We have bought several items from this company. Mattresses, recliners, table, daybed and even a doggy jail. We have loved everything we have bought. We had best customer service around. We will definitely be back.

This business doesnt seem to have any adults working for them. Forget the fact that no one helps you in the store; all the employees just hang out at the front desk and wait for you to ask them for assistance; and when they tell you theyll call in a couple weeks to set up delivery, they dont. I had to call them and got less than a 24 hour notice for delivery.The two delivery boys arrived an hour past the latest time they said theyd be there and then couldnt figure out how to get my furniture inside. They pulled out a tape measure and told me the couch was a HALF INCH wider than my door frame - I told them it was a standard door frame and that theyd have to hold it up and turn it to come in; they said, Thats too hard. They were going to take the furniture back to the store but I called a couple friends to come over and TEACH them how to maneuver furniture and they had to help them bring it in.Please hire some adults who are better at customer service in the store; and some more experienced delivery personnel who are strong enough to do their jobs. The furniture is beautiful and the price was reasonable - only reason I gave this 3 stars.

Great customer service until you buy. After the purchase was complete they were no where to be found after saying they would help load. Also they must not inspect their u-hauls when dropped off. We had to clean out the u haul we rented from them and load after being told they would help. We had a great experience until the sale was final then all down hill.

Great selection of furniture and great customer service!! They were very upfront about it taking longer than usual for furniture to come in at the moment. Due to Covid I completely understand how hard this pandemic has hit our manufacturing companies and didnt mind waiting. I did appreciate the upfront honesty. Ashley furniture has a 6 month wait. 8-12 weeks is nothing:) Will shop here again.
