I gave it 5 stars because its always been a good experience. Today was alittle different because of remolding. They should really do it when customers arent around. Some articles on sale & than matching pieces arent. Ran into some customers that were complaining about the situation as myself. I think more would have been spent if not for that fact.

Poor customer communication. A small sign hanging telling you product has moved. Well departments have moved. Nobody at the door for direction. The store was a mess. Things lying on the floor, carts everywhere overflowing mess. Nobody working. It looked like a wind picked up things and throw it.The department locations upset me the most. I was coming to fill a prescription and went where I normally go, well it was clear on the other side of the store. That was a big deal breaker for me, I was unable to walk well and nobody was there to offer me help.Poor management !!!

Walmart employees are getting lazier and dumber. Only difference between this one and the Milwaukee north side is that this one is cleaner, same type of garbage employees. So disgusting this is our world now.

I waited at the pickup location for over 30 minutes. There was a couple other cars waiting too. Had to drop a Doordash Grocery order due to the staff wasting my business time. At other locations it only takes 5-10 minutes at the most. Also, the staff inside is typically useless for regular pickup items too.

Im a delivery driver for a national delivery chain my in-store pickup orders are always ready and on time never had any problems with wrong items staff is courteous if they see you waiting they approach you and contact appropriate staff for your needs probably one of the best Walmarts Ive been to in Wisconsin

Normally I love the Muskego Walmart. Today only 1 star. Where it is understandable that it is under construction. The bathroom was in need of cleaning badly. When I formed the employee (because the clean bathroom light switch was in the on position both times I went into it with no improvement) the employees response was lack luster... oh sorry to hear that. I inturn responded that I couldnt find a manager to inform them of the need and the employee only replied I dont know where any are.

The Muskego Walmart is going through a complete remodel. The store is a complete disaster. I will not be back there until they are done. Target sure knows how to do a remodel a lot better than Walmart does.

I always forget that this places exists for staff to stock it and not for the convenience of customers. We like to play a fun game here called find an isle you can go through.

Out of popular items on a regular basis. Constantly have to wait long periods of time to check out. Employees are rather unfriendly.

I consider my experience as a mixed feelings. I went to pick up a new hatchet and got one, it works great. But there were multiple people without their masks on and it was concerning. Otherwise it was a pretty smooth trip.

If you’re a minority be prepared to be watched. Alysa watched me like a hawk during self check out, then had the audacity to take my receipt and ask why I have so many clearance items smh…I asked her if she did that to everyone, didn’t answer the question but stated she was in charge of the registers. Ok GIRL!!! Hope you get a medal for being the Walmart Karen! ✌️btw Not all employees are like Alysa, Jeff was really nice and helped me find an item I was looking for.

Found what I needed but there was a lot of chaos in the store. Clean, but things seemed very disorganized and items in random places.

The Muskego store is under construction so be prepared to take a little more time to find things and have a little smaller selection than usual.

They are taking out manned registers. This causes terrible back-ups and waiting time. The time I spent in line would have made my ice cream turn to soup. If they dont provide service I will go elsewhare. When I go to a store I expect a certain amount of service, if I dont get it at one store I will go to a different store.

Walmart is a good super mart. the subway there is a great subway.

Friendly people, with a positive attitude, Eager to help you me find what I need. Other shoppers were helpful as well, because I was not familiar with the different departments in that particular Super center.

In this WalMart you can find anything you are looking for. If you dont find it in the store, you can order it on the internet and.pick it up at the store. Well behave customers and courteous staff.

Considering I work at the Mukwonago Walmart. I have to say it is a lot cleaner than Mukwonagos now a days. Looks like the team leads and associates actually clean up their areas and dont leave empty boxes all over the shelves unlike Mukwonago as well. Thanks for the great experience!!

First time in this Walmart and I was impressed. It was clean and quiet. It was nothing like the under stocked dirty Walmarts in Greendale & Franklin. This is my new go to Walmart.

Was there for 2 hrs using there kiosk for pictures. One machine would only print 8 x 10 and the other started to print mine and needed cartridge replaced. Essentially broke. Called back 5 hrs later to find out what was going on and nobody had a clue. Wish I knew the kid that was helping me at 2pm, he was the only one of help. Still waiting for the rest of my pictures. I get better service from my veterinarian.Follow-up: well called again yesterday with no answer. So I stopped in today and was pleasantly pleased with the service I got from Nathaniel and Emilie. They were able to help and went above and beyond THANKS

Employees just dont care to help with anything. Walked around aimlessly trying to find help. Just needed to find one thing finally found an employee hes good sorry this is above my past grade. I was looking for a UBS hub! That was in the back room

1 checkout isle open, better check that you have all your bags, check out people dont care if you leave something behind. Zombie employees, employees walking around with covid masks below their noses and chins.Unfriendly, disabled carts always die out, or are not charged.No supervision makes lousy service.

