Just picked up my wife’s Flex today. These fine people here are an answered prayer in regards to finding a close, convenient, and reputable shop. They fixed things that a different shop didn’t catch and things that supposedly needed fixing was fine. Long story short...they worked with me to keep me within budget all while not compromising quality in parts. I’m so very happy and pleased with how great skip Tammy and their son moody are. Both of our cars are ONLY going to them going forward. Thanks guys!!!

I called to inquire about my dodge having the motor replaced. Since my Old man Bartman was real good friends at one time. I figured I could rely on Skip after pops passed.I still sit here 4 days later. No call, no nothing. Thanks I guess little resentment.No worries. Wont call again. Most expensive Ive ever heard.

The price mark up on parts here is ridiculous. If you want them touching your vehicle, bring your own parts. Youll save 50% of your bill that way.Knew I was stuck because I had to have my vehicle towed there so they choked me out knowing I didnt want to pay another tow.

S&T is probably the best place I know of to go. Its not a corporation or big company that wants nothing but your money from you. They actually care about doing a good job so you wont need to come back for the same problem. Their prices are usually as fair as fair can be. They are extremely friendly and have no problem trying to work with you if you need help. After going here for so long I moved further away and decided to go somewhere else close by to get something on my car fixed. Worst mistake. This place is so good I even paid an additional $30 of towing fees to get my car here because I know they wont screw me over in any way. If you are trying to look for a new mechanic I highly recommend checking them out. You wont regret it. Be sure to ask about how they started their business and you can tell from their story that they truly do care about honest and hard work along with the legacy they wish to instill.

Wow... by far the best place I’ve ever taken my vehicle. I was traveling while my vehicle started making noises. Took it in and vehicle was repaired in less than two hours!!! They had a huge line of other vehicles and they understood I was traveling and took priority. Kind people, quality service, reasonable price. Extremely satisfied. Highly recommend.

We went in thinking we needed brake work, but they said we had 70% left on front and rear pads and rotors were ok. Noise was just due to some old rust. No charge! Very happy to see such honesty that saved us hundreds of $$,!!

Brought vehicle in because of NO brakes. Was told it needed all new brake lines, rotors, and pads, $2000.00. Told me to take to Spragues because this Pontiac Grand AM was not worth fixing. I said I didnt want to to take it somewhere again. He gave me $150.00 for the vehicle. I was sick. GUESS WHAT? Same said vehicle is sitting in front of this shop for sale right now.Never again deal with this place and tell all the people know NOT to go there.

Skip is the only place I will go to to get my car done while I live in West Michigan. Hes done familys cars for 14 years, I bought both my first car and my second car from him, and he always gives a good price.I got a $1300 estimate at a Tuffy location for a variety of things they told me I needed, but ultimately when I came back here he only told me I needed new tires (which the Tuffy location didnt even tell me I needed). With labor, getting my all weather tires was closer to $350.Hes checked out cars that Ive looked at purchasing from different dealers for me and told me exactly what was wrong with them and if I was being overcharged, and always shows me whats wrong with the car and explains it to me.They dont have rental cars available if you need that for longer fixes, but its the only place Ill trust with my car.They almost always have one of their dogs with them and thats makes it 6 stars in my book! Took 03 sierra 4x4 into S&T and they fixed my shattered flexplate,that mr.Axel claimed was a bad wheel bearing. From now on S&T will do all the work on my vehicles. They where quick and very reasonable on price.Id definitely recommend them
