LOVE the vibe here - and all the vegan options. Staff are friendly and very accommodating regarding special orders. They make a killer almond dark chocolate mocha. 😃☕️ I just wish their seating was more comfy - the wooden booths are hard, and the metal chairs at the tables are small, cold & hard.

One of my favorite local coffee spots! Very friendly staff, vegan food and drink options that taste delicious, good music selection, plus it’s super cute and spacious in there! They also have a selection of books and board games which is really cool.

Pride flag hanging outside made me feel extremely welcome. Two different employees complimented my hair! All together a very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. I got a cinnamon roll, cream cheese danish, and a latte and it only ran me about ten dollars! Very affordable and very good quality. My first time in Muskegon but Ill be sure to remember this place next time Im here!

I always love going to the coffee factory. Excellent service, friendly staff, clean bathrooms and great atmosphere. Add onto that the great options for different drinks as well as great food options including gluten free, keto and vegan. I come every week and visit with friends outside while having our coffee and lunch.

Gets 3-stars for having a cool vibe. Wasnt open on Sunday, which is a bummer on a Sunday morning. Will come back on a Saturday to give them a try.

Cool place, looks like a nice atmosphere for working or studying. The have mad cap coffee which was a surprise, I got a dirty chai. I would say just order half sweetness if you don’t like it super sweet! Barista was nice as well.

Coffee and service was fantastic! I was beyond grateful for food options that I could eat too. (Im keto and there were muffins and frittatas) Although we were just passing through, Ill definitely stop again the next time were in town!

I stopped in today for the first time and I’m so happy I did! One of the best oat milk lattes I’ve ever had and it has such a cozy vibe. I’ll definitely be going back

A favorite spot for coffee and conversation with Tim and Clayton. Arrive at noon and stay until 6 p.m. talking about everything. And great cranberry-orange muffins. I took home a passel of them. Or were they orange-cranberry?

Its just another Madcap coffee place. They have sandwiches and a few baked good. Coffee is pretty decent. Generally a little overpriced for what it is, but is is Madcap.

Went in today sitting in the parking lot as I type this. Myself and daughter went in to get a sandwich. When we went in two people man and woman was having a conversation behind the counter. The man did however make a motion like someone was at the counter to order she turned and looked only to turn back to him to finish the conversation. Guess we were the wrong color. Never again will we step foot in the Coffee Factory in Muskegon MI. While I type this when we were leaving a white young man came in and while still typing he came out with his items he was served immediately.

We got coffee and hot chocolate and they were both gross and bitter. Im aware we added expresso, my husband always adds expresso, that had nothing to do with the bitterness and my coffee did not have expresso and was still bitter. Thanks for your reply!

My husband loves a good “treat” coffee and they have the best Carmel syrup hands down in all of West Michigan.. and if you don’t like sweet.. get a Breve latte, I have yet to find a better one than here!

Kind of a hole in the wall feeling coffee place. relaxed atmosphere. I had an espresso and a farmers fritter. overall food selection kind of felt modern / natural. it was good but I felt like it couldve been better. worth a visit.

The service, food and coffee were wonderful! I had a harvest salad, scone and hammerhead coffee. My companion had a carrot or carrot cake muffin which I tasted. The muffin was FABULOUS! The scene was tasty but not the best ever. When, not if, I go back sharing one.of their big, yummy muffins will be my choice! The urban/industrial chic decor was well thought out which nicely complemented the menu.The restaurant and restrooms were very clean too!

The best place in Muskegon for coffee, tea, and steamers! A great place for a daytime date!The restaurant is in an old factory! The environment is totally nostalgic! Its a great place for vegans and vegetarians, too. Even great for kids and people that cant have caffeine. Many milk alternatives and a huge variety of flavors. They even have delicious snacks. A little expensive, but worth it. My favorite thing to get here are steamers made with coconut milk! I can get them in many flavors!

Breve is delicious, biscotti is really good. Prices are fair.

In a sign of respect, Coffee Factory exhibits black and whites from the great days of Muskegons manufacturing past. The wireless is better than Starbucks and the baked goods far less pricey. A dollar and a quarter for a no-bake cookie? I could live on those cookies!Speaking about endorsements, I found Muskegons leading hipster working a virtual assistant gig at the long table before the big window. Open until 8 PM, this is going to be many peoples home office away from home. By the way, see if you can spot the stencil of Guy Fawkes within view, the masked face of Anonymous.Shaw-Walker has literally thousands of acres of raw space waiting to be carved into Brooklynesque spaces. Part of the complex still serves as a factory for Knoll. Awesome retro industrial atmosphere and pretty good coffee. Made a super fun place to visit and it appeared to be the only decent coffee shop in the area, so Im sure wed go back. Really, the interior design made it a fun place to hang out and look around and the coffee didnt make me regret the choice (it also wasnt anything to write home about). If you are in the area, Id definitely recommend checking it out, but it can be a little hard to find unless you are looking for it (located in a small corner of a large old factory looking building).

Came across this establishment a couple of months ago tucked away in a neighborhood/industrial area of Muskegon (the scenery as you near the cafe will have you asking yourself whether or not Google Maps was way off base locating it until the hand-made signs re-assure you youre going the right way). Quaint, laid-back atmosphere with lots of drinks and several food items on the menu. The fifth star was not given based on the double-shot cappuccino I ordered: either it was extracted for too long or grind setting too fine (or both), but the drink was so bitter/pungent that any/all flavor was completely overpowered (I cant even imagine what a regular 2-shot espresso would have tasted like). Looking forward to my next visit to see if this issue has been remedied!

Great space...nice staff with pretty good coffee. A bit on the pricey side, but better than other downtown options. Location is off the beaten path. Free wifi for customers.

Americano tasted like extremely watered down burnt coffee. The blended mocha didnt stay blended for more than 2 minutes and tasted like Hersheys syrup and milk. Both drinks are Undrinkable.

I had a latte which was very good and a good price. The interior is great; it is very clean (bathrooms too), lots of seating, it appears new inside, and theres even retractable power strips hanging from the ceiling for charging devices.
