The employees in the toy section were extremely helpful in setting up your app so that I could take advantage of your discounts. Erick in particular was so patient with me through the whole process and ensured that I knew how to use it. I was very impressed because good customer service is rare these days.

Shelves are almost completely empty. We brought our son to Target today to spend some Christmas money he got and he was unable to find one single item in stock. Looks like we will be shopping online instead 😞. These are only a couple of photos I took but this was pretty much what every isle in the store looked like.

I dont like the lay out of the store. Not a very big supply of food. I actually never found the food. And they only have one entrance. But they dont have limits on items of need. I looked for charcoal and didnt find any food.Dennis Sargent

I can find what I need and want. This Norton Shores stores stocks and sells things fast, so if you see it and want it; take it; because when you come back it will not be there. Great place to shop. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the store.

We got everything we went in to buy and I was very impressed with our final price at the checkout. We joined Targets Circle rewards program and it has really paid off! The Norton Shores, MI store was very clean and the associates were all friendly and helpful. The employee who helped us check out was particularly fantastic!

Weve gone to this Target for years. This review is more for their Starbucks and food section of the store. They removed all seating, and all workers from the food part of the store where they sell pretzels, pizzas, etc. This leads to long lines in the Starbucks lines and for the food we had to wait 1 hour for a personal pizza and some pretzel bites for our kids. This was on a Wednesday at 11AM when it was not busy at all - again weve been here a lot. Our kids waited standing in the lobby part of Starbucks where there was ample room for 3-4 benches/multiple chairs/multiple tables. Not only that, we ordered multiple food items, and after the hour wait they forgot to ring up a food item so now one of our kids does not get food. Along with their covid policies and left wing policies we wont be going here any longer.

James in the electronics department provided exceptional customer service when I asked for help locating a product. Target did not have it in stock, but he checked the system for an expected delivery and even called another store to see if they had the product I was looking for.

Target has a good selection of things for purchase. Their prices are comparable to other retailers like Walmart and Meijer. They are pretty good about price matching their site and I think I have got them to price match competitors as well. The employees are fairly friendly at this Target.

Haven’t required a mask to enter throughout this whole “pandemic” until we are months into it and are actually close to getting the stay at home order lifted. What made it safe for me to enter your store in cooler weather without one but now when it’s 82 degrees it’s not safe? I’m an asthmatic so I won’t wear one regardless... You just lost our business not for requiring masks because we would have been more on board with it if you had enforced it the whole time. You lost our business because you are only enforcing it as things are starting to look better. Fear mongering helps no one. It looks to me like you are only now jumping on board with it for your own benefit somehow.

Really nice store. Never very busy. I always stop here hoping to find something in their ad but they never seem to have what I want. Shelves consistently are not stocked fully. Also why do I have to price match stuff that I buy at the Target store to prices on the Target website. If its 18 dollars on the Target website why am I paying 25 dollars in store.

I had called the Norton shores Target, and spoke to an associate in the electronics department over the phone named Andre, I was looking on the Target app on my phone and it showed the TV I wanted was in stock, it is just over one hour from my house to the Target store and I did not want to drive all the way there and not have the TV in stock, so I spoke to Andre, in the electronics department, and he said he would put my name and phone number on the TV and hold it for me till tomorrow he also informed me that he started work on Friday at 1:30 p.m., I took a half a day off work and was at the Target store in Norton shores at 1:30 p.m. I spoke to him for quite some time and we went over all the different TVs and the wall mounts that would hold the TVs and I was having trouble deciding whether I wanted a 43-inch or a 50 inch Samsung TV that were both still in stock, I ended up buying the 50 inch TV and was so impressed by Andres help and another man that worked in the electronics department which I do not know his name those two employees were extremely helpful and I received a 5% discount by using my red card and an additional 5% discount because it was my birthday, situations like this continue to bring me back to that Target store for purchases, you have an excellent staff that is extremely helpful and not just for purchasing high-end electronics but all through the store people are extremely friendly and so many times you hear the negative so hopefully you can give the electronics department, and many others a pat on the back, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and really appreciate the help especially Andre and the female cashier that rang me up. Its always so clean and well stocked. I swear I could spend all day just walking around and looking at stuff. It has a very comfortable and relaxed feel. You dont feel like anyone is breathing down your neck, but they are around to help when you need it.

