I have been trying to receive the correct glasses from them for 7 months now. I have been given the runaround multiple times with promises of providing the correct glasses and lenses. I have requested a refund multiple times and repeatedly promised the correct lenses would be provided. I bought two pairs of glasses and the pair which were provided broke several months ago. I will not be giving them another chance to provide such a necessary item required for daily life. Most businesses would be willing to refund your money when they are unable to produce the purchased product but the staff has been rude and misleading.

I had an appointment here, there Customer service is Top rate. My new glasses are awesome the frames are beautiful. I have contacts and I will use them tomorrow and I am looking forward to that. Superior Customer service.

Called to reschedule my appointment, which i have never done. i am always punctual to my appointments, and the lady who answered the phone was terribly rude and not helpful at all. She informed me that i would be paying a late fee if it were to happen again. I can understand if someone cancels repeatedly, but i never do that. Would not recommend this place.

I can not brag enough on how helpful Amanda at the Muscle shoals location was!! I ran by with just enough time to get in before they closed and she went above and beyond helping me regardless of the fact that it was closing time! She handled all of my problems with an amazing attitude and very professional! 😊

Muscle Shoals Eye Center is an amazing eye center! Such a warm and welcoming environment. Ms. Kelsey Davis helped me and she really new her stuff. She was so very helpful and extremely friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

Update: I had to go back there for my daughters eye exam and although we didnt finish until 6pm for the 430pm appointment, they were very attentive. That time of the day is just busy so avoid if you can.I always enjoyed going to this eye center, but today I was there browning frames for 45min and no one said hello, can I help you, or someone will be there soon, nothing. One worker pased right in front of me, ignored me, so I went to the front desk, stood there for a while, no one came out. So I walked out of the door. Not sure if i will ever return.

Been there twice, will never go back! Selling dime store glasses at top shelf prices. Staff could care less about the patient. You are nothing but a entry in there Computer! They are not a eye Care center. Just a processing center for your insurance money!!!!!

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Jessica and Ashley gave me their honest opinions about my glasses to help me choose the right frames. Dr. Thigpen is so sweet. Highly recommend!

I had Kelsey as my person who did my work up and she could not have been any sweeter or more helpful. I ad a certain insurance that covered more for my glasses that I did not know about and when I found out it completely changed my options and I was able to afford the glasses I really wanted. I would have be so lost without her help.

I got glasses 612.00, have not been able to see, always me not the glasses after 5 trips I knew I was not going to get any thing I could see through, going somewhere else WOULD NOT TELL ANYONE TOO GO THERE

I felt like the doctor just wanted to hurry up and get me out. Ive been having strain in my eyelids, and its causing my eyes to open too much and its giving me headaches. All he said was your probably looking at your phone too much gave me some artificial tears,which arent working; and sent me on my way.

Taryn is very knowledgeable of all products and brands they offer! She makes the process so easy! If you need your eyes checked, go see them!!!

Nice office... Nice kuerig.. otherwise takes way too long to get my glasses. Im going into week 4 because my glasses are not right. Im a nurse and I cannot read with these. Constantly having to call them to get help and check on order.. dissatisfied about this situation. They should offer some sort of refund in the future on frames or something but I am just at their mercy.... waiting.. always waiting...

I dont have vision insurance and chose this place partly because they have a 20% discount off the eye exam for people uninsured. I paid $60 for the eye exam. They had a kids room that my kids (ages 3 and 5) played in while we waited. The wait was not long to get in a room. After my eye exam one of the ladies showed me 3 long rows of frames that were part of a $99 package for uninsured patients. At first I wasnt going to buy frames there because all I saw were mostly frames $200-$400. But after talking to the staff they showed me the frames that are in the $99 budget. The $99 package includes frames, regular lens with an option for glare free coating, an eyeglasses case, and a bottle of eyeglass cleaner. The reason the frames are marked down is because the frames are discontinued frames, but they are well made. The selection they had to choose from had a wide variety of styles. If you choose not to get the $99 budget package, uninsured patients get 20% off any frames in the store. I got the $99 budget package and my glasses came in one week later. $25 from their eyeglass sales go to charity automatically when you buy from their store. I highly recommend this place. My daughter (5) had her first eye exam there before she started school and was comfortable with the staff. They also have a machine that for $20 you can skip being dilated and use the machine that gets the same information on your eyes as dilation would. On your first visit you are not charged for using it! I used it and it was comfortable and I liked it better than being dilated. It takes 5 minutes to use literally if you follow the instructions they give you. So all in all, I was very pleased with my visit and will go back there for future needs.

