Horrible! Purchased TV, paid extra for 5 years protection plan. TV quit working after 2.5 years. Had to call many times to get service with a third party outfit. Was on hold for over 2 hours one time. Service people tried to fix it in-home 2 times. After one month they finally admitted it could not be repaired and would either give me a new one or credit towards one of my choice. After many calls, I was told they would replace it with their in-house brand of TV, (cheap Insignia brand) or give me only about half of what I paid for it. At no time when I purchased the service plan did they say they would depreciate the value upon replacement. TOTAL RIP-OFF operation. I would never do business with them again.
Ordered online and picked up in store the next day. Fast and easy. When the single person ahead of me in line needed a little extra time another employee opened another register to take care of me. Excellent customer service!
They wouldn’t let me return something because it was the 16th day and only allow 14. Every company ALWAYS offers at least 30 days. Just not right
Went to this location today to ask if they had any of the new Xboxs. We walked in and waited at the help desk for a long time until finally a worker came to help us. We said excuse me, do you have any of the new xboxs? The employee looked at us and started walking away without answering us. We looked at each other surprised by this action. He then turned around and said theres a sign on the door you had to walk by on the way in that says theyre only available online. He turned and continued to walk away. We then left looked on the door and found the said sign under another sign leaving it unreadable unless you move the other sign. I was not impressed with this customer service.
Haven’t regretted purchasing the tech support for the year it’s only $200! Most of the time they have helped remotely so I don’t even have to go in to the store! When I wanted to sell my iMac all I did was drop it off and they made sure to back everything up so I didn’t have to bother with all the tech stuff. Thanks Best Buy
The guy at cell phone desk was very rude and disrespectful discussing my account information with other employees after I walked away. Good employees are hard to find. Good stores to shop in harder. Wonder why shopping is going to online.

Terrible geek service. Apple made an appointment for me to have them look at my watch for possible repair. They would not even look at it because I had attempted a repair myself (a fact that I had told to Apple). Really dont waste your time like I did. Seems we have to drive to GR to get competent Apple service.
Walked in and they asked if they could help me find anything. I looked online before coming to the store and I told them I was looking for a watchband for my versa 3 Fitbit. They said they didnt carry any, I said thats funny because your web site said you do. They looked it up and guess what? You carried them. Wonder how many others get turned away without knowing.
Helpful staff. Spent a lot of time with us so we could pick out the right TV. Clean store. Signage is really easy to follow.
The store is lacking electronic inventory. I was very disappointed. There was an overabundance of staff walking around doing nothing but chatting with each other. I counted 9 workers and not a single one asked if they could help me. I walked around the electronics section 3 times before I found the tiny smartwatch section. I ended up just shopping on Amazon instead.

I was looking for 3 different items and the sales person convinced me I didnt need 2 of them. Instead I need to talk with my wi-fi provider. He also helped me find the best smart watch for me, which was not the expensive ones.

Terribly priced and terrible quality cables for MacBooks. Literally bought a cable like a month and a few days ago. The cord no longer works. I have to go through a manufacturer that makes a terrible product because Best Buy doesn’t accept exchanges after 15 days. Would expect high quality based on the margins they get from the products they sell. Will never be back. I’d suggest Amazon over Best Buy any day.

Was not happy not being told about how they installed the radio. Never informed me that the parking brake needed to be pushed to be able to use the radio??? Really there are more 12 volt inputs that can be better used. Why is every car maker not having to use the parking brake to access the radio menus???
Ordered before they closed for curbside pick up, Was told online that order would be ready before 8 PM I showed up at 7 And employees that were leaving to go home came to my car and told me they never received my order. Told me to come back at 11 AM next day. Definitely will be going to Walmart next time

I went their looking for a tablet and help from Geek Squad. Well no help for fixing tablet and person for help was snarky. Also the only tablets for sale were Samsung or Apple products which I was not paying the high prices for and got the impression they only service what they sell. Lost my business...

What number or option can I chose via phone call can I call to simply speak to a store representative about literally anything? Order status was my main inquiry but no answer. Then I tried product availability again no answer. I tried a further two times navigating other phone route options again no answer. It’s 1430 on a Friday and no one answers the phones? Is there some holiday that BB celebrates that no one else observes? In the midst of a global pandemic what is the purpose of having stores open and opportunity to schedule an appointment with a blue shirt when no one answers the phone. Is the answer to conduct business online and don’t inconvenience a real person at a brick and mortar location? Come on BB you were better than that.

Got a remote car starter installed at Best Buy, free install with purchase. Service was great. They educated me on the product and got it done very quickly.
I waited a good 10 minutes for someone to finally help me only to find out they dont have any gaming pcs in the store. So I just found another retailer and bought one online.
Although product shipment to the store was delayed a couple of weeks, the curbside delivery was great! I really like the people working at this store, they hustle to provide fast and friendly service.
We have always had Great service from Bo in installations so I stopped in today for a price on a car stereo and remote start because they are $70 off online with free installation but the guy in car electronics told me there is no discount and the wait on Installs is over a month while another customer gave a review This Week about the same and hers was installed same day.

Came in to buy two tv stands. I havent gone to a Best Buy in over ten years, and now I remember why. I waited back in the home theater area for 30 minutes with no help. Then I went up front to ask for help and they told me there was someone back there who could help me....Im not waiting for 45 minutes to give Best Buy my money when they wont help me and want me to wait for the better part of an hour.

I bought a new TV in Oct. and waited 3weeks for the Geek Squad to install it and program my harmony remote with it. It has not worked right since day one. They are telling me the soonest anyone can fix the problem is Nov. 27th. Thats unacceptable they have my money and I have nothing.
Although they didnt have the movie I was looking for they offer online orders and had a great stock of other things.
