I tried to place an order with the appropriate amount to obtain free shipping. After the fact I realized I didnt actually get free shipping, so I immediately cancelled the order, (it was due to an item being out of stock by the time I paid for my order).I was offered a refund of 125% on a gift card, I took this option as I still wanted the cushions I originally ordered. Come to find everything they have is so expensive, there really wasnt anything else I needed that would make sense at that price point. So, I found 2 other overpriced cushions to complete my order. Again, all I wanted was 2 yellow floor cushions.I received an email the following day that apparently the yellow cushions are out of stock with the vendor, and they have have no way to get them. Pretty much sounded like a discontinued item. They asked if I wanted another giftcard. Unfortunately all I wanted was the yellow cushions, so I asked my original payment be refunded.It has been 2days and I have gotten no response. Also, the cushions show up as still available via their website. To me its almost like they are trying to scam people into ordering things, only to end up not actually having them. Otherwise why wouldnt they mark the cushions as out of stock?I just want my money back.Would definitely not order from them again.

Pier One is a great place to find home accessories and artwork. They also carry dining accessories such as cloth napkins, napkin holders and dinner plates. They have a wide variety of mugs and stemware and glassware. They have seasonal/holiday wares on clearance. I actually bought a large piece of artwork for the living room wall. The staff is friendly and know the merchandise. They also have furniture, decorative pillows and lamps.
