back in no time and ran my copies out to my car! So great! Thanks again!!!

Fedex is more pricey but I love this as an alternative resource to the Post Office. Lines are never long and great customer service. Thanks FedEx.

Worst service ever. Ordered 8 documents, only printed 6

Four experiences with FedEx office1. Charged me $112 to print blueprints an engineering firm charged me $12 to do a day later.2. Unable to send a document to my email. Im not sure if they do anything well.3. Could not send mail to PO Box, even though it was a government institution.4. My business partners telling FedEx Express is horrible, use Staples instead: me ignoring them (but for the last time).Their limitations and inability astound me. Im not even sure how they make money. Every time I come in it is an extremely regrettable experience and I end up wasting quite a bit of time.

I took a package into this office and tried to tell them that I needed it returned to sender and attempted to give them my account number. The woman would not listen to me took the package out of my hands and said she did not need my account number. Today my package was delivered to me priority overnight 2 miles down the street. When I tried to call 800.gofedex the two people I talked to could not understand what I was telling them. Now I get to do this all over again. Horrible customer service I will not return.

They always finish my print jobs sooner than expected and are eager to help. I come in to use the paper cutter occasionally and even though Im not paying, they are friendly.

They confirmed my order was done on the phone. Then when I got there they said never heard of me and couldnt find my order.

Prices are very high for print jobs but they were very helpful
