We left our boat for repairs. When we picked up our boat the boat radio and wakeboard were stolen. We left our boat in their fenced in area for repair. The owner informed us that insurance would not cover our loss and that they are not responsible for any loss/damage. We were not informed before leaving our boat that they would not take responsibility for any theft or damage while in their care.

The parts guy was extremely helpful!! Highly recommend using them!

If though they were closed, their was a gentlemen there who told us to go get the boat and bring it up there and they would repair it, even on his day off he was very approachable and friendly.

A mount bracket had broke on the motor out on the water that day. I had my boat in the shop less then two hours it was fixed. Very professional reasonably priced I highly recommend this business, thank you.

Dropped a ski boat off June 2 to have a carbuerator rebuilt, change a belt, change oil, and check packing nut on crankshaft. I told them what I wanted fixed in the beginning. My boat Sat there for three weeks untouched. In the beginning I was told I would get a call before any work was done for the price. I never got any calls. I called them twice a week, after the first two weeks. They told me nothing was wrong with the carb. Then the next day they said they got stuck on the river in my boat, that the carbuerator floats were sticking. Thats what I told them in the beginning! To make this short never use these men. They are very Rude, vulgar, and very unsatisfactory!!! My boat Sat a shop for a month to be ready by 4th of July and they didnt even fix it!!! Bad business of the year award goes to yes you Tennessee River MARINE!!!
