I really appreciate having a Sherwin Williams so near my house! It makes our painting projects so much better. The store was very clean and welcoming and the staff was very nice and knew their information. We will return for our next project.

Ive been completely satisfied using S-W finish products for our home. In the last year, both upper and lower floors have become totally painted minus the ceilings. Their paint covers beautifully and the finish is easily washable. The staff at the store were very knowledgable and friendly.

Very good experience.....employee I worked with was very helpful. Only suggestion I have is with your product line. I like using a pad rather than a roller to stain a deck. SW no longer has pads in their inventory.

Well when I first got it came in the store I was acknowledged but he was talking with another gentleman and he kept talking to the other gentleman. I went looking at my paint chips and stuff and I found what I needed and I’m standing there and All this guy was doing was looking on the board where all the business cards were. The associate finally went over to the checkout with him and he didn’t buy anything. then the associate looked at me and I said I need this paint and handed him my paint chip. I just felt like I was a bother to him.

I waited 25 minutes for assistance. I should not have waited. i had to match a fabric color. Employee was absolutely no help. He ditched us as fast as possible. I will not return to this site. I would shop else where. Save your time

The only place to go for paint! Extremely knowledgeable staff coupled with a superior line of products make sherwin Williams great. The Sherman location is clean and stocks a wide selection of paint and accessories. They also do a wonderful job on flooring installation!

The manager listened to our project needs, directed us straight to the products he recommended and even explained why it was the perfect fit for us. The price was a bit steep but I have full confidence that I wont have to come back for more paint for the same project, years from now.

Customer service! I was in the store for almost 40 minutes without so much as an acknowledgement! I walked out, very frustrated and called my husband. If it hadn’t been for our builder needing siding color choices preferably from Sherwin-Williams, I would not have gone back in. I went back in and waited another 10 minutes before finally being asked if I needed help! There were 2 employees on the floor and both were helping others initially, so I was patient. However when those customers checked out and the one employee went out to smoke, I was less than impressed! Another customer walked in while I was still waiting to be noticed and apparently was more assertive because she was helped. I finally stood right in front of the checkout and was acknowledged!

Your salesman was extremely helpful and even though the store was steady with customers, he multitasked great! Kudos for his experience and patience!
