I visited this store on 2/14/2020 around noon, looking for a toner to take out the rusty orange and yellow colors from my hair. I wish I could remember the girl’s name that helped me. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. It’s not often you get good customer service anymore but she was excellent. I appreciated her help so very much! I will be back again soon!

I am a long time Sallys customer, although not at this location. We normally go to one that is closer to home but were in the area today.My husband and I were looking through hair colors for a specific ION Bright when a salesperson came over and immediately made a nasty comment to my husband. She then asked if she could help me. I tried to explain that I was pretty sure it was discontinued as I couldnt even find it on the website.I am not sure if I was speaking to fast or what because the next thing I knew she placed her hand in the middle of my chest and pushed while telling me she needed me to slow down.I have rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia and post thoracotomy pain syndrome, all of which react negatively when pressure is applied to certain areas of the body.At this point I asked her to please just allow my husband and I to continue shopping. She then stated that I was hurting her feelings as she is Native American and an empath. I told her I didnt mean to hurt your feelings but that once you put your hands on me that I no longer want your help. I continued to ask her to leave us alone but she would not quit speaking. I told my husband I needed to leave immediately even though I had an item I had planned on buying; by this point both the pain from where she had pressed and my frustration were making the situation unbearable.The only reason I gave a rating of 2 stars is that there was another cashier that witnessed part of what had happened. She overheard when I told my husband I needed to leave and offered to restock it for me.

Dont go there often, but decided to start doing my own roots since I was going to be away from my hairdresser for several months. The sales lady was MOST HELPFUL. She suggested different curling irons, because I needed one of those too, & then she helped me choose the right color that I needed... and explained in detail how to mix & apply it (Ive never done this before). I took it all home and mixed it up & my husband helped me apply it. Perfect results!!!! I was very happy for her help and tips on how to achieve the look I wanted!Satisfied customer

An older lady had helped get the peoducts that would work best for getting years of color out of my hair. She was very knowledgable and although i know what im doing i dont always understand salon terms and she made that easier. I got exactly what i needed to strip, bleach, tone, and color my hair with gloves and brushes and hair caps for all under $60. Love Sallys

Every time I come in here I see top quality products and nice people. Theres always some sort of sale going on here and the membership card is so cheap and fair too. Its only $10 a year. You cant heat that too much. Theres lots to look at and learn about too. From novice to professional they have a lot that youll need for your hair, skin, and bails care. Check them out ladies and guys too its worth taking the look and the staff can help with any questions you gave too. Theyre informative on a lot.

Not helpful at all! Employees seem rude and miserable EVERY TIME, they peak around corners to see what youre doing, barely know about their products or which works best. They just want your money.

The employees there are rude. They asked me 3 times if they could help me I said no. I know what I want. Then when I couldnt find want I was looking for. They were rude about helping me. Then at the checkout they would take my $100 bill because I had to spend $75 or more for them to cash a $100 bill. I only spent $43. They told the 2 customer in front of me the same thing. We all had $100 bills and spent a lil less than $50. Last time I ever go there.

Long time customer here. Daughter and I went in to shop. Asked to use the restrooms and was told no Public Restroom. Just lost 2 customers. I will not shop at a store that does not have restrooms for their customers.

Terrible. The employees always seem miserable, and are ALWAYS incredibly rude and unpleasant. 10/10 times will I drive to Grand Haven instead. Its one thing when a staff member of an establishment is having a bad day and you can tell - its completely different when they are horrible and rude EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!!!!!!!! Go to this location if you want the employees to roll their eyes at you, act lethargic and completely REAK of cigarette and weed smoke.
