Internet constantly goes down for years now randomly. They always make up excuses to try and explain their technical issues. The customer service is lousy. Their prices are generally high. Their service is not reliable or dependable in the slightest. They are an atrocious company.

We have an out dated cable from the road to the house and Comcast/xfinity refuses to update it. Our old line does not provide a signal. We were customers of Comcast up until the signal got too weak. We have had technicians out several times and tell us our signal is too weak and that’s as far as it goes. We have tried multiple times to get them to fix the problem. Goes to show they don’t care about their customers!

I was greeted enthusiastically and given an exchange ticket quickly by a very personable employee. The wait was short and the man who helped me was very courteous and efficient. I was in an out in a short time and was very pleased.It was a great experience in comparison to the days of trying to get help over the phone.

I like their new building over by our Mall 100% better than their old facilities. They got me right in just answered a couple questions and the representative was right there to help me right away and he definitely help me out accomplished exactly why I went there so I am very happy with my contact with them today.

Sam set my mind at ease with the problem with payments not being posted to accounts. She said it has happened a lot this month. Also gave me all the info needed to get some discounts. Offered to do it for me, but said I would try at home first. Everything worked out fine. Will go back there for any other problems. Do not like the automated service via the phone.

We changed cell phone services from at&t to xfinity mobile (3 lines). 2 lines were activated with no trouble but they confused some information that would not allow the third phone to activate my receiving and making calls . After 2hours of trying they said my hard drive was bad . Said I needed a new phone. I went home and used my wifes phone and contacted a comcast person who fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes. 3 different people who assisted me at different times couldnt figure it out. They did factory reset that caused other problems I resolved on my own. Also they didnt provide me with any account info before I left the store. I even purchased a new $1000 phone for my son that day.

I stopped in the new xfinity store yesterday. It was VERY different from the old location. It was nice, clean and modern inside. I walked in and was seen immediately. Mario waited on me. He was so knowledgeable and professional. He quickly resolved an issue I’d been having for months, updated my box and saved me some money on my bill. I was extremely impressed. I’d been trying to get help via Comcast support and it was a complete joke. Because of past experiences at the old store (and covid) I was dreading going in. After seeing how the new Harvey store operated I’m sorry I waited. Mario was amazing and so helpful. Give this man a promotion. He’s what customer service is all about.

Was returning some old cable equipment for work. Surprised to find a store resembling an AT&T or Verizon store. Full of the latest Apple and Samsung phones. And unlimited mobile service for $45 per month.

I don’t mind waiting for a callback or being on hold for a long time can I just talk to a human being instead of a robot, you mail me and email me a million times a month with BS I don’t need or care about but when it comes to customer service there is none. like I have nothing better to do than read your company emails? I just need internet not a daily email. I need a hacked router replaced and I can’t even speak to a human being this company disappoints me every time I miss Spectrum charter It was infinitely better to deal with.

Guy #2157 was the installer! A real great informative person; super positive was able to tell me quite a bit about the WiFi Router and modem i should get as well as information on the company! His set up was done within an hour.Robert also came to help as they had to run a new drop! Another real and informative person! Both of these fellas together was nothing short of a pleasure to have at the house! Having two experienced techs made the job go by quickly and they answered every one of my questions

Refuse to let you talk to a live person. on hold for 20 min. They havent cashed my sisters payment check and will probably cause a late payment. There is no way they let you talk to someone to find out what is going on with her payment. I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THIS SORRY SERVICE.

Scott the technician from xfinity did a great job today!About 5 days ago the first technician come out to help me with hooking up my internet and cable. He completely blew me off because it was to much work in my opinion. He gave me tons of excuses as to why he couldnt do it and basically told me to call xfinity back when I get things figured out. I was completely confused as to why he couldnt put a new cable line in and get my services running. The appointment lasted maybe 10 minutes, and then he left with me still having no services. Honestly it was a very bad first impression for a new customer.However I still needed wifi so I called and spoke with customer service and got a different technician out to help me out. Scott came and within 5 minutes he was on that ladder putting a new line in, fast-forward 25 minutes and hes DONE! I couldnt have been more pleased with how professional and apologetic he was. He did a great job and now I have my services running!Thanks again Scott!

Was a walk in customer on a busy Saturday morning. Worker responsible (initials P.P.) for check ins and greeting people multi-tasked on efficiently solving my phone problem, while getting other customers signed in for their appointments. She bounced back and forth for about 30 minutes on these tasks in a professional and efficient way. Will be recommending her for some kind of recognition within her company.

Came here today to get some things fixed with my bill. Had two employees tell me the manager wouldn’t come out from the back of the store to help me because “she didn’t feel like it”. That she would “call me” when it was “convenient” for her. What a joke of a store and company. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.

HORRIBLE!!!! I picked up my self install kit for internet, and nothing works, spent hour and hours on the phone trying to understand what they were even saying, then they wanted to send someone out to install it with a fee of $70, I literally watched the technician walk up to my apartment building, knock on a random door and then left, I couldn’t catch him, he was gone!! I have been without internet for over a week now, but they had NO problem charging my card and getting their payment. 😡😡😡😡

So annoying! It never fails that every couple months we have to reset and rearrange our modem and router. Internet connection constantly goes out and needs a reset signal sent. I even call monthly because for a while our internet went out so often, our bill was cut in half after they deducted all of the time it was out! If I didnt call, I was paying for service I wasnt even getting.....such a joke!

Comcast is a terrible company. Had to go through a month long process of unblocking my address of my recently purchased home, due to the previous owner not paying their bill. Once I finally did get it unblocked the internet did not work. Had to call to get someone out to service it. The call went just as my previous calls with them did. I spoke with someone who 100% was incompetent in speaking English. I could not understand anything they said and they could not understand anything I said. The whole process was very frustrating. Unfortunately comacast is the only internet provider at my address.

Me and my husband have been using comcast phone, internet and cable since they took over from AT&T Im guessing about 15 years ago. We have been paying over $300 for as long as I can remember. My husband took ill about a year ago and was critical for most of ten months. After seven hospitals and almost a year of living in the hospital with him they gave him little time to live. All the while I continued to pay every month even though I was not using there services. When I brought him home I contacted comcast to downgrade as medical Bills put a strain on our finances. I was told our equipment was out dated and they were going to send new equipment and save me $50 a month. After 2 weeks nothing arrived. I contacted them yet again and now my husband passed away. They again said we will send equipment. Finally 3 weeks ago I called again was so upset that I told them shut everything off. I was then told because it is his name on the account I could not do so. I offered to fax or email our marriage license, death certificate and power of attorney. Again they declined. They just sent another bill and they are of coarse happy to take my money. I have been very ill and almost passed myself so I cant even get to them. This is how they treat good customers? Keep it. I will never use there services again.

I Live in a Rural area and had to pay thousands of dollars just to get service to my house. I had a representative come to my home to get me started and to get my account setup. They took my money and set me up with a plan and told me the monthly amount, I got service hooked up and the very next day got my bill for way more than expected, I tried to reach out to my local contact Chris and I got a full voicemail box then I texted him and got a reply Im in a meeting, then no reply back even after I sent a few more texts. Turns out after calling and hassling with the automated phone garbage I finally got a real person and even though I paid thousands for the service line I still had to pay for the instillation. Also the price I was quoted was way off from what my monthly bill is actually going to be and when I tried to call and lower my plan I got someone on the line that I could hardly understand. Turns out they dont offer anything currently other than the plan I am on any other plans dont have a discount so they can take my cable boxes and save me $10 a month. If I want internet only then it will cost me almost as much as having internet+TV. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT!!!
