Called Shepards on Friday afternoon and they were out Monday morning. Replaced safety cable and made adjustments. The service was very professional. The price was very fair. Great company to work with!

I needed a replacement spring for my garage door. Shepherd Shoreline Gutter and Garage Door provided excellent service, was extremely knowledgeable, and gave great instructions on how to install. I would highly recommend going to them with with any issues or concerns regarding garage doors.

I thought they were very unprofessional wasn’t very responsive on the messages when called and asked could not get a response. Sales guy never called me I would not use this company.

Shepherd Shoreline made my broken garage door spring replacement a priority! Their tech drove an hour to address this vital repair, something our 2 local companies wouldn’t even call me back on.

Poor communication. Then when the job was finally done they forgot a bolt in one of the garage doors they had just installed and it about killed my roommate. They didnt have one care in the world about it. Just wanted their money.

Excellent service. I had a broken torsion spring, and was in a bind. It was a Friday, and I had to go to to work. They sent a technician out within a couple of hours of my calling. He was prompt and courteous. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and speedy. I would recommend Shepherd Shoreline to anyone. Good job guys!

1/2 hour before the end of Normal business hours and My Garage door at my Business decides it wants to get stuck 6 feet open. Its Now an hour later and they are about 1/2 way through the repair. Kudos to Shepard Shoreline!!UPDATE: Door broke at 4:40pm, Its now 5:52 PM. and the door is Fixed and works better than it did the day it was installed by a DIfferent Company 2 years ago!!!

Called at 8:10, Rob was at my home by 10:30 to repair garage door cable/spring. Excellent response time and great workmanship. I highly recommend giving them a call, I think you’ll be happy.

Horrible customer service!!! Contacted them on a scheduled work day during scheduled hours and received the answering machine. Left a message. Never received a phone call back. Called back the next day during scheduled hours, spoke with a representative who scheduled a service call for two days later. That day came and know one showed up at my home, nor did I receive a phone call explaining why. I contacted them late that afternoon to inquire as to whether or not they were coming, and they said that they would call me back, but more than likely service would now not be until the next day now or possibly the next week. Again - they never called me back. I guess they didnt need my business - you might want to think twice as to whether or not they need yours before you contact them.

If my garage door doesnt open I cant do business. When I have a problem they are here on the double and they take care of us. The guys at Shepherd Shoreline are courteous and professional and I appreciate having them available when a broken spring puts our business on hold.

Great job on the installation, staff were friendly. My only complaint is that they agreed before the installation to accept a third-party payment from Ryobi Garage door (who was covering a replacement). During the installation, they asked for payment and my husband clarified this. They called the office, and told us no payment was due from us that day. They are now denying payment from a third party (My boss has decided he didnt want to do that and said that I could forward the bill to Ryobi on my own after I pressed the issue.

My home garage door wouldnt stay down, so I called the guys at Shepherd Shoreline. They had it fixed within 24 hours and made sure that my garage was secure in the meantime. I appreciate the service they provide.

DO NOT USE!!! They miss appointments, dont call you back and, when you can finally get hold of them, they tell you theyve been too busy to call you back. After two missed appointments, they said they couldnt come back for 3 weeks!!! We wasted our time waiting on them. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I will be giving them a low rating on Angies List also.

Horrible service, Ive called 4 time trying to schedule some kind of appointment but they never come on the scheduled day, they never have a window of time to give you and they dont call you when they dont make the appointment. Just horrible services.

No respect .No show no call .will Try a1 garage.Pray they can help
