Oh-my-God! I took my windows to Muskegon glass. They said theyd have them ready in 10 days tops. Two weeks later I was still waiting and was treated rudely by the staff when I called to inquire. I found Wally online and he was responsive over the phone and had the windows ready in TWO DAYS. A little more out of my way but oh-so-worth the drive. And did I mention cheaper?? Thank you God for a good window replacement alternative in Muskegon! And thank you Clearview for your great work!

I had a few windows in my office building at 4265 Grand haven road replaced by them. I had to beg them to come back and seal the outside. Then one of the windows cracked right after it was installed and they would not fix it. The worst part of it is that I had them do a huge amount of work in the past and was a regular customer. Now they lost a customer for life . This was about 7 years ago but I am still mad.

We called Wally about a problem with our glass shower door and he not only fixed the problem, but installed a gasket to prevent it happening again. Great service and courteous, I highly recommend them!
