This water service is great! If you drink a lot of bottled water you know they can all have a different taste. The Sparkletts water is for sure the best tasting. Plus the home cooler provides the perfect temperature every time.

I love Sparkletts water because the water in Hemet Ca is so bad tasting. I am from Northern Ca and am used to good tasting water. So I need to have bottled water down here. Also like the cooler with the water bottle on the bottom. Am 73 yrs old and cant lift the bottles, so that is a great improvement. Have been a customer for over 8 yrs now.

I bought a machine that measures water quality and so I tested all the bottled water currently available. Sparkletts had the highest score at only 11, while Arrowhead was the lowest with 225. You can taste the difference though when you drink it and therefore I will only ever purchase this water for my family.

Sparkletts always tastes great and my deliveries are also always on time. If I need extra bottles, I can call customer service by Wednesday and get additional bottles or an additional delivery. My delivery person is so helpful too and always ready to carry the bottles inside my house for the me, when I need it. Additionally, if I need extra bottles on the day of delivery, I simply leave a note on my empty bottles and my driver leaves my regular order and any extras I need. Ive had Sparkletts service for a little over 3 years now and have no complaints. Customer service is also very helpful and friendly and have gone above and beyond for me. One time I forgot to make a payment so I paid it that evening and they sent another driver out to bring me my delivery the very next morning. I highly recommend Sparketts! They wont leave you high and dry.

Weve been getting Sparkletts delivered to our home for about 12 years. Great service, always on time, no problem. Im computer savvy enough that I havent even called or needed to talk to anyone for years! Billings are always correct, Ive added or reduced and even skipped on a delivery easy enough by going through my on-line account. Really EZ web site. Ok - heres the best part - their water is good! Clean, clear, no after taste. Their cooler has NEVER broken AT ALL in all these years either! Wow! Great business Sparkletts!!

Left me on hold for two hours. Never came to phone. This place sucks and DS water or whatever they call themselves are straight up crooks.

Great product and delivery person is fantastic.

Literally the biggest pain I had moving. Rescheduled several times, no call no show once, multiple calls asking to come earlier than the time set in the notes, on driver had the stones to say he will just set up something I am financially responsible for in front of my apartment and let it sit there for 3 hours till I get home from work. Dont even start this process unless you are ok with complete and total insanity and you have lots of extra time.

They dont even pick up the phone. How can I even get service when it always goes straight to the companys voicemail? Guess they dont need my money.

Paul is our Delivery Man & he does an excellant job. We live on a ranch and we have a detatched 5 car garage. Paul makes sure that he takes the emptied bottles out and puts the refilled ones in there place. He always makes sure that we get the ones with the handle and goes out of his way to be as courteous as possible. Great Service Great Water

Sparkletts water uses a third party for billing. DS Waters is the name of the company. They have the worse customer service department. Called for a week with hold times up to 45 minutes. Never having my billing issues resolved DS sent me a paper statement with late charges and a $2.00 charge for the actual paper the bill was written on (Are they frkn kidding me?). We gave the sparkletts sales agent all the information they needed for delivery and billing. The card was never charged but someone late fees were being accumulated. CANCELED SERVICE ASAP. no credit for the unused water bottles they just delivered nor did I get late fees or paper invoice fees waived. poor service Sparkletts water youre to big for your own good.
