More than 5 stars if I could!! This ice cream shop is amazing!! We ordered a Oreo/cheesecake frosty, birthday cake cone, and cookie dough ice cream with marshmallow fluff on top. My whole family was more than impressed. Great prices and huge serving sizes!! Ingredients were fresh and the ice cream was perfectly creamy. The staff was wonderful. There was a few cars in the drive up and a girl came out and took our order before we got to the window so it cut back on sitting in line!! Very efficient way to do things. We will be back!

My favorite ice cream stop! They are almost always busy but they do a good job of getting people thru the line. A short drive down the road to enjoy the lake while enjoying my ice cream. Always a win!

Ordered a Sunday and got soup. The only thing solid was the banana. after being ignored at the window for what seemed like forever I was told oh it must be the strawberry syup and shut the window. No sorry or let me fix that for you. All I could do was throw it out. what way to spend $16 dollars.

I went to the walk up. The line was long so they were backed up with the walk ups and the drive thru. A friend crew, at least all the ones I have encountered so far. I highly recommend this place, you get your moneys worth

We had a bad experience here! The kids that were working were unhelpful and 1 said I need to go home we got there at 9:30 & didnt get our ice cream until 10! My sister in law got 2 scoops of mint chocolate chip, ordered it in a waffle cone and got 2 scoops on a regular cone, picture below. She asked for her waffle cone and she told her you didnt order one then she said I cant deal with this right now & gave her a waffle cone. They gave her a cup that did not even fit the ice cream. She asked for a bigger cup and she told her she didnt have one. The girl ended up coming out with a cup she said she found in the storage room. My brother in laws cone had so much ice cream on it it fell off. My ice cream was not what I ordered either. I ordered a flurrie with peanut butter & reeses pieces and it was reeses peanut cups not pieces and no peanut butter. My husbands was fine a chocolate malt. Extra large portions but terrible service! They never cleaned the tables off between customers either.

We arent local from here, so we arrived here on a whim without knowing when they opened. They were already serving people in the drive-through. Turns out we were 10 minutes early before they opened. Despite that, they served us and were nice. Ice cream was to die for. Also had a nice playground for kids which I thought was great.

Delicious hudsonville ice cream l just wont get a cone again melted to fast to eat it all recommend it in a cup. It dripped all over we got what we thought was small too. Otherwise nice we sat outside thank goodness at a table wouldnt of wanted the mess in car we had it all over our clothes. Had to throw half in trash

Great treats as always. The entry driveway definitely needs to be widened to safely navigate two vehicles into it side by side. The drive thru line is frequently extended into the roadway during peak hours.

Absolutely horrified after looking into the serving station and seeing half the servers not wearing masks and zero servers wearing gloves in the midst of a global pandemic. Cherry on top (pun intended) was a sign at the serving window assuring customers that they would not be questioned if they were not wearing a mask, directly contradicting recent government health codes.We threw away all ice cream without eating it and I’m embarrassed we accidentally supported a business that clearly doesn’t care about the health of their customers or community. I’ve loved this spot for years but will definitely not be returning.

If you want value for your buck this is the place if youre on the road and looking for ice cream. I got a double dip with two different flavors thinking it would be small like most places. I swear I had about half a gallon if ice cream on my cone. All I can say is WOW.

We drove 1075 miles for their Coconut Almond Chip ice cream! After traveling the states (and trying my best homemade versions), I can testify that there are NO OTHER ice creams that even come close to this one!The Chocolate Monster is a fave too!Always good service, always *huge* servings (when they say its too large for a cone... they mean it!)!This is our first stop when we come to the Lake!

Was about to order through the drive thru when I discovered absolutely zero employees wearing a mask. Companies that are not taking safety precautions seriously in the midst of pandemic do not deserve my business. Thus, my business was taken elsewhere. Very unfortunate.

Best Ice Cream place in Muskegon! Portions are beyond awesome and the staff is always great! They are very busy most of the time, but there is never a long wait to get your order! Frosty Cove has a sign out front saying that it will not force anyone to wear a mask. Workers inside were not wearing gloves and some were not wearing masks either. At this point in our world this is absolutely unacceptable. I could not justify eating the food that I bought here and sincerely regret wasting money on it. Do not go here unless you want Covid.

I love this place. For my family of three the bill is generally $10 or less. Each serving is more than enough ice cream for one person. You get about twice the serving as some other local shops and spend less. It can be very busy at times with long waits, but its worth the wait.

Yummy!! And especially welcome in the middle of a long bike ride!!! It is right on the Lakeshore Bike trail on the way to Peře Marquette!

I went there at about 3:30 pm on Sunday. They were not very busy. I got in the drive thru line but it wasnt moving. Also there was a sign that said it was better to walk up (I paraphrase). So I parked and walked up to the order window. There was one person in front of me. I could see a person inside with her hands on her hips talking to the person at the second window (where you pick up your order). After about 5 minutes, the person with her hands on her hips gave the person in front of me a green card. I stepped up to the window and the cashier begin to close the window. She said she had to get quarters as she shut the window. I left. I dont need ice cream badly enough to be subjected to poor customer treatment an service. No excuse for not having quarters where they can easily be accessed by cashiers. I have been here before and the ice cream is good but the service is always slow.

Love it! I believe it to be this best soft serve ice cream in Muskegon. Love the different flavors they offer. Find myself checking out the Marquee on my way to the beach. Fun place to stop pick up some ice cream and go sit and watch the sunset at the beach.

I love it because they have GLUTEN FREE options!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They have a little playset for kids to play on and my sisters and my cousin love it!!!