Absolutely wonderful store it’s very clean the service is always good the people are friendly I can always find something if I can’t there’s always someone there to help.

This store is constantly cluttered with pallets and no one around even stocking. Talk about a tripping hazard. Products I buy are constantly out of stock or no longer carried. I couldnt tell you how often I am almost run over by pallet jacks and stocking carts or just ran into by employees who seem to care less about their job. I over heard a drug deal between 2 employees once as well!!! And today took the cake.... These boots were on a return cart right in the open by the changing rooms. This is rude, unprofessional and absolutely disrespectful to your fellow coworkers and just goes to show how Walmart trains their staff. This is NOT how you communicate with one another. This could have been a learning opportunity, taught behind the scenes, instead it appears your employees would rather ridicule and tear each other down rather than help each other learn and grow in their job. Extremely distasteful!

This Walmart is generally well stocked, and most of the Associates are helpful and friendly.

I was attempting to use the self check out when the machine stopped and said it needed the Walmart attendant. GABBY came over and instead of entering her little code and going away, started mumbling about how she can check us out at the CSR desk. We had already scanned like half the stuff and bagged it, and had to put EVERYTHING back into the cart. Anyways, she proceeds to VERY slowly rescan every item. And I mean SLOWLY. The entire time another customer who had like 3 items was staring at her waiting for her to help him at HIS self check out. She literally had a long conversation with an elderly female employee and stopped scanning my stuff during this long winded conversation. The entire time my three year old is going nuts and the other customer is staring at her. All because she assumed we were stealing and wouldnt just enter her code into the machine like ALL other normal Walmart employees do. Well jokes on you GABBY, I hope you enjoyed slowly scanning and bagging an entire cart full of stuff while my three year old went wild all because you assume people are shoplifting when theyre actually paying entirely with food stamps. I do believe the guy who stared at you the ENTIRE TIME wanting to check out his THREE ITEMS was mad though. But Im guessing Muskego Walmart employees just really dont care because theyre so stuck up and above their customers that they assume everyone is a thief. 10/10 wouldnt recommend little Ms. GABBY though. If you see her, go to the opposite end self check outs especially if youre in a hurry because my god did she take a long time. I believe she was intentionally trying to make me mad but I truly did not care. ;)

The Management does not get back to you when you have an problem. The employees blame it on their home office for their return policy and the home office tells me that its up to the store manager. The store manager never calls back the customer.

Store is fine, usually fairly clean, but there is no way for them to enforce their mask policy properly so avoid if that concerns you.

Was not crowded and we found everything we needed at a good price.

The handicapped shopping chairs were defective. One had a foot support missing and the other didn’t have a basket attached. My friend can’t use the power chair as she is disabled. This store in Muskego is not ADA friendly for it’s guests. Very disappointed in our shopping experience. I had to keep readjusting the single foot support which made me touch the dirty floor and foot support. Not an acceptable shopping experience.

Typically store is not stocked. There are skids with boxes blocking shelves and aisles. Pharmacy is awesome.

My wife and I stopped to pick up an online order for her mother. The young man whom had brought out the order was fast and courteous.

Walmart is Walmart. Its good for those few things you need real cheap but not a place that I shop often. Some of the clearance is good to pick up after the holidays, but I only go here when absolutely necessary and when theres no other choices.

This Walmart in Muskego is very clean and organized. However, I dont know if it was because of it being a Saturday night or what, but almost everywhere I turned, the shelves were super bare.

I want to give special thanks to Brett Garipe he saw me struggling with my cane cart and bags, he offered to get me an electric cart or take my cart over for me. He helped me to my car loaded my bags and took the cart back. So often today customer service is non existent, this young man was polite, pleasant and extremely helpful. Your stores need more employees like him!

Normally okay, but today about 10-15 people waited out in the cold for something that said there was 7 left. They disappeared and magically were bought online even though ALL these people with all these browsers ready in store.. Someone lied. Someone needs to get in trouble. There was an older gentleman trying to jog to catch up because these people read it was in store only to be lied to. Unbelievable. Someone need to change that quick!Sorry to those that were there. Hello to the fellow wife, we will always support our men. Especially when they are in the right!!So many perturbed people from a mistake that should be noticed. I mean really, proofreaders and double checkers dont exist? Hire one. Thank you. 😊❤

I was in the electronics department for over 15 minutes waiting for an associate to come and help me after I talked to a guy that worked there, said he was going to get someone. Was gonna buy $800 tv but was frustrated that no one helped me, went home and ordered the same tv from Amazon for $675, thanks for saving me $125 because of bad costumer service. You rank an “F” in costumer service in the electronics department.

Hi, Today I bought a $158 worth of groceries there and there were no Cashiers so I had to do the self checkout with no carousel And ended up having to put groceries in bags on the floor before putting them back into the cart. Im pretty sure Pick n Save still will be glad to take care of my groceries next week.