You good old fashioned Target store. For those who dont know, Target is one of the best places to purchase a new phone. More often than not, the big popular phones can easily be found here when the big carriers are completely out. Not only that, but there are usually so many amazing offers that go along with that, like huge gift cards, trade-in specials, all kinds of stuff.

I had lost my phone in the store and so many staff were involved in the hunt to find it! It was found because of them. Wonderful staff!

Pretty good Target store. Not the biggest but theres usually a good selection of items not found elsewhere in the area. Good for toy shopping year round when you dont want to go into Toys R Us.

I love target but the store needs to work on their electronics department . I was told to show up at 8 AM when the store opens to purchase an item . SHOCKER! It wasn’t available. I was given the same advice and the second time was greeted with grumbles groans not my job and don’t know what to tell you come back tomorrow

Dont buy gifts here unless your the type to keep a 2x2 piece of paper for 5 weeks. They wont let you even EXCHANGE gifts without a receipt.

Never realized why I didnt shop here since my last visit years ago, seeing it recently solved the mystery: racially exclusive, products are cheap Chinese counterfeits, manic operator is constantly yelling at her subordinates over a walkie talkie.Pros: Parking lot is nice and ... uh ... its not as busy as good local Michigan businesses and popular items are usually out of stock, so you can finish shopping quickly and leave. Will be shuttered like Kmart soon enough, thats a plus, too! The interior and exterior are well lit.

I had the BEST people helping me in the cosmetic department. From the extremely informative gal working the department to the store manager, Sara. Great job, Target!

I was not able to purchase an item at the store because they claimed they are not allowed to sell bikes in a box(adult), when smaller ones(childrens) are available unassembled on the shelf. This is not a childs bed, something that they sleep in everyday, just a bicycle. An employee claimed its a liability, but you can typically order one online, in a box, unassembled, shipped to your address, when the world is not dealing with a global virus.

Lots of reasons, mostly, the item had a flaw, discovered after I signed the receipt. In order to exchange it, the process was ridiculous. They had to return the flawed one, which wasnt working, as they couldnt find it in their own system, then I had to rebuy the new one, which I had to trek to the opposite side of the store to fetch, and wait in line AGAIN to do this. It took forever, and the clerks didnt know how to do it. Plus, I felt the disdain of one of the clerks, like I was causing trouble. Unacceptable!

The store is clean and the Employees are there to help if you ask them. I have gone to them twice this week and was always helped when needed. The prices were good too on the items.

Target has always been a favorite shopping destination. However, Im disappointed I must have a mobile device for the barcode when on-line ordering. As yet, I dont have one....possibly never will!! loll But, Amanda at guest service assured me it wasnt necessary for the barcode, but it was nice when I could just print it and bring it in when picking up my order.

Love target can get everything I need

Do NOT register here! Apparently they have you register for things that are unavailable even though online says they have it. They also price things way higher than online and refuse to honor the online Target price. I thought I got attitude from the customer service reps. Nope the store manager was way worse!

Target almost always has everything I want and more than I might need at reasonable prices. I prefer Target to other discount stores for the atmosphere and cleanliness in all of the ones I have shopped.

Actually had quite the experience today the store had no power. So I shopped in the dark, actually was quiet fun

This location might be the worst Target I’ve ever been in to. Unfortunately it’s the only one within 40 mins from my house so I’ve been obligated to go twice. The first time I forgave them for. I thought the lack of stock and messy store could have had something to do with end of summer sales and back to school shopping, but then I went a few weeks later and it was worse than the first time. Workers block aisles with carts for restocking, and when you run your cart into it to see if they notice they don’t flinch or even acknowledge your presence. And it wasn’t the younger employees that weren’t working... it was the middle aged workers doing absolutely nothing. This store needs new management and workers clearly, because it currently looks like it’s going out of business.
