This Toys R Us has good selection of toys. The staff are semi friendly. You have to check prices because your not always getting a good deal. But they will price match competitors. The store was clean and organized and things were easy to find.

Its a toys r us so whats not to love. You cant go into this store and be in a bad mood. You always have to make sure and price check because their listed price is usually way higher than competitors but they will gladly price match anything. The staff gas always been friendly and helpful when I have gone in here. They usually have everything well stocked and few empty shelves especially during the holiday season

Store is always pretty clean and well-stocked. My daughter likes that they dont mind if she rides bikes around the store to try them out when we go to get her a new one. Staff are always very helpful and courteous. Sometimes prices are better on Amazon but not always.

My experiences have always been positive with this store. Today, the young woman who answered by phone call went out of her way to double check an item was available. When I came in to purchase, a different clerk was very pleasant as well. I have shopped here for my kids and grandkids for years and have no complaints.

Great store brings back many childhood memories being here just purchased some toys for the grandkids before they close forever.

Bikes take 24 hours to assemble and wasnt aware of that until i went purchase. As a consumer I wish that would have been noted either online when it shows pick up in-store today or on the bike where the assembly price is listed so I could have planned accordingly.

There was a problem with my check going through my husband had not changed our address from 7years ago and the workers were so helpful, they were able to clear it all up and on top of that they were reassuring and kind as I was so embarrassed and worried. They deserve a 10 🌟 rating!!!!

Wasnt really impressed with how you spend $400 plus in childrens bicycles and equipment and still must charge you an assembly fee of $10 per unit. These are the little reasons that death to brick and mortar are closer than we realize.

Always has a great amount of product in the store, a lot of the staff though are unable to help without assistance by a manager or assistant manager. Its not the cleanest of places and the parking lot is a mess.

THIS IS MY FAVORITE PLACE AND YOU ARE DUMB IF YOU THINK IT IS LOW QUALITY. One word. Minifigures. Actually 2... Lego minifigures.

Its going out of business and it wasnt all that impressive. Overpriced and staff could not care less.
