Spent 4 days trying to get answers if they accept Medicare assignment on DME and trying to get a account set up. On 4th day after making numerous calls that was never returned, someone finally called back to inform me that the 18 miles to my house was out of their service area. Now why that was not told upfront Im not sure. Medicare folks I would think twiced about using them. Not good customer service at all.

Our family has used Avalon Discount Drugs for years one generation to the next. Such personal service from a locally owned business cant be beat anywhere.
