Absolutely love this place. The people are wonderful and the dresses beautiful. They even have a lovely lady who does alterations if you need them. Update on dress. The lovely lady got my dress done and it is perfect. And at a very reasonable price!

This place is by far the best. Faith and Marshecka do their best to find you the perfect dress. My unique idea for a blue wedding dress is obviously a hard request, let alone within my budget. They’ve given me so many options it’s hard to pick! Thank goodness I have some time to think. They are very respectful and helpful to brides like me who don’t really know what they want! Thank you girls, I will definitely be doing business with you when it’s time to order my dress!

This store is amazing. I wish they had been open when I had gotten married. The staff goes above and beyond to try and make dress purchasing as seamless as possible and they have a huge selection of gorgeous dresses to choose from. Ill definitely be shopping there for any formal ware needs I have.

Very poor customer service, dress didnt come in as promised then when it did was the wrong dress wrong size and wrong color dress was for my daughters prom I will pay 200 or whatever price is not the issue, I will go somewhere else and get good service not a run aroundresponse to your responseEverything you responded, You NEVER DID!!! I paid for the dress in advance to assure the order, THE BLUE DRESS WAS NOT one of the colors she ordered yet all that received in her order, I would have preferred to just not except the dress and go somewhere else, You where also told she had to have it picked out what dress and color so her boyfriend could order his tux only according to her color!! reason she took it was fear of not able to get another dress in time for prom, plus you are an 1 1/2 hrs from us couldnt even get anyone to call or answer phone so ended up driving there the Wednesday before prom you had wrong dress wrong color we had to take . what you said would happen first date was good after that you followed through with NOTHING!!!!! my daughter cried at her prom because of the wrong dress you ordered !!!! she didnt have time to get dress altered, MAKE EXCUSES !! You did nothing to follow through with what you said you where going to do first visit to get us to order from you so why even put that in there ??? Horrible place, would not at all advise your dress shop to anyone, you spent more time making up the response that is not true, yes you did make the promise yet DID NOT follow through horrible, dress was wrong wasnt even the colors ordered, wrong size size, plus took almost 2 weeks to get dress ?? yet you glorify yourself, your follow up service and completion of this sale was horrible, Try taking responsibility Not excuses, you showed no value to me or my daughter as a customer these reviews are to help you understand what went wrong and all you do is make excuses.

I got my homecoming dress there and the staff was so kind and helped me find an amazing dress.

Honestly the customer service is great but I had a terrible experience here with my dress. Which left my wedding having to be postponed a year. For me to look for a whole new dress.

I had an amazing experiance with the ladies at the store. I had a disaster with another dress I purchased online and Faith hooked me up with a beautiful dress and was able to have it altered for me ASAP! She gave me about a week estimate to have it finished and she actually called me the next day and said it was done! So it ended up taking me longer to go pick up the dress myself then it did for them to do what they had to do on there end!
