I repeat do not use extreme auto designWent in for a tire rotation and balance.2018 ram 40k miles and they put this many weights on top of my existing weights. They do not know what they are doing.

I called up this business to install an aftermarket head unit in a 14 Infiniti QX60. I was in the parking lot when I called them and talk to someone. He said that they were not doing installations until next week. I told him it was fine I just wanted to know if they could do it. He asked if I had everything needed to install, I told him I wasn’t sure because I ordered it online and haven’t opened up the box. I told him that I was outside if they wanted to look at it. He typed some info in and told me that they don’t have anything to install a player on an Infiniti. He didn’t ask me to bring him what I had or anything. I just thanked him and hung up. I’ll take my money and business to someone who wants it.

Recently dropped off a 2021 ford explorer off for a windshield replacement, leather seat covers and weather tech mud guards and some window tint. The craftsmanship was fair at best. But a really good craftsman would have attempted to clean up behind themselves and not scar the interior plastic. very disappointed on that.

I brought my car in for hitch installation today with Sales Adcisor Doug Stricklin. He answered all my questions and researched and included me in my next purchase of customized water resistant seat covers.My installer was Johnathan Dawson. My husband did bring car back to check on the cldifferent muffler sound after installation. Doug politely serviced our needs professionally. He advised us to drive the car a bit and if a problem to let him know.I am very pleased with the work and servicecompleted by Extreme Auto Design! They never told me that my car was leaving the lot and going elsewhere for the windows to be tinted they advertise that they do it but I guess not and they are not going to tell you either
