Used them to diagnose an issue with a commercial vehicle I drove awhile back, and they solved the problem in short order. I had gone to numerous other auto service facilities (including several other Ford dealerships) to get the problem diagnosed, and all of them failed to do so. Great Lakes Ford solved the problem in one visit. Highly recommend them for repair work on any Ford vehicle.
