Paid first month for a New Dryer the delivery guy delivered it with a huge dent in the side he said they would switch it out with another new one I put some clothes in the dryer the heat doesnt work I called talk to the sales manager he said it will be another 3 months before they get another new dryer in stock not professional at all

Great helpful friendly staff

Poor quality furniture for an outrageous price. If you get something ordered, good luck, both the table and dresser took 3-4 months to come in (while making payments). The dresser isnt the right style or color. Also they hound me every week calling 4-5 times while Im at work. We have only been late once. When trying to get in contact with them no one knows whats going on and they always have to speak to someone else. Just over all poorly managed with employees who dont know what they are doing.

Been doing business with this store for almost 10 years. I have seen a lot of employees go and some come back. They have always helped me out and appreciated my buisness. I wouldnt go any where else.

Since i wrote this review, the entire place has changed!! With the putting in people like Patrick Bean and others, its now the BEST way to rent my things. Soooo happy I get to change my review and let people know this place has made me change how I feel about renting here 😎 I think these people may try, but in my experience it just doesnt come across. They are very condescending, and the only female associate there is pretty much the only person i want to deal with there. The male associates resort to darlin and maam i get its considered polite, but comes across as condescending. If i didnt already have my stuff and very little time i would honestly go some place else. Definitely not a place i would recommend, at least not this particular store. Ive used Bestway before without a problem in other locations. Just not this one. My opinion only.....

I will never do business with best way again after my furniture is paid off !!! They treat their customers very poorly I been doing business with them for 2 years or longer !!! Very poor management

If you return merchandise,they will still take payments from your debit card. Then proceed to explain how you owe it somehow,or just play ignorant of theft of monies for bogus and nonexistent reasoning because in reality theyre merely criminals committing crimes.

I worked for them for a couple of months and had a few incidents where my health would not allow me to drive....I was let go with the manager stating you have missed in two months than me in 5 years. I am so sorry I was not gonna drive and put my health and lives of others at risk