I knew this was going to be an extremely easy experience when I walked in! Ut immediately felt like home- superior customer service with a huge selection of framea- I am so glad I found them!

First experience was great. Second time was awful. Two hour wait. They do offer a great out of pocket insurance rate. I inquired about getting my prescription because I want to buy my glasses online and mentioned about the prescription having my PD (Pupil Distance) and they didnt tell me theres a $25 charge for getting a PD. After I paid them I had asked what my PD was last time and she tells me the PD usually doesnt changd unless your a kid.Two hour rate and overcharging me for something they didnt even have to do.

Absolutely great experience great staff cant say enough about them I was reading Pass reviews insane where a disgruntled employee posted that any post with over three stars was made up from the employees Im sorry I never work there and I got great service and cannot believe all the reviews are made up as I was referred to this place from a friend that gave it equally High reviews

Apologies on a very late review, and I use an online pseudonym but Im a real patient, I swear! I went in for an eye exam a year ago after my room mates foster dog chewed on my glasses. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When I told the doctor that the glasses I was wearing to the exam were an old pair with an out of date prescription he gave me a contact lens exam for free and 2 free packs of sample contacts until my glasses came in. I only just thought about reviewing because today I couldnt find my prescription to order a spare pair online. I went to the establishment and the woman at the counter happily assisted me and was very kind! Thank you for all of your help, and when my prescription runs out next February I will be back for another exam!

Don and I had to go by to get his glasses adjusted, which they do for free. It didnt take 5 minutes!! The ladies were as friendly as ever!!

As a former “disgruntled employee” I would have to note that any and all reviews above 3 stars were made with fraudulent intent to cover up the poor reviews of actual customers. The management had a contest for whichever employee has the most high rated reviews on google gets $500.I don’t understand why they didn’t want to invest their time and money in properly training their staff especially after asking the management several times for help, guidance and training with no avail. Just click on each review and notice how the commenter says similar things for different locations of this branch out in Madison and Florence!It’s disgusting to think it’s okay to intentionally misguide honest customers as if this some sort of barbecue joint and not a medical doctors office that people trust their physical well being with.

Horrible place, i wouldnt recommend anyone go here. Second time they got my prescription wrong and they tell me i will just have to get used to them, they make my eyes and head hurt..wont ever go back! Edit in response from the owner because i dont have the option to reply, the first time they got them wrong i went back and told them and they repeated the eye exam free of charge, since medicaid wont pay for another one or get them fixed for 3 more years. I went back today to get them and they are still off, it was instant pain in my eyes, and was told they already fixed them once and that i would just have to get used to them. I needed the left lense changed to the same as the right bc i could see out of the right side with my left eye as well as my right. But they just done the eye exam and still they are not right. If i cant get them fixed it will be another 3 years before i can get another pair.

I have been waiting over 2 months on replacement frames. I paid for the insurance so I could get the frames replaced within the year if they broke. They should have told me it might take 3 months or more. For someone who cant see without their glasses this is a huge problemthey dont seem to willing to fix.

Love the Muscle Shoals Eye Center, everyone there is amazing and I would recommend them to anyone!

Got my prescription wrong. Twice. Ordered glasses with the prescription online since they wanted $200 for frames. When I asked if they would fix my glasses since they got the prescription wrong they told me I was out of luck...

The girl that gave me my glasses was in to much of a hurry to worry about if they fit didnt get a bag had to ask for a case they broke my husband glasses when they tighten them up
